Mr. Bill answered the phone at 9:30 on Sunday, checked for the part, gave installation tips, and was at the store by 11:00 to give me the part! One hour later my refrigerator is good as new! No bags of ice needed! Thanks again!

Billy was very helpful in helping my husband resolve the issue with our dryer. It’s an old dryer, came with the house. We thought it was the knob because one day it wasn’t moving from more hot to less hot and eventually off. If just kept going/spinning and not getting very hot. Even though I clean the lint screen after each wash in that part it goes into there was a lot of lint. My husband cleaned out all the lint and tested various things. He thought something might have burnt out, maybe the sensors etc.… Billy told him what to do and to call him after he did. My husband did what he said and then called him back. Billy said ok come back here and he gave him what we needed to replace. Now it works and it was inexpensive. Thank you, Billy!!

Had an issue with a gas dryer, told Bill my problem and told me to bring the parts down to test them all were good so he knew right away it was a fuse. I replaced it and it works great highly recommend and very helpful

Rude. Called to ask about one part, OK, they dont have it. Wanted to ask about other services, guy hangs up the phone. Easier to throw stuff away then deal with characters like these.
