The gentlemen, who came on time, were very professional and kind. They knew exactly what they were doing, and installed the equipment in a short amount of time. I will be recommending HS&A to others.

Ring Doorbell Install. Had amazing, quick, professional & cost effective service installing two Ring doorbells. I tried the install myself first. The literature and support doesnt help much when youre installing two units on the same transformer for a first time installer.Luckily I found Home Security & Automation and Edwin Maldonado. They were there the next day, had seen this situation before, procured the hardware that was needed, finished the install and cleaned up in under two hours. Easy contactless payment accepted too (Venmo or Paypal)If youre having issues with video doorbells, alarm systems or home entertainment I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. All the other electricians wanted to schedule two weeks out and and had a service call fee to see if they needed to come back.

Called on the morning and was told that they will stop by in mid-afternoon. called, left a voicemail and message in their website. no response or follow up. The person who took my appointment was not professional at all. He did not say hi, his name or name of the company or any sort of greetings. Not sure how they get their 5 stars but not from me. i am taking my business somewhere else. Thank you for wasting my whole day waiting for no show or follow up.

This business is amazing. Ive been having burglary issues in my neighborhood and when I first contacted Edwin, he was courteous and very professional. I had security cameras installed. The prices were reasonable and the work was great. i highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Home Security & Automation LLC. I hired them to reconnect security cameras that my cable provider inadvertently disconnected and to sort though a mess of wiring from the previous satellite system. It was a tough job that the Spectrum person could not solve. Edwin stuck with it. It took two visits but he enlisted the help he needed and restored the security camera, telephone and cable services. He and his team had a great attitude and wrestled with the problem until they solved it. I will use them again!
