Clean store, easy to find what you need, good customer service

Store was clean, is HUGE but all that can mess up a good review when you go buy a trash can and the only 3 trash cans there were available NONE had the lid. We ask an employee to help us to find the lid but no luck. How is it possible that they dont have the lid? I been looking for that Dual trash can for ever and finally found it and no lid. Just my luck. Target also is getting a little pricey. I dont remember been this expensive.

Target is a heartless company. I am a senior with medical issues that make the probability of dying if I should get COVID VERY LIKELY. I cannot get the vaccine due to medical issues. I have not gone out shopping around the public. Therefore, I have not used my Target Red card. I received a letter they are going to cancel it. This will affect my credit score. Before the Pandemic, I always shopped Target and they always got the balance on time every month. I called them, explained my unusual circumstances. They don’t care. They will not let me keep the card. I have other cards I have called and explained. They note my account. No, not Target. They will hit my credit score! Sad nasty company!

I cannot believe the treatment I have just received in my own hometown target. As soon as I walked in I kept getting dirty looks and was actually scared for my safety. I didn’t know what I did wrong I just walked in just to go shopping There were three young girls at the service desk. particularly the girl w the blonde highlights with curly brunette hair. The look she gave me was just so menacing. Please get your employees under control and teach proper work etiquette and customer service. I am so disappointed.

Store was clean. It was also organized, well stocked and well lit. I like the fact they do NOT play music in the store.They also dont carry powdered milk (but seriously, who does nowadays!)The Starbucks inside was great!

The store is immaculately clean. The restrooms for clean. They carry a wide range of products for kitchen home and even workspace. Customer service has been good on my last few visits. They have some good grocery specials. They do carry a lot of frozen food microwave meals. This is the best place in this area to buy kitchen devices and even meal preparation tools and utensils.

My mom needed a motorized cart. We asked an associate for assistance since the carts were not in their normal spot due to remodeling. The customer service associate said she would get a cart and ride it back to my mom. She went to where the carts were and came back without one, and walked right passed us. I went over to the carts myself and found that all of them were not charged. After a difficult time in the store with my mom, I used the restroom which was filthy and dark because some of the light were burned out. I will go to a different Target in the future.

Target drive up is a quick, easy, and free service. It allows Me to get what I need without going into the store. The only downside is there are some items not available for drive up, which then requires me to have to go in. Otherwise, way better than these other stores curbside experiences.

I never have any issues and always have great service at Target! My order is always right in an hour for the most part. Staff are always nice and I always have quick service.

Thalia and the other African American gentleman who wears glasses. God bless them for being the sweetest and so helpful everyone Im there. This is why I spend my money here because of those two individuals. Goes to show how employees really do make your business.

When I went to Target I did not think target was going to be this expensive. their comm ercials always promise great deals but that is such a lie. Walmart always is better in the deals department but I guess Target does have nice items. if you want to decorate your house and go broke definitely go shopping at Target. finally when I was there only two cash registers were open and the employees were so slow I almost fell asleep.

My guy was awesome and SUPER SUPER nice and it was the most seamless process ever! Sexonds after hitting here at store, he was there. :)

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE! Every single Target team member was AMAZING! I picked up a DVD player that I ordered online, great service! Then I needed to find a bottle of blue acrylic paint, the team member found it in a box that she was unpacking that moment! Then the team member at the check out who got my cash back, I look forward to seeing her whenever I go in the store.

At check out I was directed to a self check out which I did not want to do because I had a purchase that would give me a gift card. When questioning store associate he gave me wrong information causing me to almost leave the store without purchase. I was told the multiple signs I read for my purchase was incorrect and I would not be recieving a gift card unless I purchased online and picked up in store. At this point I had 2 associated helping me and neither one had a clue what they were talking about. I proceeded to heck out where my purchase did qualify for gift card and I left store very frustrated with the lack of knowledge from associates.

I almost had a LOL Doll Chalet catastrophe - not going into details but the manager, Dina and store associate, Fred know what Im talking about. They went above and beyond to help. This moron (me!) is super grateful for their amazing customer service!

After price checking Ive seen a good comparison with better quality. Drive up is awsome.

I had actually already recommended Targets order and pick up service to someone before I went to pick the item up. I was so excited to be able to get an item within two hours. I needed a booster seat for my grandson who was coming to visit and could not wait for the item to be shipped. None of the local stores had the seat I wanted.

Friendly quick service.

I placed an online order to pickup instore. An hour later it is still not ready and was easier to just go to the shelf and get what I needed. Surprise... I had to repurchase and wait to cancel my online order because the people behind the service desk are too lazy to get/process my order!!! Will not do online order with Target again....EVER!!!

Store associate brought my purchase to the car within 2 minutes. Will use this method again in the future.

I was put through loops and unable to talk to anyone. When I call Target not the store the regular or the target number to make a payment and to ask a question about my payment I was on hold for 45 minutes when the girl came on and answer the phone supervisor of the floor she acted as if she could not hear me hung up and then when I call back in the wait time was another hour this is ridiculous I have a product that I need to return I need to pick up a new product a replacement I have a warranty that I paid for and the 16th date of April to wait for you to be able to pick that up its unacceptable

Target is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Id rather spend a few cents more than go to Walmart. I love how Target has higher end products that other stores dont have. It shows they are catering to more than just the regular shopper. The staff are always friendly and are there to assist with what you need or are looking for. This store is one of the cleanest Ive seen as well.

Target is a great place to shop with staff that you can really get to know! It is always clean and organized with friendly staff members. Everything is also constantly being restocked so you never have to worry about them not having an item.

Very nice and clean target. They have a lot of natural cleaners, soaps, and etc... I wish they had a produce area in this target, but they have a good frozen selection of vegetarian meatless products. Starbucks is a bonus!

Targets website is super user friendly - and in store pickup is already ready fast! Its my favorite when Im in a hurry. And how I try to force myself not to spend too much when I shop in the store myself.

I was at the Guest Services counter for about 10 minutes before I had any employee notice I was there. Then the employee was to busy with the self check out area and held his pointer finger up to ask me to wait a minute, which the minute turned into about another 5 minutes. Finally, the employee comes over and helps me do my simple return. That was 3 days ago, and the return is still not even pending in my bank account.

Went today to get a bike for my wife and there wasnt much in the store. An employee named harry went out of his way to get us the bike we were looking for and made sure we got everything we needed.

Great finds. Great quality products. Fair/reasonable prices. Good customer service.

It was a great place and good costumer service. Until I needed to make a rerun and didnt have my receipt. Not even the manager a young blond girl was trying to help me all I needed was to make an exchange. They even rolled there eyes at me. Dont expect them to help you if you ever fall in a situation without a receipt even if you are a frequent customer.

The pharmacy is very nice. No wait time, very clean, organized and a pleasant environment. The pharmacist, Mike is outstanding at his job. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and really cares. He has helped me through a complicated ongoing medical issue that I have been dealing with for a few months now. He takes the time to explain what each medication I have been prescribed is for and what changes I should notice or look out for..THANK YOU MIKE!! He saved me from some major melt downs. Im so grateful to him. i would give him 10 stars if that was an option.

Target Millville store is always well stocked, clean and many open cash registers for a shorter wait period.

Not enough staff on the floor to ask questions or help you find things and not enough registers open to check out. Target you need to hire more people, your customer service is suffering. I actually went to this location to pay my bill but nobody at the customer service desk to take my payment.

Variety & Organization is great to have when shopping

During the holiday season this online pick up order was fast easy and painless.

A young man named Dominic assisted me because I needed personal attention due to my being physically handicapped temporarily as a result of knee replacement surgery. He was so polite and helpful along with another young lady in my use of the registry system and obtaining the items I needed that I told him that his parents should be very proud of the son they raised. It also speaks well of the Target training he received. Good job by all.

I get my prescriptions filled there. They know me by my first name and thats how they refer to me. Very nice people!!! Doesnt take them forever to fill my prescriptions, 6 minutes at the most. And the store has very nice products.

Would not price adjust a clothing item I purchased 3 days before, then marked down -$11.00 less than what I paid. Customer service acted like they did not know their own policies. Normally I love Target, but today, not so much.

Always a great visit. Store is clean. On a personal note i suffer from ptsd and this is one place that has lighting that dosent make me wig or panic, like walmart or other places. Nice wide isles.and always target exclusives like brands and dvds. This is a true department store like the old style Macys etc etc. They still sell music. They have books.and my personal fav movies.

I visit this store frequently. Prices are decent. Store is always clean. If you go in the morning people are stocking shelves and dont like to get out of your way. I will take this store over Walmart any day.

Very rude cashier and manager. Would not accept their own store coupon or a manufacturer coupon for dog food. Even though the coupon does not say excludes anything. They didnt seem to care at all. Never going back there.

The quality of the product, the range in sizes of adult appareal, the overall cleanliness of the store and the ease at maneuvering the store. Also, the access to Starbucks, Pizzahut. I also like the cheap zone inside the doors, the late hours for the customer service.

Waited 15 minutes in line with one $10 item with only two registers open and the register i was at was having some problems and their was not an express lane opened not to mention there was three other employees standing around doing absolutely nothing except staring at everyone else that was in line and when they did decide to open another register they never bothered to let the other people who have been waiting an oppurtunity to move over they just took the person who just walked up and didnt wait 15 minutes. I feel walmart is better then this.
