We were on vacation from PA. I contacted Katahdin Motors to see if I could get an oil change before heading back home. They were super nice folks, fit me in that day, and we were done in less than 1/2 hour. They were awesome!

If I could give negative stars I would! I will never do business here again and would not recommend. THEIFS!!! Went in for warranty brake work...get a phone call saying they have a half hour left on your vehicle and wanted to let you know that your warranty has expired and we wont release your vehicle until its paid. Well for starters any other place that deals with warrantys calls and verifys the warranty before doing any work. They diagnose the problem...see what it needs and verify the parts are covered. Then they call you hey it needs this or this or hey your warranty has expired do you want us to proceed or would you rather deal with it. Part of a reason of having a warranty is to not have cost or part of cost. So when I had talked to them I told them my initial plan was doing it on my own until I was told that the warranty skvc5would cover it. So instead these guys go and do what they want and force a person...in times like these to pay. Was told well you would have had to get it all done anyway Yup would have done it myself and it wasnt their decision to make! So they chose to be sheisty and wait for the last half hour of job to call about warranty. So if you like being yelled and swore at,get treated rudly, wont admit any fault and wont work with you on their mistakes, want to be ripped off, have them make your decision,let them put their hand in your pocket and force you to pay 242! Says a lot about them as business and people in a small town. Get your vehicle back stuff is missing, never seize on hood and the wrench they used to bleed the breaks is still on the bleeder screw...at least I got a new 8mm wrench ...He did offer to clean the never seize but then Id never get my truck back for that either...

Do a good job and faster than a speedy rabbit

I have purchased half a dozen vehicles from the Murphy boys over the past 20 years. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had an issue or question they could not answer or resolve immediately. If you are tired of dealing with supersized auto dealerships stop in and experience some old fashioned customer service. You will not be disappointed!

Awesome service. Excellent quality

They did an oil change in my car. They used a cheap filter which ended up failing. I had motor oil all over my my car. Which I didnt notice until the next day. They refunded only half of the clean-up/repair work and refused to refund the oil change. Never going there again!

I like Chevy, this location is a little overpriced
