Doctor Dao is very nice. She has many experiences on her field, she checked detailed on each eye. Her office has very clean and safety. I am highly recommend to refer friends to have eyes checking up every year.

This office was clean and quiet. The staff worked very hard and went above my expectations to find and verify my insurance since no other locations seemed to accept it. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Dao was very friendly and knowledgeable and was patient answering all of my inquiries.

Staff is helpful, and Dr. Dao is really knowledgeable and patient. Once I had an issue with new contact lenses, and she was kind enough to meet me in her office after hours. Really exceeded all my expectations!

Had a recent eye exam and a new pair of eye glasses done at Dr. Dao Optometry Center in Milpitas. The office was very easy to find because it is near the freeway. The appointment was fast. Dr Dao was very helpful and courteous during the exam. She listened when I explained a problem, and promptly fixed it. She spent time and assisted me in finding a suitable pair of eye glasses. The whole process went through without a glitch and the experience was wonderful. I was very happy with my new pair of glasses. I would definitely come back next time, and highly recommend Dr Dao to all my friends and family.

Very accommodating :)the doctor did a very good job in keeping a conversation going. In my old school we really prioritize speech and being able to present topics with our fluent language. Keeping up the conversation really helps in keeping the patient relaxed so the procedures that the doctor would do.

I just happened to be in the building to meet my dental surgeon, when I saw her office and thought to go in for a eye checkup if my insurance covered her services. I was highly impressed by how comfortable she made me feel. I found her to be extremely caring and ethical . Her office assistant followed up with me afterwards as well if I was doing ok. Considering I wasnt refered to her or I wasnt her previous customer, I was blown away by how nicely I was taken care of.

Appointment was canceled by her office due to COVID-19. I rescheduled for next month
