The photos attached to this comment are of the specific games that dont work. I was super disappointed that the older games that are popular at other places like this dont work. These games should be repaired or removed. Either the games or the ticket eater arent functioning properly. I won 1500 tickets but when the ticket eater ate them it said I barely had over 1000.There are hardly any prizes to win. If you win a lot of tickets be prepared to wait a while for all the tickets to come out. It takes forever!!!!I wouldnt recommend this arcade to a friend or anyone.

Love this place. The staff is friendly and they do have information/answer when asked a question. My daughter had her first 6th birthday 🎂 party here and she loved every moment of it! And ever since her birthday she has been asking to come back! This is our 4th time coming back and I don’t think I’ll stop coming for a long while lol. She burns energy like no other! And I love that I can also go in the slides with her a mother daughter bonding you can say. Also there is another section for the lil’ kiddos that aren’t of age and still want to have fun... And if that’s not enough well you get an arcade to play with your kids!

Always a great time at Bounce-A-Rama. They had changed up the inflatables in the front area for the larger kids and my son had a blast running through the new inflatables.

This place you can find there pizza is really good. I go there on Tuesdays and get a good price for the pizza. The staff is very friendly.

Weve been here a few times and my son always has a great time. Well I won a guest pass on Instagram so we came again the other night. The employees were working hard scrubbing down and vacuuming the bounce houses and restaurant. Great experience!Update: This place has roaches. The last time my family went there were roaches coming out of the toddler jump houses and sheddings all over the carpet. My baby picked up a shedded skin before I could stop him. We havent been back since.

Pretty good place to take your kids for a few hours. Its relatively clean all the time and theres a cafe with passable stable food pizza and chicken fingers. Theres almost always multiple parties going on no matter the date or time so keep that in mind if having a tens of kids around makes you nervous about then potentially bumping into your little ones.

Great place for kids, super fun. Has alot of big Jumpers for the older kids and a small area for the smaller kids. Pizza was good also has arcades games that give tickets to get prizes. Prizes arent that great. Parking sucks on the weekend. Definitely worth checking out.

Average place for kids and small birthday parties

Great place for kids to have a good time. They have a good number of arena options - not too much that you would lose your kid and not too less that your kid would be bored. Looks like a fun place . It has pizza and soft drink options. They also have rooms that you can reserve for birthdays (just for the kids)

They have about 10 bouncy house/slides, 4 of which are for shorter/younger kids. It was generally clean. So many people on a rainy Saturday. Small arcade and cafe. Bathroom we used was relatively clean, but the trashcan was full in the stall. The kids were mostly okay, but there were kids who werent being monitored who were going in through the exits and jumping crazily. Please watch your children if you dont want an injury. We enjoyed it. When parking, park near Burlington Coat Factory in the back.

Nice place for kids. They have great fun jumping on bounce houses.This place keep on changing there bounce, so if you are visiting after few months kids get different experience. Therefore, I like it better than pump-it-up. Only downside is that this place have slot machine kind of games for kids.

Great place to have your kids blow off some of that sugar they had earlier on the day. Has lots of bouncers and has games that can redeemed for prizes. They also have a small pizza eating area. Close enough to the mall where my wife just drops me off with the kids and she goes walking around great mall to kill time/shopping. Over all nice venue for kids to burn off their energy in hopes mom and dad can get some quite time.... If only for 30 minutes.

Great bounce houses for your little ones to enjoy. Bring socks or buy them at the entrance. Pizza, and house salad are pretty good. My chicken nugget kid love does not care for their chicken nuggets. (Not sure why?) Week days around 12noon are the best times to go. Tuesdays is $5 a large pizza.

It has been over a year since I last went to Bounce-A-Rama, and now they have a lot bigger bouncers. So I can only imagine that they are more fun because some loop around the back of others and another goes as high as the back entrance.On the weekend, if you get there between 10:30 and 11 its not quite as crowded, but after that it gets very busy. Definitely a fun place for kids.

What a great place to bring the kids! Pakeeza from Bounce-A-Rama checked us in and set us up with the monthly pass. Its such a bargain and fun for my whole family. The kids play tag and run through the maze of inflatable houses. Just remember, this place is quite popular, and to bring lots of drinks because everyone gets thirsty.

Always a good time at bounce a rama for my 5 and 2 year old. I have been coming consistently since we moved to the Berryessa area and got the monthly pass. We use it about twice a good so it is a good deal. I am giving 4 stars since employees really do not walk around a lot to make sure older kids do not come into the toddler area. You have to call them to police the rules. Second. Coming so frequently I have seen the quality of the inflatables go down over the last 2 years. The toddler section was capable of holding at least 2 adults and now they cannot hold up the children. Looking forward to when they upgrade the inflatables. Third. The pizza is good quality and definitely not frozen. Fresh dough and ingredients. However, they will occasionally burn the pizza and then try to get you to take it. I have had to tell them that this is not quality I expect and then they go and make it again and leave me with the burnt one until the other comes out. If you mess up the pizza you might as well admit to it that you messed it up.

Buy a membership. They still offer them online but you have to manually enter it into google to find it. They took it off the link on the website. Literally pays for itself in 2 visits. We take our kids probably 20 times a month for 30 bucks a month

Our grandson loved the place! He had a blast on all of the bouncy buildings. He only gave 4 stars because some of the games were either out of order or just simply ate his tokens.

MY kids favorite place around the bay! Its always clean and they rotate the bounce houses every few months so it never gets boring. My kids also love the arcade there, although I wish it wasnt so loud. Also the pizza there is good. Perfect time filler for a rainy or super hot day.

Good place for kids birthday parties. But I wish they could have added some better food option. All children enjoy the jump house but there should be more options. They are opening on July 2018 and I hope they make some good changes for the kids. They should add some games as the Dave buster it will attract more people.

They have huge and beautiful bouncers for different age groups. We love to come here. Arcade games are also good and they have good deals available on game coins and pizza.

No complaints here! Kids had a great time! The bouncy houses were huge with obstacle courses and themes! The great wall of China was our favorite and there is also a side for kids 4 and under! I like how after 7:30pm the price goes from 16.00 to 10.00 well around there plus you get 4 tokens for the games. We will be back!

Really fun place for my 3 and 4 year old. I do have to comment, however, to previous comments about employees needing to police or enforce thie rules.Uh WAKE UP PARENTS!!! The rules are posted for the PARENTS to impose upon their children.Prices are great. We did not eat on site. Cant wait to return

Great place for kids to have fun! Bounce bounce bounce all they want, and then arcade games. Pizza in the cafe is also pretty good. Even better if there are Groupon deals.

This is a pretty cool place. Its an alternative to Dave n Busters and focuses more on smaller children without the dim lighting and alcohol. Their pizza is actually pretty good. They dont have very many games they tend to focus on bouncers more than anything thats also what keeps you from spending up your money. Its one step past Charles E. Cheese and one step before Dave n the Drunks so preteen might be your cutoff point.

Good pizza. Good jumpers but maybe need a little more air. Bathrooms needed cleaning later in the day.. Great service!

Noisy chaos, but isnt that what kids like? Theyve got a smaller area with about 4 inflatables just for younger kids. My kids also enjoyed the bigger slides, but said the other kids were pushing them. Theres also an arcade area. The prices were reasonable, and they had a monthly pass that actually seemed like a good value. If you go to the Great Mall, it only has an exterior entrance and its over by Burlington Coat Factory.

All the jumper slides in the first room were new. Kids had lots of fun! Pizza was pretty good too

Kind of small, but its clean and my daughter always has fun. We did get birthday party here last year. It was a great experience and not too crazy expensive.

They used to have a little bit more tot friendly bouncers in the far back .. so a little bummed that the ones in the back arent as small tot friendly. My 4.5 yo had a great time running through the place and got a good sweat on. Good deal on the membership though!

Came here once and my 3 year old daughter loved it. They had a special room filled with bounce houses just for little kids. The big Kids ones looked fun too but I was there for her. We got a package so she cool play the arcade games as well.

Not a bad place. My 2 year old enjoys it. My only complaint would be that they need staff to walk around and make sure rules are being followed. That said, they will respond to request for policing. Our issues have been older kids coming into the toddler area. Making it dangerous for the little ones.

I gave a 1 due to the service of the manager Jake. Less tjan professional.The place is decent and there are a variety of jumping apartuses. I took my granddaughter to eat a slice of pizza. After waiting over 30 minutes we had not received the pizza.I asked for a refund and Jake did not acknowledge me nor did he apologize. He was less than professional. I will not patronize this establishment.

We came to celebrate my nephews birthday everything was great, food was ok. The kids had lots of fun in the jumpers and playing. Even the adults had a great time. Staff working there are mostly young teens that are not very kind. One of the guys (Asian guy) that was in the little store where you pick your price was very rude with an attitude, rushing kids to pick their price and giving them what he wanted even though kids would specifically tell him what they wanted. To my opinion if you do not have patience and dont like to deal with kids, then maybe you should find a new job instead of giving them a bad experience.

Too much crowded on weekend. Bounces are well maintained and employees controlled the number of kids on the bounces which is good. Arcade was not that great, few games in arcade did not work. Overall very average experience.

Worst experience organizing a party here.There isnt sufficient padding on the floor around the bouncy, and the structures are kept adjacent to each other, and kids often jump from one to anotherOne of the kids fell down in our party and has broken his collar bone, and is suffering complications.They get you to sign a release of liability waiver so you cant go after them.But this could be avoided if the place followed basic safety norms and if their party organizers were keeping a watch.The party food catering was bad. Pizza were cold, drinks arrived several minutes after the food was finished, they didnt even make sure there was water for our guests.Wherever I tried to reach one of their staff asking for help, they asked me to locate the designated party host, who disappeared for 15 minutes in the middle of our meal time. No serving spoons for the food was ever provided. Gave be a huge 10 sharp knife with no decorations for my little one to cut the cake.Despite reaching out to 7-8 staff members nobody seemed interested in helping out and only kept directing me to someone else.They lost some of the gifts we received as well.Lastly the asked us to give at least $65 tip!Unbelievable!!Been celebrating at pump it up earlier. Agreed its smaller, but much safer and well managed.Never going back here again.

Great facility for kids, massive and elaborate bounce houses. Only issue is the lack of an annual pass which they use to offer.

We used to come here often, but over the years, it’s gone down hill. They’ve had the same bounce houses for years with nothing new, even after a huge renovation. My biggest gripe is that some of the houses have hold and have been hastily taped, but so much air still comes out to where the castles aren’t fully inflated. I can stand on some and feel the floor under, which is kind of scary considering a kid could fall and hit his/her head on the floor.We came again recently in hopes that they change some things, but no, it’s still exactly the same.

They have several large jumpy houses that kids get excited about and a separated area for smaller kids. The place is not secure so kids can either walk out on their own or with strangers.The arcade lacks and will eat your coins.

Giving 4 stars for the following; Under 5 category area has very limited seats for parents to sit, during busy days kids run all around and area becomes congested. Adults not allowed in bouncers so difficult to figure out what ur kid is up to insider they don’t slide down.

My kids love this place and on most days the service is ok. But today in the cafe the worker has a baby with her in the kitchen and is hit n miss. Also what’s the biggest concern is that she is not cleaning her hands after cleaning her infant in cafe! Very unsanitary friends of the workers here jus come into kitchen grab sodas. Won’t be feeding my kids here again I recommend you don’t either.

Ive held 3 birthday parties at this location and each time the service gets better and better. Most recently, in August my 2yo celebrated his birthday here and the new team theyve acquired are amazing!

Great place for your little ones especially on those rainy cold days. Plan for whole day. My kid loves it here and does not want to go home before 3-4 hours of play.

Bouncers are rarely cleaned, and many of the arcade games are out of order. Not enough employees to handle the crowds. Your money is better spent at Dave and Busters on the other side of the mall.

The arcade had a large selection of broken games to play, the staff also seemed like they wanted to quit at any moments notice. I highly do not recommend bringing your kids here.

HORRIBlE place ! Watch out your kid’s SAFETY! I took my son to play today. When I was trying to assist him to slide down from one of the air slides, my elbows and arms were scratched by the plastic materials. It hurt so much. I went to the front desk and ask them for a badge, the customer servic was ridiculous. They said I need to cross my arm to slide down. To be honest, I didn’t get this notice when I got there. They said it was written on a small piece of boat. Who is going to read that while their children running around. For my son’s security, I wouldn’t take my child to there any more.
