Excellent in more ways than one. I needed a small BX series tractor for my lawn service and some work at home. I normally buy smaller equipment from other dealers in west palm and never had really that great of an experience. Being my first backhoe/loader I was very impressed with the walk around I got when I visited the Mims store. Stacy took me out and showed my wife and I all the options we could have. I ended up having to wait two months after I got the first quote but when I was ready she pretty much pulled up the quote and after a few signatures my tractor was delivered to my house in just two days. The man who dropped off the tractor was very polite and all I ended up doing was signing a few things on the tablet with Stacy. She showed me how it worked and answered a few questions I had. 20 minutes later all the neighbors came out with their kids to help me dig my ditch out in front of my house. As I look a back at the experience I only wonder why cant car buying be this easy. Pretty much you will figure out what you want on the internet and it should just show up when you are ready to buy. I would highly recommend this store. Nice laid back feeling to buying that I wish could be transferred to the automotive world. I am the type of guy who will drop a one star without an issue because people need to know what there are walking into. Not so in this case. I wish I could give more stars! A++ guys thanks for the great experience. I dont see my self needing anything for along time but if I do you are the first place I will come!

We got a tractor from them a year ago and have no complaints. They helped us get the right size for our property as well as implements. When we had some damage, the insurance minus the deductible covered it. The service department answers.any questions we have, and the staff is top notch.

I rented some equipment last weekend from the Mims location and had an issue with one of the machines. But Melissa provided the best customer service I have seen in the last 15 years out of anywhere I have done business. I cannot thank her enough for the outstanding service and support she provided. I haven’t seen customer service like that in a long time and thought it was gone. But I see there is still hope. If I ever need equipment again I know right where I will be going. And I am passing this story of mine to others and will recommend that location to anyone I come in contact with that needs equipment rental. My only complaint is I wish y’all rented trailer to haul the equipment. I had to have it delivered even tho I was only about 10 miles away and have a truck strong enough to have hauled it my self. Melissa is an excellent employee and person.

I’ve rent two pieces of equipment and both times Jack went out of his way to make sure I had what I need for the job at hand. Both machines had low hours and worked flawlessly. Great customer service and great machines.

Oh, my GOSH! I cannot say enough about the staff at this location. In particular, Bob and Steve are such a pleasure to work with. We have had several business dealings with them, and they have always come through for us, even when another location dropped the ball in a big way. Kudos to Florida Coast Equipment, Mims, for having such a reliable, professional and personable staff.

Extremely helpful and easy dealership to work with! Adam, my sales guy, and the GM put together my order for a skid steer quickly and got all info I needed. Highly recommend!Also the Stihl counter is great and the staff is knowledgeable.

Pretty sad that they can give you a piece of equipment that is not maintained and breaks down all the time! Feel free to use them but dont expect them to take blame for anything! Had too rent another piece of equipment from cat in Daytona because they maintain the equipment that they lease! Update: just trying to cover your lies in a comment is fine! Everyone will see when you steal from them and learn thats your insurance is just a huge lie! They will find out pretty fast! Have a great day being a theif! You said the 12 percent insurance is for maintenance on the machine and thats what the rental is for lol keep trying to make your self look good you wont get far being a liar.
