Told me that I had a hole in my brake line and somethings wrong with the back tire and that was a lie. I went and got it checked at Mr.Tire and they found nothing wrong with it so I dont believe them they just a lying business. I Would not go there again neither should anyone else

While Eric wins you over with his personality, watch out for theft of materials and services! We brought two Porsche Cayenne S’s in for brake and Oil changes, and even bought his crew lunch because we appreciated being fit in their schedule and their prices for labor were reasonable. We provided all the parts. But within a week, my oil light came on indicating I was out of oil, which was a sign that something was wrong. We had them tow the car back and the crush washer was missing. They drained the remaining 6 quarts of oil while my husband was there and it came out completely black and thick, as if it was never changed! They made some comment and discussed what type of oil needed to go back into the car. My husband said Mobile One 0-W40, which was not a common oil. Eric debated him for a bit until my husband showed him what it said in the manual. When I spoke with Eric initially he said I needed to bring my own supplies, because he did not keep them in the shop, but then he proceeded to come out with three quarts of 0-W40, which was the additional oil needed, plus they put back in the dirty 6 quarts of oil they just removed again from the vehicle, which my husband commented was very dirty! It is unbelievable to us that they literally had our oil back in their back office! The original oil and filter cost $115, plus oil change $20, so we spent $135 per oil change. Now we just repurchased the supplies for an additional $115 to redo the oil change, increasing our cost to $250 per vehicle, which my husband will do himself, just so we can ensure it is done right this time! Most people wouldn’t know this had happened to them, we were lucky I guess that they forgot to put the crush washer back on, because worse could have happened if I had a mechanical breakdown due to the bad oil. Ovalles claim to be transparent and trustworthy but they are anything but! They take your new oil and basically reuse your old oil and tell you they’ve done an oil change. Who knows if they even change the filter? Theft of material and potential damage to your vehicle! Watch out, I would not trust them with my car again!

Had some trouble on the way home from the Jersey shore with 3 children aboard. These guys couldnt have been more accommodating. Set me and my family up in the shade while they made fast work of my car trouble. They needed a belt and pulley which were delivered in 10 min from local auto parts store. And the repair was done within an hour. Got my family and I back on the road in no time and saved us from a disastrous end to our vacation. Price for parts and labor were extremely reasonable. We lucked out stumbling onto these guys. Highly recommend.
