The store is kind of small but the sales are pretty good. During COVID there normally isnt too many staff working there in the desk.

Great prices and helpful staff. You can find some bags here as you would at retail stores. I came here during the Thanksgiving sales and was able to get two bags that I love. Recommend coming here first before going anywhere else.

The worst return experience at this location, the staffs here doesnt know how to do the return procedure correctly for my online order return to the store.I came to the store seeking for a return, it was a nightmare! The first staff held me by the register for 5 mins, asking for my phone number, and checking out the return items. Then she couldnt figure it out, another staff kicked in for the returns, it took more than 15mins.. like 20mins in total.. they need to verify the pricing, even I showed them the order through my phone, but they still dont trust it and take up 5 mins calls to their direct line for pricing verification, after that, they took another 5 to 10mins to adjust the total price that came out completely off. At the end, they were still short refunded me by a penny. I dont understand how complicated can it be to return two items, well avoid buying this kind of brand online or in store. Bad quality and bad service! ( I went there a day before and got rejected due to my credit card not with me at the time, so I went back).
