Good coffee friendly staff

Was in there today and one employee was berating a dunkin donuts employee for buying milk for the store. The girl was young and looked like she was about to cry, she kept apologizing but was still being treated very poorly. She screamed at her infront of the entire store. It was incredibly unprofessional and appalling behavior. I was sickened by the behavior and can not believe that the store tolerates such unprofessional behavior by their employees.

Appalled at the behavior I witnessed today. Saw your employee berating a young dunkin girl over a gallon of milk. This woman was screaming at her infront of several customers. I put down my purchases and left your store, I will not frequent a store that allows bullying and public humiliation. Went through the dunkin drive through and spent my money there. This woman whose name was Emily should be fired or moved to the bottle room for such unprofessional and disgusting behavior. If i could leave zero stars I would.

This Dunkin’ employee looks as she was going to cry as she kept apologizing. As someone who works in customer service I found this behavior very unprofessional and will not be giving my business to this store anymore.

You have employees there not wearing a mask and telling customers they cant come in the store without a mask on, after the August first mask mandate.

I like their beer selection, but heads up that if you pay at the pump, they slap a $91 hold on your account. I hate that practice and it will make me stop using them.

Definitely have picked up their beer game. Huge walk-in beer cave with tons of options.
