We got setup quickly. The manager is a nice guy who is helpful and polite and really tries to make sure you’re in the right spot. They have extensive video surveillance and the manager works hard to ensure the property is safe, clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable for the area and they have a nice wide central aisle.

Great place for storage...reasonable rates and an active manager that keeps the place clean and safe. Security gates both in and out and Ive never once had to worry about my equipment.

The onsite manager should not be allowed to deal with people. Even sending threatening notices about filing a lean sale against my familys fifth wheel we have stored there when were were two days late on the rent. Which they cannot do under California law for 90 days after we go delinquent. The manager is a bully and not a good person. They owners should think twice about keeping him on staff because he is a big part of the issues there.

Ive been at this location for several years and am pleased with the simple yet consistent accommodations they provide for my work trucks storage.

I have been a Milpitas resident for over 20 years, the only reason I would even make a review is because of how shocked I was at your companies way of handling my phone call, why would you say yeah whatever and hang up on a customer for saying thank you and then lie on the internet about your business practices? Any reasonable person would see through your lies, your behavior throughout today has been wildly unacceptable and trying to discredit me wont hid that fact.

Horrible place, the manager shawn seems deranged, lots of people moving in and out of the storage, very poor customer service. Find bottles of beer behind my motor home and he trying to blame me for it. I have a 2018 tiffin Allegro motorhome just purchased and I was afraid for the security.The place have many empty spots, talking to other tenants told me that he evict people for no apparent reason.

I called this place to see what the charge was for to store a 25 foot RV and after they told me the price. I told them thank you very much and they said whatever. I guess they dont want my business!! I wouldnt even think about taking my RV there now. Very Rude!!

I don’t recommend this place, it’s a terrible place and unsafe to keep your RV. I’ve been renting a spot just for 4 months for my RV and someone stolen my generator from my RV inside this f... building that you need the code to get inside! I called the manager who was so rude and didn’t help any support. I called to Milpitas Police and now they are working on in my case! I hate this place! Terrible place don’t put your RV there, there are other cases that customers got stolen their RVs there!

Amazing storage yard! Always tidy, completely paved, watchperson omnipresent and always making repairs and upgrades (fresh painted lines, space numbers, cameras, always sweeping, etc...

AVOID these people and their rude/erratic behavior. I answered an ad for a camper for sale. The price seemed like a great deal! When I phoned, Shawn answered. Milpitas RV and Storage, this is Shawn Hello, I would like to come and look at the camper that you are selling. Then Shawn said There are 20 pictures in the ad, look at the pictures if you want to look! and hung up on me. (!) Maybe he was just having a bad day? I was a serious buyer, so I called back and got the recording. I went to the business, called again and got Shawn again. I stated that I was genuinely interested in the camper that they were selling and had the cash in my pocket. How did you find us asked Shawn...Google Maps I explained. You still havent told me how you found this location said Shawn. You told me the name of your business when you answered the phone and I looked it up on Google Maps! I said. Thats stalking! Dont come here again or Ill call the police said Shawn and hung up again. Conclusion: These people are not only rude, but also crazy. Apparently they purchased the business recently and have been acting erratically. Check recent reviews. BEWARE.

Moved my trailer into its new spot today. I had a great experience setting up a storage space for my trailer. Shawn was extremely helpful and returned my calls immediately. Easy access to the storage facility off from 237.

Rude and inconsiderate!🤮The response is nothing but lies!!! I called regarding an available storage unit not an rv space. The guy answering the phone responded to my request buy saying nothing is available then ended the call before I say anything. Like I stated a month ago RUDE and INCONSIDERATE!!!

They call the cops on you, for going in and getting your on things . Getting harassed by the cops on with getting shot by the cops over stupid security guy can’t even talk to you call the cops saying you’re in private property when you have axis and the contract to the space and how good it is please when you getting harassed the number shot by the cops
