Found this sweet spot convenient business w/ yummy treats do we Stopped in for a treat. Lots to see on the menu such as beverages, ice cream, chips, bobba drinks & fruity treats. This place is a little bit hidden but let me say that it is soo good! I had a banana milk tea with boba and the boba is one of the best I have tried!! I also had the strawberry peach lemonade with lychee jelly and it was also really good.

Staff are very nice and professional, but the wait time is awful for drinks. Never try their ice cream (freshly made upon order), but definitely not going back for drinks. 2 stars goes to the friendly staffs and cleanliness of the shop.

Came here for BTS PC and we were greeted right away by staff. They were very nice and friendly. We placed our order and were given other BTS inclusions as well. After we got our order, I brought out a bday gift and two staff members approached us and asked if there was a bday and offered a free drink or ice cream. We happily accepted and they brought it out with a lit candle and sang the bday song. This was so kind of them to surprise us, especially the bday girl. We had a great time and will return when were in the area again. Also, Ube brown sugar Boba and oreo rolled ice cream are delicious!!

Ice cream is heavenly! First bite, and I melted inside. (However, the fruit flavors like Strawberry are better than cookie flavors like Cool Breeze.) Drinks are great, the popping boba is so fun! Service is always fast, even on busy days, I always am served within ten minutes.They make the ice cream at stations where you can watch them, so you know how they make it and what they put in it. Super cute place!

Very limited menu means they can focus on quality. However, because they prepare their ice cream to-order, it can take a really long time to get your treat.

Ice Creams are awesome. Please bring back Red Valvet. It was the best.

The service is horrible, I waited more than 55 minutes to get my ice cream. Not organized, employees were very slow and I went on a week day not a busy day. Ice cream flavor is very bad. The place in San Jose is better. I hope they can improve here in Celsius Milpitas.
