Told them the driver front tire was a spare and would like the matching colored wheel in my truck bed to be mounted with the new tires and to throw the discolored wheel in the truck bed. They mounted the new tire on the mismatched wheel (spare) and installed it on the truck. Price was fair and the speed of the service was around expected. Gave me 10 dollars off if I gave them a review which I did. Little upset about them not listening to my request.

I was very impressed with how Chris was very professional and courteous to me.He got me right in and treated me like a valued customer. I didn’t have to wait long because Javon got right on the flat tire and had it repaired in less than 20 minutes from when I walked in.I definitely recommend purchasing tires from this location and will return here when I need tires again.

Walked in late on a Friday afternoon with a price point in my head and a quote from a competitor. The GM, Malik, worked with me to get me into a better tire for just a few dollars more, as well as putting my tires on immediately. I spent about $100 more than my original price point for a better tire and opting for an alignment (which I would be coming here for anyway). The entire staff was professional, friendly and efficient. They got me in and out quickly.

I will highly recommend mavis tire. I received a call from the manager Malik the day of my appointment to remind me. He told me if I wanted to come in earlier, he would take me right in. As soon as I walked, I was greeted by the manager, Malik. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mavis tire (Blue Bird Lane), should be lucky to have a manager as friendly as Malik.

Would give 0 stars if i could. dropped car off for literally just an oil change. was told an hour, 2 hours max. went back 3 hours later and car wasnt even in the garage. guy then tells me “it said call when done not within 2 hours” for an oil change…go local and give people who deserve it your money not these jokes.

This Mavis location has improved greatly since the days of NTB. Timeliness and service has greatly increased. Willie at the front desk was very helpful and great at explaining services performed and offered a quote for future services. The only reason for not offering five stars is that the interior of the building seems a little less polished than the other locations that were built new.

Service was great and I managed to get in first thing in the AM. So I didnt have to wait for long. Purchased good tires this time around. Bought a bad batch from Affordable Tire and I couldnt wait to get ride of them.

I have used this location since they originally opened up as NTB. I was upset at first with the change over to Mavis because I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and they ended up closing for the day without notifying anyone. There was lobby full of upset customers. The staff was unsure of what to do. I called back the following Monday and rescheduled my appointment.Although I was upset about how Mavis handled the switch, the staff here continues to be the same friendly and knowledgeable staff. I do not go here because it is Mavis. I continue to come because of the staff. Today I was helped by Q and Willie. Both gentlemen were very thorough and helpful.

Stopped in today to have my low tire pressure icon checked out. Got very helpful information from Chris and Malik and Javon. Got two new shocks and two new tires. Friendly, experienced, knowledgeable. Quick, efficient service. I highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years and they have been consistently helpful and timely. I normally go for oil changes, but the last major repair they did for me was a replacement for all of my axels. A year and a half later, the car is still driving fine.

Absolutely horrible experiences. My first I took my car in for new tires and a alignment. I get a call saying my tpms sensor is broken, it wasnt when I dropped it off and where I worked for a tire place before I know they broke it dismounting the tire. However they made me pay for it. So I decided to take another vehicle to them. So on Sunday I call to make a appointment and they say just bring it in first thing so their website and store sign say they open at 8 so Im there waiting and the receptionist didnt show up till 805 to open not a big deal but still adds to my experience. So they take my car back, mind you Ive just replaced wheel bearings tire rods ect, I said I just need my steering wheel straight. So after 30 mins they call me and say they wont do a alignment because I have uneven wear and bald tires unless I buy tires. Now I just had my tires off they are filled they have plenty of tread and completely even wear. So I take it up the road where another shop does the alignment and had no issues. So to close Absolutely do not use them or they will try to rip u off

I have to say, quick and efficient; I don’t like waiting 2 hours for a single oil change or alignment, like at most dealerships or shops. However, I must say representatives in the front desk need to take some type of customer services training. My wife and I stopped in today and she was upset due to the way we were greeted. We don’t believe “whats up” is a proper way to greet a paying customer and I would think management wouldn’t agree with this type of customer service either.

I had them do my alignment after replacing my rack and pinion and they twisted my bellow until it ripped instead of undoing the clip that would let it spin. Will never go there again.Update: since I posted this review months ago mavis contacted me and said they would pay for me to take my truck to gentillini ford to get it fixed. I did and paid 360ish dollars to get a problem they caused fixed and I still havent been reimbursed.

Helped me out. Let me know things that should be done.

I was unsure about coming here because of the reviews. I’m glad I went. The service guys are really friendly. They let me know some other issues going on with my car and gave me a list of what to prioritize first. He didn’t push hard to get me to do it today but told me what my options are. Will definitely return to get my car fixed up and running great again.

I showed up 5 minutes before they closed. I had a flat tire and everyone else was closed because it’s the night before thanksgiving. I felt terrible for making them stay late but they were happy to fix my tire. Al and Tony we fun to chat with while I waited. Will definitely come back.

If I could give negative stars I’d give -5. After 4 appointments and 3 special tire orders, I still have no tires. They were unable to get any more than 3 out of 4 tires. How can you only get 3 tires in an order?? They wasted a week of my time with their incompetence. I made sure to call all 3 times to see if my tires came in before I made an unnecessary trip. The third time you would’ve thought that when my tires came in they could have made sure there were 3, or at least called me to tell me they only got 3 for the third time and the third brand. But no....they did nothing. I thought this location was bad when it was owned by NTB, but Mavis definitely surpassed my already low expectations. I will NEVER be going back there. Save your time and money by going somewhere else.

I’ve been to this specific Mavis Tire location a couple of times now, and every time it is truly an A++ experience. Yesterday’s visit was no exception as Joe and the team were brilliant! I had a concern regarding a brake caliper issue that should have been under warranty as it was replaced along with a set of rotors and pads around 6-months ago. My wife drives this particular van to Philly and back daily for work, so safety is paramount. The team made us feel comfortable assuring us that they will figure it out, which I had no doubt they would, rather I was worried about just how much cash I would be spending. The wait was fairly short considering they were quite busy, but they had a very adequate number of mechanics on-hand to keep the flow moving along nicely. The waiting areas are well lit, spacious, and clean. They also have a modest vending area and wall outlets are available if you’d like to sit down at an actual table to pass the time doing something productive. The staff was very pleasant to deal with and discovered that the problem was that a bolt simply crept out of the new caliper most likely secondary to vibration and/or road conditions. A quick bolt replacement with a spot of Loctite was all it took to get our van once again road worthy. They honored the warranty, no questions asked, and all I had to pay for was a nominal fee for our regular oil change. This was an all around 10/10 experience, and the reason I will be frequenting this establishment again and again. I would highly suggest this shop for repair work, alignments, oil changes & maintenance, and tire-related needs.

I pulled into the location after seeing the low pressure light on my dash and watching it get lower and lower. The Manager came out immediately and assessed the situation, checked to see if they had a replacement tire and got me taken care of as soon as he possibly could!! Both the Manager and Assistant Manager were FABULOUS!! I couldnt have asked for better service!

I’m a prior employee. Waited 2 weeks for them to warranty some work that was done at another store. Had it towed there cuz I broke down on the highway. And the work didn’t get done, had to pay someone else to do it. Staff was rude. Entire company is an absolute joke.

This place is such a rip off, i sent me truck in to get alignment, they told me that they aligned it, they just made it 10x worse. honestly i wouldn’t send a $500 junk car there, they’ve got no clue too what their doing. wasted my time, my money, they don’t care about you or your vehicle, all they care about is money. smh

Horrible service, tried them for an alignment 2 separate times, first time they couldn’t “ figure out how to do it “ on a 97 chevy 1500 . 2nd time on a 2006 gmc 2500 where they obviously just “ tow and go “ not performing and actual alignment. Manager was rude and angry when i ask for a spec sheet . I understand the guys who work here are not real mechanics but don’t just rob people blind . Go to a real repair shop people !!!!

I have to tell you that I cant express enough gratitude to Milton and Olivio. They are some awesome guys. Please let him know that the Jetta man from Carvana spoke highly of them. Hell of good people! I cant thank them enough!!!!

I made a 12:00 appointment for an oil change. I arrived at the store a couple minutes before 12 and waited at the counter until 12:15. No one ever came to the counter so I called the store. Someone picked up the phone and I explained that I had a 12:00 appointment and I had been waiting for 15 minutes but no one has come to the counter. The man apologized and came to the counter a couple minutes later. He was nice and he put all my info in the computer and told me that it would take up to 2 hours. At that point, it was 25 minutes past my appointment time and he wanted me to wait up to 2 hours for an oil change. I decided to leave at that point. If you have an appointment, you should not be asked to wait a total of 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. The last time I made an appointment to get my oil change here, I waited 45 minutes before they even took my car. This is bad business practice.

Nothing like the stress of a flat tire on a Sunday! Due to our current state of the country, you must or at least should schedule an appointment. I was able to do this early Sunday. From the moment I walked in I knew this was going to be a great experience. I apologize for not writing down their names, but the service staff here are just amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel like they wanted my business. Thank you guys!A word of advice to those of you who dont take the time to make an appointment, please have some patience, the world is a different place right now, calm down and appreciate others.

Front desk employee was not wearing his mask when I arrived. Brought a tire in to be patched at 10:15 am. Was told it would take a couple hours because a patch takes some time. I called at 3pm and was told they will try to have it done. I told them they should not have told me they could do it if they didnt have time. I arrived at 4:30 to find my tire outside plugged not patched. Was charged $21 for something I could have done myself. I didnt know they could just do whatever work they want to. Not happy and will not return.
