The online booking system doesnt work. Made my appt over a week ago just to arrive at the location and be told my appointment was never transmitted to them. Good thing I was to bring my business next door where they were able to accommodate me without any issues.
Omg. I love this place. From laughing with the females in the front, to having Dr Vo. Took thier time explaining. I love my new peepers (glasses) Lisa in the front she is awesome so glad I was able to come here and they were great with me
Trying to obtain an accurate prescription and purchase eye glasses from VisionWorks turned out to be a nightmare. Dr. Crowley was extremely rude, incompetent and unprofessional beyond belief. I ended up seeing a second doctor (Dr. Vo) and he conducted another eye exam. He gave me a completely different script and placed an order for a new set of glasses. The glasses had to be remade three times for failing inspection and did not arrive until a month later. The glasses finally arrived only to have them be the wrong prescription. At that point I demanded a refund and requested that the payment from my insurance company be returned. The manager on duty refunded my credit card immediately, but did not return the payment to my insurance company so that I could go buy a set of glasses elsewhere. I spoke to another manager named Lisa who had tried to help me several times with all my issues. I spoke to her the very next day and she assured me that she would reverse the funds back to my insurance company while I was on the phone with her. She said it would take about a week to ten days for my process to be completed. Needless to say no refund or service adjustment was ever made. I ended up having to open a dispute claim with my insurance company so they could do an investigation. It has been three months after my original appointment and I still do not have glasses. This has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience I have ever had. I thought that contacting the customer service number at the corporate office would help me solve the problem, but you just get looped around and put on hold until you get tired of waiting. I was never able to reach a live person. It goes without saying that I will NEVER go to VisionWorks again!
Really glad I chose to go to Visionworks for my eye exam and new glasses. The exam was probably the best I have ever gotten, and the glasses are perfect. I especially want to thank Jenn for her friendly and well informed assistance. A great experience all around.

Lisa was very patient with me and helped me pick my frames because I felt overwhelmed with their selection. She was honest with me and gave me her opinion on each pair I tried on until we narrowed them down to two choices that fit me best. The optometrist was nice and helpful as well.
This place was amazing everyone was super nice and amazing the test I had before my eye exam were super fun and the gentleman tha was giving me the test was super funny and made it even more poppin I kept blinking by accident on one of the test like four times and he was super patient I love him haha the two lady’s were super nice as well they were giving me honest options about the frames and I needed that !! I picked this location on accident there are closer ones by the town I live in but I will keep driving the 45 minutes to this location thank you everyone ohh and the doctor was super thorough!!! He didn’t miss a thing he took his time and answered every single question that I had!!! And I loved his accent!!
Amazing staff and amazing experience. Terry and her team know their stuff and made me feel like a rockstar. The doctor understood my struggles and explained where and what to do to better my vision. Thanks for the amazing time
Lets just say, The Staff isnt the greatest. The one older woman had no people skills what so ever. It was obvious she had no clue about what needed to happen. She had to keep asking the younger Girl (Brittney) what to do. I will say Brittney was very helpful and new what to do and how to do it. But that was about it. The Dr. Had no personal Communication skills just very cut and dry. Dont think I will be going back again. Sorry Brittney but you should definitely Find another place of employment. They dont deserve your work ethic
VERY HELPFUL FRIENDLY STAFF! mgr was very candid and helpful for pricing - picking out frames - I would go there again ! BEST PRICING !! compared to four quotes locally - they were best ! With better quality!
The blonde woman who helped us was very nice and professional. However the older woman with the brown hair is absolutely awful and rude . She was super unprofessional, she and another employee were arguing about what color the glasses were very loudly .Eventually the one guy walked away and the woman goes on saying “I don’t know what’s up with his attitude “ ...well I do she acts rediculous, like a child . My boyfriend did say the doctor was nice though .
I took my granddaughter to Vision works for her new eyeglasses last week. One of the employees was very helpful, and thats when I thought about going there for my own glasses. But I was taken aback when they told me her frames were not in stock and that I would have to make another special trip out of town to pick them up. When I picked them up the tall older lady was very rude and unprofessional toward me with absolutely no people skills whatsoever! She was rude and insensitive and should not be working in the public arena. Its obvious that she hates her job. And after my run-in with her, Ill take my chances someplace else!
Super friendly, professional staff! my boyfriend happened to get something in his eye at work... from the time they answered the phone, the staff was very professional and helpful and told him to come in right away. thankfully they had the availability because no where else did, and the ED was going to be his last resort. from the minute he arrived, to the time he left he felt very welcome by the staff and doctor and had so much relief after the item was removed. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs glasses or eye exams! I love visionworks Millville!!

So idk why the negative reviews. It’s millville Nj you gotta stop being so picky lol. The two women at the front obviously just hate their job, just like the employees in every other store. But NEITHER came off as rude towards me at all. The doctor was super friendly n answered all my questions in detail. Was kinda upset that my insurance didn’t cover the contact fitting n no one told me before my appointment. But new glasses were covered so something is better than nothing . The secretary also helped me look through the displays to find glasses in my price range. I have Medicaid and amerigroup and it was pretty impossible to find an eye doctor to accept my insurance so beggers can’t be choosers lol my experience was fine it could’ve gone a lot worse
Staff is horrible, doctor is horrible, eye exam is horrible....honestly I dont know how this place is even still open....should be out of buisness...I highly recommend NOT going here....I wouldve gave it a zero star but it would not let me
