Store nothere closed dont waste time.
Store isnt there anymore. Hope this message gets to you before you drive all the way there like i just did...
Slow service, even when there is not much traffic. I cannot image what the wait would be like if they were busy. Staff was pleasant enough. Prices for Comcast are way too high. Currently looking for an alternative. If you can do business with Comcast and avoid the store, do it.UPDATE: I recently returned to this store and it was a totally new experience. I was promptly waited on, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and suggestions and I walked out having the best experience at Comcast ever! I dont know if the management changed, the staff changed or what transpired but in a few short weeks everyone I had contact with was customer service oriented, professional, and friendly. An impressive change and one that warranted changing my original rating from 2 stars to 5 stars.
I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the speed at which we were helped. If you havent looked into repackaging your bundled services lately, stop by and see what they can so for you. Happy customers seem to matter!
Had great service from Jeremy at this store today! Didnt waste any of my time, got me what I needed and to top it off saved me money on my complete bundling package! Thank you
Our contract recently ended around the end of Oct. We went in about a week after that to start a new one and were told a great price. The guy that helped us said it should show as our new bill balance which is coming up soon. Got a reminder today about our bill and it was still showing for a higher price. Ended up going into the store again and asked them about it. They then tell us that it takes 6 WEEKS for it to change. This is not what we were told when we were in there a few weeks ago. All we use is internet, no cable nothing. This place is such a rip off and the staff never seems to have the same information. Really bad communication. They need to get it together.
Jeremy waited on us and as soon as he pulled our account up he said he could save us $!!!! He did and we are both pleased with all he did for us. We are even getting 2 new phones tomorrow which are badly needed. Go Xfinity!! Wish wed done this sooner. Thanks Jeremy.
I had the best experience ever in the cell phone department! Jeremy was so awesome and patient with our questions. We havent upgraded in years and he even offered to help navigate with me if I need help! We have already recommended everyone we could think of to upgrade to Infinity and ask for Jeremy. 😁
My recommendation with Comcast after 10 years of experience and 6 specifically at this location- film them. Film the interaction. They will try to twist your words and to be honest, it’s the shadiest thing ever. So, my advice is to film your interaction from the moment you are sitting down with a sales representative. Press play when you see them walking to you, try to catch the introduction. Always take down names and times. This will keep everything honest. Make sure to start out early enough so that if they say you can’t film them, you have that claim on video too. This place is blatantly dishonest and yet still offended at being called out as such. Good luck!
When I gt to the store there were already a ship load of people, so I thought I was going to have to wait for awhile, and who wants to deal with that, right? But I was taken care of immediately, so I actually spent less time in the store than it took me to gt there. That made my day. Then gentlemen that help me in returning my equipment was professional and answered all my questions with his working knowledge. Very positive experience.
I wasnt sure what to expect based on the reviews here. Fortunately they do not reflect the true reality this office. I was immediately welcomed as I came through the door with a smile and a handshake. I had a unique challenging request and was assured they would do everything they could to meet that need in the next couple of days. They went on to offer me new equipment as we have had ours for 3 years now. Then they checked the cable promotions for me. For literally a couple dollars more a month, I will now get double the channels! No contract required either! Ryan and his staff gave excellent customer service to everyone I saw while in there. Fast and efficient. They deserve better ratings.
In and out the door with a new cable box and modem in just a few minutes. The associate was very helpful and pleasant. Great experience
My daughter went in to fix bill move to her own service stop old one in brothers name. They said everything done. She went home no services. Then son called his other service that had nothing to do with these accounts was cancelled they both spent about 3 hours each on phone to fix. Said guy at store messed it up they will fix. Daughter got hers fixed son had to wait 24hrs. 3 weeks later sons still messed up had to call again 4 hrs on phone and they said the lady on phone messed it up they will fix. Lol
Just upgraded my services yesterday. Ryan made everything very simple and easy to see where additional charges were coming from. Got installation of our home security scheduled quickly. I was back out the door within 15 minutes. Great transparent experience!
It was great after I found the new location at Clackamas Town center
They took great care of me. Its best to deal with them in person and not over the phone on their outsourced overseas 24hr help line where you always get someone with an accent you have difficulty understanding and isnt very helpful or efficient in the help process to begin with.
I was moving so I called and set up a new account at the new house. They couldnt come out to set up the Internet for a week though. I called again to try to move up the appointment with no luck. After a week the appointment finally arrives and no one shows up. Apparently I needed to go to a Comcast store with ID and proof of residency before they would come out but no one bothered to tell me that either of the times I called.
I highly recommend coming here than calling in for issues and getting setup. Manager, Matt Ryan provided excellent customer service. He also went above and beyond and worked his magic to allow an install date tomorrow vs four days later.
This store has absolutely ridiculous waiting times. I went in today and had to wait 25 minute to pick up a modem. How is it that I am picking something up, which should take minutes to grab from the back and send me on my way. I understand that there are others before me, but most of these people are here to speak about bills, other concerns that are more serious, but maybe the people standing at the front desk doing nothing but checking people in could help get customers in and out faster. How absurd. Do better.
The concept of a walk in customer service center is great, except when they cant provide the service. I was told Id have to call Comcast direct. The store was clean and not crowded and they were able to handle equipment returns and issues. The staff was also friendly.
Comcast as a company is not the best when it comes to customer service, but the reps at this store were all very nice and very helpful. Josh was who helped us get set up with Internet after moving to Oregon.I see many people here leave reviews for Comcast or xfinty as a company, rather than the quality of this actual location. I believe this particular store deserves a better review. The front desk woman was very nice and tried to help as best she could, and all the other employees seemed very nice. Took us a total of 20 minutes (waiting and set up) then we went home and connected to our new setup just like that.
Ive been in this store 3 times, the staff is extremely low energy. The second time I went in there, the guy who was helping me seemed like he was either too tired or on heroin. The third time I went in I was in a hurry because everyone in my family was waiting in the car, and all I wanted to do was drop off some equipment, but the lady who waa helping me talked to her co-worker about personal stuff for more than 5 minutes. Im a very patient person, but the only reason any of this service exists anymore is because of the 2-5 billion dollar barrier to entry in the market to even be considered a competitor to Comcast.
I was very impressed by angle with how able she was to answer my questions.
For what it is, they had fast and painless customer service when getting set up. Willing to work with a bunch of kids with no credit. The store itself is clean and efficient.
The staff is always nice and always helpful! They have done whatever they could to get us the best price for programming and I appreciate that!
This location is closed. New location at 12130 SE 82nd AVE Suite H241 Happy Valley, OR 97086 US.
Nice store, lots of seating and things to check out, nice staff but very Slow
Having to deal with Comcast is like walking into hell. Every person you talk to has a different answer and it is so frustrating. They have given us the incorrect box MULTIPLE times. It cannot be that hard to employ competent people.
Great staff cable is high priced though great service
Had to swap out my router for one compatible with the X1 platform and Xfi pods. The pods availability in the area was a question they could not answer.
I had a concern with my account, it was very busy, waited my turn got to the counter spoke with a customer service agent who patiently listened to my concern got a Manager to help and all was good. Thanks again.
Updating to a 2-star because the rep handled my situation quickly and efficiently. Still the wait time doesnt make sense expectations if you schedule ahead of time online.Original (1-star): Scheduled an appt for 5pm showed up 10 min early (told me that I was early) and got checked in. After 25 min of waiting I checked in with them and they couldnt find my name on the list.... This isnt the first time its happened. It can get extremely busy so I even scheduled just to return an item. Im the afternoons expect the wait time to be 30 min+. Theres always people in the back, but they never seem fully staffed for the amount of people that come in.
Getting a new phone was a breeze. Also appreciated all my questions being answered in depth and patiently. Wait time is short for the most part.
Was told by employee they “don’t have a policy in place for informing you that you will soon be charged double the price of your initial plan”. She didn’t not seem to care or be much help. Maybe someone should come up with a system to inform customers so they can opt out of their contract before a more expensive one is in place.
If you are willing to waste at least an hour waiting for service while at least a dozen others are assisted, this is the place. I would guess about 9 of 10 customers coming in were upset with equipment not working, exchanges, and difficulty with various aspects of their billing / services. Simply wanted to remove my deceased fathers name from the account. Almost 2 hours later and having completely redo the service account, we came home only to find the service package was still incorrect. The dmv style ticket system for service is pointless. Some people are assisted immediately while others have to sit and wait. Did not find staff to be very friendly/ interested in customers. Staff is overwhelmed on every visit. Wheelchair access was not convenient for my mother. Find that both phone and in person store visits take a lot of time as you need to repeat information repeatedly regarding personal / account items and as to the actual complaint. Poorly knowledged and only consistency is in the dread of dealing with staff and service.
Close to home, easy parking, nice employees, helpful and not a long wait.
Terrible business practices, I would not recommend them. They offered a free 30 day trial. The account was opened on 1/16/15, it was closed within the 30 day period. They inadvertently charged me $27.95. It is now 3/4/15 I received a collection call, a first for me. The guy wanted my Visa number I thought it was fraud turns out it was legit. I called Comcast my account had been cancelled just as I thought. They apologized and said my account was opened and closed on 1/16/15??? What the heck, and if I did owe them money how was it sent to collections within 6 weeks. No phone call, no bill. Again Terrible, shame on you Comcast!
Comcasts reputation is the worst in all industries, including used cars and home service contractors. Dont get your hopes up that theyll treat you fair. Incompetent and greedy as ever on every level. Keep and eye on them, theyre sneaky and selfish. Not to be trusted. Pay cash. Dont let them have access to your credit/debit cards. They WILL mess you up and fail to remedy their mistakes. Keep the FCCS number handy, its your only leverage.
Jeremy at the oak st store helped me rearrange my my plan to really fit my family needs..He listens.. wow what a concept... good JG thanks!!! Bob
I thought I had done my research. I talked with multiple Xfinity Mobile employees and asked a lot of questions to try and figure out if their less expensive cellphone service, which they offer for current Xfinity internet owners, would be worth it. All they tell you is that they have the same coverage as Verizon and share their cellular network. They never mentioned speed or performance. I decided to make the switch, and purchased 2 new Samsung Galaxy S10E phones. Within the first day of turning on my phone I noticed a slight decrease in connection speed. My wife activated her phone 2 days later, and had worse performance. We were at a gathering with friends and we could not get any website to load, even though our phones showed we had service. That same day I couldnt use my phone at all because the SIM card wasnt registering! After 72 hours I called it quits, and returned my new phones, and asked to have my account terminated. They were helpful to terminate my service, and luckily verizon accepted me back as a customer.BE VERY CAREFUL SWITCHING TO XFINITY MOBILE
You know people were angry at the store. I stretched and thought gee people are really angry. Now Im more satisfied after calling customer loyalty. I wont bad mouth anyone they just make it hard to impossible for you to downgrade. Put in the time and youll get somewhere. Ask a lot of questions about exactly what you can do without when you call customer loyalty and youll get somewhere. I them twice at this location all I want is internet. I was an authorized user then Im not then theres no phone number on the account. Man. Finally got somewhere but it was time consuming and frustrating. This is the only store we go to so it appears lazy people arent prepared to truly help. And if you dont want to wait 20 min to drop off your equipment then forget it. Inconvenient is an understatement but they have the best internet hence 2 stars instead of 1.
Terrible experience. Rep wasted an hour of my time and didnt even order my replacement phone through an insurance claim. Was told it would arrive in 5 to 7 business days but that was September 4th! Cant call the store either because no direct number exists except the one they give to employees only. Dont sign up for service if you can help it. The cellular service is a joke and doesnt work anything like they sell it. Wish I had never stepped foot in here!
About a year or so ago I returned equipment to this location because I didnt need it anymore. Sure enough, they never put it in the computer as returned so now Im having to go through and back track everything just to prove that I returned the equipment so I dont get charged for it.That was the first and last time I will ever use xfinity for anything. When I call they never follow thru with anything they say theyre going to. I have never been so frustrated with something before than I am with this company.
Ugh. The fact they think having a Loyalty Department says it all. When I cut from Comcast, I took back my things to this store and was told everything was squared away and closed. I did have to convince them that one of the pieces of equipment was theirs as it was old. I had to wait until a manager could meet with me since they refused to take the item back. Twenty minutes of my time to hand it back to them Of course he figured out it was theirs, as I told them it was twenty minutes earlier.Three months later I get a note from collections that I failed to pay fifty odd dollars that I never got a bill for, and wasnt looking for since I was told all was closed and settled. The only good feeling I have about Comcast is that I will never have to deal with them again.
Jarred came to fix our system last week. Unfortunately, I misplaced his ID number and the e-mail address of his supervisor. He was professional and thorough and despite several set-backs, continued to pursue solutions until all problems (there were several) were resolved.
Highly over rated. Extremely expensive! Never had good service.
I have always had great customer service at this store. Friendly, professional, helpful employees. Sorry to read others not having same service.
This company has nothing to offer by month to month discount. Just bad company customer service is terrible and no decency and uneducated robot that follow only what company tell them to do. Cant wait for google fiber to be here and i will be leaving this company with no remorse.
Good people. Helpful. Wait times can be long. Call for an appointment time
Mason is great. Super helpful, patient, and friendly.
I was really happy with Xfinity until I had to transfer service to my new address. I called 3 weeks before we moved to have my services transferred to our new address. I was told that a work order would be submitted to have my services transferred. Two days after we moved, still no internet, I called to see what the hold up was. I was informed that Xfinity actually does NOT provide service in that area. So now I have to find another internet provider, they cant send a tech out for 2 weeks. So we have no internet for the next 2 weeks, when if I would have been informed by the first person i spoke with that they couldnt transfer my service, I could have made other arrangements to have a different internet provider come out to set it up the day we moved. Now were stuck paying data overages on our phones due to no WiFi, and when I went to the Xfinity store to return my router, I was told I would have to pay $130 to break my contract because THEY do not provide service at my new address. Moving is already stressful, but its even more frustrating when you make arrangements weeks in advance, and xfinity drops the ball. Someone should have at the very least followed up with me after the work order was submitted to inform me that they couldnt provide service to my new address, but to be charged a contract termination fee due to THEIR lack of coverage is pretty frustrating.
Very slow. Even if you already took the time over the phone to upgrade your service and all you have to do is pick up equipment, you still have to wait forever. Ridiculous!
It’s tough to rate this place because it doesn’t exist.
I showed up there to pick up equipment as discussed with a phone representative. This place no longer exist. I then called the Comcast phone number and once again was given this location to me.
Great customer service and really listened to me
Super friendly staff was exceptionally focused on making sure I commited to a long more expensive plan. Literally stuck in the local monopoly.
Jeremy was very helpful, ansered all my concerns
Wasted a lot of time waiting for a rep who ended up looking around constantly, acted very paranoid and then signed a consent form for me. He FORGED my signature! Absolutely appalling, I plan to look into my legal options over this.
Changed my plan and got a great deal!!
By far, hands down and without a doubt the worst place to visit in Milwaukie. I prefer the DMVsomehow they out do themselves every visit to make the experience worse. This last visit all my wife wanted to do was return the low def cable box we were accidentally given when we signed up for service. She was laughed at and ridiculed for ditching cable by a lazy employee named Alber Beshai who could not even be bothered to take his coat off. My wife thought she was being harassed by a homeless man for 5 minutes until she realised he worked there.Please. Avoid this place at all costs.
30 minute wait, but got a new cell phone using an upgrade deal, so I was pleased.
Dont call for cable help. Ooch!
Very nice and answered all questions easy to deal with
Two of the greatest gals made us happy
The 5 star reviews are so obviously fake! Walk into this store and you will see dozens of people who are ready to kill themselves. Coming here is worse than the old Powell DMV. Cancel your service and bite the cancellation cost. It will be better for your health.
Such a waste of time to sit and wait to process a return that when I first asked to keep my services and cost the same they said it was fine. After waiting an hour to confirm this, they showed a $30 increase in cost because the return changes the contract. I dont have a TV, dont want to be responsible for equipment I cant use and dont want only to have to pay for cable TV and internet because somehow it is cheaper than just internet. The woman at the front said it wasnt in her job description to know that.
Convenient location, inadaquitly trained and not particularly helpful staff.
Of the Xfinity stores I have been to this one is decidedly average. Long wait times and incompetent staff for the most part. I have been lucky a couple times and got someone that was actual helpful. I think it is more of a reflection on the company as a whole than this particular location though.
Awesome people and prices 👍👌
Matt and his crew provided one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a while. I went in ticked off about some bad service and miss leading charges I had received. Matt took the time to hear my complaints then walked me through what he could do about it. ended up deciding to stay with comcast.
Kirsten was extremely quick and efficient with her service and I know she will apply that same level of satisfaction to all of her customers.
Store staff helpful enough, but Comcast in general sucks and is a total rip off.
Went in here to return some eqipment as we purchased our own. There were plenty of employees however one guy at the counter who was telling everyone the wait was 30 to 45 min. I told him we just wanted to drop it off and he said we had to wait. This seemed a bit ridiculous. This isnt my first trio to a comcast rodeo. I KNEW this guy was wrong. BUT. We had to wait. While a disabled senior who waited an hour told the manager the service was terrible. The manager blew this man off. He said yeah well sorry you feel that way. It was appalling. I went back to the counter after seeing random people getting helped. I was told no in fact. I do NOT need to stay. No apologies..no anything. Just the comcast/xfinity service we have come to expect. Thats the sad part. Its unsurprisingly horrible. Every time.
Rating is for this particular store. Always professional and friendly. I have nothing good to say about Comcast in general, my experiences here (3) were canceling and returning merchandise.
Added one star for friendly service. Other than that, I have nothing good to say about this location. The service may have been friendly, but they had no idea what they were doing.I was sent here because I brought my owned modem with me from another state and the phone support people said I had to take it into a Comcast store to complete the transfer. I went to this location, they claimed that they completed the transfer, and told me Id have to go call the activation number when I got home to finish the process.Well, I called the activation number when I got home and the activation rep wasnt able to find any record that the modem had been transferred. Thanks for wasting my afternoon!
The store is closed for remodeling. They should update their website
Long wait times but decent service
Feared the worst when I entered the store, but service was surprisingly swift. I think I only waited 5 minutes until someone helped me. 3 stars off because this company has an effective monopoly on my street for internet services.
Customer service was as good as it possibly could have been. Greeted immediately, information, self install kit, number to call, and Im outa there. :)
Oh boy, future of awesome?Comcastic in every sense of the word.Congratulations on my first one star review!!
Told me I had to wait an hour to pick up router. I have had xfinity services several times over the years and it has been a headache everytime. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced.
Im using 4G to post this comment because I literally cancelled my internet so I wouldnt have to deal with Comcast anymore. The people in this store have been wildly unhelpful every time Ive been there. Ive never been so sure that people were waiting for me to leave so they could talk about me behind my back.
The people at this store are complete idiots. Do not use this location to return equipment. Theyll lose it. If only I read the reviews first. The company as a whole has zero morals, all they care about is the money and theyll screw you over just to milk a little more out of you. Save yourself a little trouble, go with a different company. Even after my family had been a loyal customer for over a decade, they still decide that customer servicr isnt important and being an incompetent sleezeball is.
Not been there yet. Just trying to join. Love weight watchers. joining back up.
Inferior service and quality. Only got them due to not being able to get Dish network where we live. Will not recommend their tv service to anyone. Get dish network instead.
Went to this service center to replace two old HD remotes that no longer worked (one was physically broken). The guy at the front took mine in and gave me two new ones with batteries no questions asked. Couldnt have been easier!
Mikey was Very Helpful & polite!
Bad Google directions because this location closed last year an has moved to Clackamas Town center.
Xfinity is the worst service Ive ever had. At least I have Verizon data to make up for the days I spend without internet, since Xfinitys is always down. Paying $100+ for an account I guess. Someone feed me suggestions so I can abandon this capitalist garbage.
I had to stop in here when XFINITY couldnt connect to my router. I waited 20 minutes before I was helped. They couldnt fix the issue there and said theyd have to send it to their tech department the next week. They never contacted me and the issue was never fixed.
Good staff. Still an Xfinity store. So only so much they can do.
I would give them a zero but it doesnt allow a zero. Return a device over 3 weeks ago and they will not take it off of the account because someone hasnt processed it yet even though it shows them receiving it. Now we are getting letters from some collection company saying we need to return the device. Someone needs to get off their lazy ars and process peoples return stuff
Comcast is horrible, its a monopoly hence the worst customer service and internet possible, you would have better luck calling a brick wall with with an issue then Comcast. They messed up two install dates and continue to lie and deceive. We need to have more providers so this worst of the worst will be rooted out.
This is outlet is no longer open. How can this not be updated on the internet by the one largest internet providers on earth? WTF
Wonderful customer service! Nice, neat store.
Comcast holds a monopoly on the clackamas area! Its over priced and outages galore thier employees dont care about the customer!
Had the best guy ever help me with my wifi problems, Super helpful and fixed the issue:) Thank you, Thank you!!JACK WAS AWESOME!
