My family and I have only ever bought from Lilliston and have been loyal Lilliston customers for years. The sales team specifically Ian Schneider is the best of the best and truly cares greatly about taking care of his clients. He goes above and beyond for his clients. I recently was involved in an accident and it appears that my car will be deemed a total loss. After reaching out to Ian to give him a heads up I will probably be coming down to the lot he immediately went to work attempting to find the car that is just right for me prior to me even coming to the lot. I had made an appointment in May for a recall on my Jeep, they gave me an appointment for 2 weeks later, the day before my appointment Jeff called me and told me they would have to reschedule my appointment because of staffing issues. He gave me an appointment for 2 more weeks later. Had my recall done at another dealership that got me in within 3 day.Recently my check engine came on, called and talked to Jeff again. He said it would be almost 2 weeks to get my Jeep in for repair, I had tried to ask him if my warranty was still in effect and he gave me a hard time.I loved lilliston Jeep, but not since they hired Jeff in service.
The process of purchasing a new vehicle was simple. My salesman, Mike was straight forward, honest, and kept me updated with progress. I generally hate high pressure sales guys and Mike and his managers were easy going. I could not have picked a better dealership.

**BUYERS/SELLERS BEWARE**…I brought my 2018 ram truck in to this dealership this evening because I was given a very lucrative online quote from their website and even received a phone call from one of their employees inquiring about my vehicle and also confirming the quote with the possibility of it being more once the truck was looked at.I received multiple texts and phone calls from the dealership asking if I needed directions to their facility and even confirming an appointment that I don’t recall ever making with them. The dog and pony show was in full force…Fast forward to this evening, my wife takes my truck in to get appraised since I had a previous obligation. After spending over an hour “appraising” my truck, the offer that was presented to my wife was way under the offer I received online and well below the other offers I received from other dealerships.Take extra caution when dealing with this dealership. They will do whatever it takes to get you in….8/5/21....To the Lilliston team, in response to your last statement...I understand that the online tool will not reflect if the vehicle was involved in an accident but if I answered all the questions that were presented to me honestly, then the number presented should be a good representation of what the vehicle could be worth, Your site even uses Kelly Blue Book as your trade-in value engine. Apart from that, the sales agent I spoke to flat out told me that my truck didnt have that many options to even come close to the offer KBB presented but the fact of the matter is it does. For a Big Horn truck with less than 18.000 miles your offer was an absolute insult and a waste of my time when I was offered almost 5.000 dollars more at two other Dodge Dealerships.

I saw a grand Cherokee on their website and I asked about it and within a few hours I was at the dealership. Ira, my salesmen, was very nice and got the process done so quick. I had to wait 2 more days for the vehicle since it wasn’t at the dealership yet but as soon as it came in they called me and I went in to get it and sign all the other paper work for it. If you are in the Tri-State area and are looking for a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, or Ram, I highly recommend Lilliston Chrysler in Millville, NJ. Please ask for salesman, Jimmy Summers, as he took great care of me! I brought a brand new Durango site unseen, no hidden fees, all the rebates, great finance rates, and a fair offer on my trade. This was all done through a couple phone calls and text messages.After leaving another dealership who tried to tack on money to the a similar vehicle, I texted Jimmy I was on my way. When I arrived, after an hour drive, the Durango was sitting out front ready for me to test drive it. Jimmy was with another customer, but was able to manage us both, without having to wait. Ian is straight forward, no games. Deal or no deal place. This is my second time going to Lillisotn and honesty wins over game. A normal dealership take 5-7 hours, not at Lilliston, 2/3 Max. Great place to buy a car and everyone is friendly! Hard to find an all around great place now days. I was loyal to another dealership and they wanted to play games. My mom bought a truck from here with insurance and gap insurance. And they told her that it was coming out more because it was the future interest but one month after someone hit her from the back and the car got total the insurance said the value of the car is less than what she owes so now the car was so over price that in one month she lost her $5,000 deposit and the car and that accident wasnt even her fault

2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon - Custom OrderedI sent out (3) quote requests when shopping to order my new 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. Lilliston was the first to respond and by far the most engaged in getting all of my questions answered as well as reaching my over all budget cost for the new Gladiator!! Julio Reyes was my sales representative and was extremely knowledgeable about the Gladiator. He was in constant contact with me during the order waiting period and also helped me getting set up with the service department with getting all of my MOPAR accessories ordered and scheduled for install as soon as I took delivery. The parts manager Richard Reynolds was also super knowledgeable and helped me get all the parts and accessories I needed in place and ready for install. Michael Bucca the Assistant Service Manager had the MOPAR parts installation scheduled and installation begun hours after I signed the papers and took delivery of my new 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. Doug the mechanic did a fantastic job with the installation of all the new MOPAR components.. All stock parts were neatly packed in the MOPAR crate along with all instructions and paper work. Excellent service. Love the Express Service for routine maintenance. Work is performed quickly by technicians familiar with my vehicle. I am kept up to date with progress and they have a record of all the work that has ever been done. The waiting room is comfortable and there is always coffee and cookies. Since the Covid-19 outbreak I have taken advantage of the picnic bench out in the fresh air. I get the same great attention and service. They have kept my Journey running in top condition for years.

Ive brought my truck here a few times now for routine work, warranty repairs, etc. Havent talked to a rude person yet, all the staff is pleasant, friendly and helpful. They dont try to talk me into unnecessary work or upgraded services, which makes me not mind paying dealership prices. Had a bad experience over at Turnersville, but this dealership is completely different. Feels like your local garage, rather than corporate controlled chain. The first time my husband and I came to Lilliston, we were at our wits end and at the end of our ropes. My husband was just in an car accident which totaled his truck and although it wasn’t his fault, it still left us with our second car which broke down on us while he was on his way to work an hour away. We knew that in order for him to keep his job, we had to have a reliable vehicle. Everywhere we went, we were told that because we didn’t have much of a down payment there was nothing that could be done for us. When we arrived at Lilliston Chrysler, we were greeted by Ian Schneider. We explained our situation and he was eager to help us. We had our eyes on a used vehicle. We were told the information that we needed to start the paperwork so we headed home to retrieve what was needed. Upon our returning, there was a brand new Chrysler 200 waiting or us. We were in disbelief. We couldn’t believe that after a string of so many bad things happening to us, this blessing was about to be driven off of the lot by us. The process was quick and informative. We were so grateful i gave Ian my word that when it was time for us to get a second vehicle or if we knew of someone looking to get a vehicle, that Ian would get our business.Years later i was diagnosed with stage four colon, liver, and lung cancer. My job let me go and things started getting difficult financially to say the least. Everything that could have gone wrong did but by the grace of God, we were able to get back on track and things got better. We were ready for our second vehicle so back to Ian we went. I must say that when we arrived, we were greeted by multiple salesman (in a non-agressive way). Everyone was helpful kind, and informative. We had our eyes on a dark orange Jeep Renegade. Once again the man worked his magic and we were blessed again with our second vehicle. On top of it all, i was tapped on my shoulder and told the my payment had been reduced by an additional sixty dollars. Every experience we’ve had with Lilliston has been great to say the least. From the both of us, we sincerely thank Ian Schneider and the crew at Lilliston Chrysler for the professionalism, kindness, and dedication to helping us in these difficult times. My husband can now get to his doctors appointments without worrying about me having to miss work. It does not matter the make or model of your car or where you bought it ( Believe me I Know) Lilliston Chrysler can service it. Every vehicle that I have owned has gone there for service. Everything is straightforward and they dont find 10.000 things wrong with your car in order to make money. As an owner of my business I appreciate the honesty and send customers there knowing that whatever it may be the service staff and everyone else will take care of them. Sorry they dont do the $500.00 oil change which means that if you want an oil change then that is what you will get unlike the dealer in Bridgeton where you ask for an oil change and all of a sudden your car needs an engine!!!

Had a problem with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler stalling in the morning when I put it into reverse due to a bad torque converter. It’s a known problem that numerous other people have also had but there hasn’t been a recall initiated on it. Many people I have spoken with and read about had a lot of difficulties getting this taken care of under warranty and have had to get Jeep Cares and Corporate involved. I called to make a service appointment and spoke with Tim. I explained to him my issue and findings and he stated it sounded like a bad torque converter, but would need to bring the vehicle in. The other dealership I had made an appointment with said my transmission fluid was probably low so needless to say I canceled that appointment. Took the vehicle in along with some videos of my issue and and a new TC was ordered. Initially they said 3 weeks to come in, but less than a week later Jeff called and it was in. They got me right back in to replace it and took care of it promptly. This dealership is a little out of the way from where I live, but if I buy a Jeep in the future they will have my business.
I have to say that purchasing our new Chrysler Voyager at Lilliston Jeep was an excellent experience. The entire staff are amazing and such a pleasure to be around. A huge thank you to, Jimmy Summers, and Michael Kane. My next purchase will most definitely be from here.
I bought a 2020 Dodge Charger from Lilliston. Lauren Reilly was my sales consultant. From the time I walked in until the time I left Lauren was aces. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions. I had a few asks which she was able to get done. I will definitely buy from Lauren & Lilliston again. This was the best car buying experience I have had yet.

Everyone at Lilliston was very professional and courteous from Manager Michael Kane, who greeted us when we went into the showroom to the lot attendant. The service department was fantastic keeping us up to date with the status of our repair. When the repair was completed, our mechanic went over everything they did to our vehicle and it was cleaner than when we brought it in.
Horrible experience with these guys they lie a lot they try to sell me a car that wasn’t even on the lot I couldn’t see it or test drive it and then they ran my credit without my permission. Stay away from this place customer service is not there thing go down the road to action or in Vineland where you can get a better deal and see the car you want.

If I could give 6 stars I would. So I was I wanted to do a small part of helping restart the economy, so I decided I was going to buy myself a new truck. I visited no less than 4 other dealerships before ending up at Lilliston in Millville. The prior dealership either didnt have anything in there inventory that appealed to me, or could not get me into a deal that I was comfortable with. But Mike Kane at Lilliston in Millville not only got me a great vehicle, he got my a very good deal. The entire staff were friendly and professional. They were taking all necessary safety measures all while helping each and every customer, In particular Joe Milder was very helpful throughout the entire process. So If you are considering purchasing a new vehicle, I cannot recommend the team at Lillston in Millville enough. I would send my family and friends there.
