First time with Mineola service & I have only great things to say. Very professional,all parts ordered from Mini Cooper for repairs. Wait time was literally 1-2 hours. It’s very difficult to choose a new mechanic but I think we found a new place for our cars. Highly recommend.

Had them look at my daughters car after she got ripped off at a Toyota dealer. What a difference! The repair that Toyota wanted over $1500 for turned out to be under $400. He even said how sorry he was that she had been ripped off by the dealer for a starter replacement. Wish we could have brought it to him in the first place. Jimmy is very professional and fair. I highly recommend!

Moved to Long Island not long ago and needed to find a new place to service my vehicle. I found this shop on Google with many amazing reviews and figured I would give this place a chance. It was hard trusting a different location with mechanics you dont know, but after visiting here, its become a clear choice. Brian and his staff are amazing and he makes you feel like family, he pays close attention to all details and makes sure that he tells you with complete transparency what is happening and what you can do. Very sincere, professional and friendly people at this business. Informed me that I did not need anything at the moment for my car and that I can bring it after two months for inspection. They also have full service for gas, attendant cleaned both windshields without me requesting while they filled gas - will go there again.

Found me a new car care center. Brought in my newly purchased used car for an inspection. They did a diligent job, covered everything and when I came to pick up the car, they didnt even charge me! Who does that these days? I will definitely be taking my car there from now on.

I received beyond outstanding service today. My car got a flat and one of the lug-nuts was stuck so I couldnt change the tire out myself. I called Jimmy and he was both friendly and understanding of the situation. He instantly took care of the problem and did not even mention a fee. The entire staff was efficient and helpful. This is among the best experiences Ive had with an auto center, and I definitely recommend this place!

This shop is great. Rare to find honest, kind, auto repair these days, and these guys are it. They do my oil changes, even recently did a complete engine and transmission install for me, to repower my truck, I didn’t want to say goodby to yet. I recommend this shop to everyone who asks.

I cant say enough about Brian and his team. I work in the area and have come to Brian for anything from my oil and fluid changes, to tire repairs. Brian is as honest as they come in this business. A perfect example is this: I had bought a new car - same color and model, just a different engine. My second car required a much more specialized filter and oil at a higher price point than what I needed with my previous car, which he realized right away. Before doing ANYTHING, Brian stopped to alert me to the change, went as far as to prove to me the difference between the requirements for each car based on manufacturers listed requirements, and obtained my permission to proceed. Other service centers would likely have proceeded without warning me at all. They are courteous, patient and fast! If I drop my car off before work for these services, I will have it before I leave for the day, and they offer to drive you to your office in your car! Brian, Jimmy and the whole crew are awesome! Service is truly top notch!

I always bring my car here when it needs work done. The guys are friendly and explain stuff to me. My car is 15 years old and they help me keep it in good shape. Had to get more work than usual done this time but they caught an issue that saved me at the very least least hundreds if not taken care of soon enough. Sometimes my car needs practically no work done so it evens out in the end and doest hurt that it is a short walk for me either! :)

Great place, great service. Fair prices. The owner as well as his workers will NEVER jap you. Theyll never lie to you just to make a quick buck. The workers are always honest, theyll tell you exactly what needs to be worked on and what doesnt and will call you and run everything by you before touching the car. The workers operate in a timely fashion as well, Ive never had to leave my car overnight. Will recommend this place to everyone. Definitely a 5 star hit.

Needed coolant . My car was overheating. I know nothing about cars. The owner filled my coolant (after making sure I didnt buy the wrong one) checked a bunch of other stuff and was just an awesome helpful person. No charge other than the coolant. If I lived closer I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Had a few issues with my f150 that needed to get taken care of. Brought it into Jimmy and the boys. There mechanic put it up on the lift and was able to show me exactly what was wrong on the spot. Knew it was going to be a couple of days and Jimmy referred me to a rental car place. Overall very happy with how my truck runs after i got it back. Kept me updated through the process. My engine in my Subaru BRZ failed and had to get an engine swap done. The prices were reasonable, also they also listed different options as to what I could do with the car and how I can possibly get my insurance to cover the repairs. I have a very great experience here and my Subaru BRZ drives brand new thanks again guys!

Brought my Jeep In for a full synthetic oil change. Its a brand new car with only 15,000 miles on it. Jimmy called me immediately and asked me to come take a look at the car with him. He showed me that my new car had a few issues and warned me that it may be under warranty. As much as I hate going to the dealer all the work was covered. Thank you guys for your honesty. Horrible service and work isnt done what it suppose to. Kept my car for days and delays the service. Told them what needs to be done and wasnt done. This was our first time going to them and car wasnt even fix right but got the nerve to ask me to pay for it first. All the auto shop was a disappointment including this one. Thought I could find a honest mechanic but he wasnt the one also. Got my car all smoke up the day I suppose to pick it up. Big disappointment. At last, the guy name Jimmy was very nice but thats nothing he could help ☹️
