Friendly & helpful service... especially when you compare to the grumpy old guy at the UPS store on N. Milpitas Blvd. This store is slightly farther from me but more than willing to make the drive.
Same as above, went on Saturday as it shows open on Google Map, however it was closed.
FedEx, google, and the PakMail Milpitas list Saturday hours as open until 3pm, but when I showed up at 2:40pm to pick up a package, I found the door locked and lights off. No posted hours on the premises and calls went to voicemail (which also did not mention any business hours).Left a message asking for updated business hours, and will update this review if/when they follow up. Just glad I didn’t rent a truck before coming by.
