Wanting to have 10 frying pan repaired, getting the run-around first from Regal Ware whom returned my fryer in worse condition then when I sent it (upon their request). Now saying it is not their dept., call WearEver/Mirro with who does not answer and recording saying to send email to which they Do Not give a website! No One wants to honor the warranty!!
I am extremely happy with the items I purchased. I will DEFINITELY purchase again. I purchased several items with packaging damage and 2 items that were factory seconds. The items purchased as packaging damage were perfect. The items that were purchased as factory seconds had one minor issue each. (1) stockpot - the handle was put on incorrectly. It’s not centered. Ok. So what. I got a high quality stockpot for 37% of the retail. It’s a beautiful pot and the placement of the handle does not impact the functionality. (2) saucepan. Another beautiful pan. It had a few small pitting places on the interior. Again, so what at the drooled discounted price.Most of the items I purchased have been made in the USA which is why I’ve been beginning my AllClad collection. Too bad they also carry imported items.
