How this place has even close to 4 stars I have no idea... everything bagel with no salt? And an insulting amount of cream cheese... even my husband who like a light smear of cream cheese had to add some to his bagel... now thats sad. Like the cream cheese wasnt even able to cover the entire surface even if you spread it as thin as it goes. Thank God my husband bought extra cream cheese (been burned too many times) just in case otherwise I would have driven all the way back myself. Consistency of the bagel wasnt even spot on, just average. Sad.

So I called in a order today for pickup and asked for the total $$$ over the phone so I could bring enough cash. The older Spanish guy jokingly said $100 and we both laughed. He then said $22. So I grabbed $23 and headed over to grab our Sunday breakfast. When the young man rang me up he said $18 and change. I asked him please double check everything and he repeated me the order and I said it was correct. So $22 on the phone and $18 when he actually rang me up. I was baffled. The older man walked in from the kitchen and angrily said $22. The young man awkwardly looked at him and smiled while pointing at the cash register. The young kid rang me up correctly but now was in the awkward position to back his boss’s $22 and not what the register said. I said heres $22, took my food and left. I live around the corner and have been coming here since I was a teen. Im 38 now. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I would rather drive twice as far and pay twice the money than ever come back here. Enjoy the $3 pal. You lost a 20+ year customer over it being a cheat. The food isnt fantastic either. It was convenient cause its around the corner.

Older guy behind counter rubbing his nose(no mask on),scratched his head never washed his hands. Simple egg order took almost 10 minutes when I was the only customer and order being worked on.

Bit of a disappointment... The bagels were hot, fresh and delicious, but I ordered 4 breakfasts with over easy eggs... Not on was even close. Most of the yolks were broken and well done. There was one of the 8 that had any runny yolk at all.

Food was tasty and averagely priced. Will go again.

Our bagels were the size of a child’s fist. Not exaggerating. The onions were thicker than the lox in my bagel. Atrocious. My boyfriends BEC was dilapidated. Go there for coffee, but you have to make it yourself. Unsatisfied.

Good food but o order the same 1 egg sausage and cheese on a roll for 2 weeks straight and it’s never. The same price??? Anywhere from $3.50 to $5.50. I asked and the tell me it’s the same price. Asked for a receipt to prove to them and they tell me yesterday they charged u wrong; I know that’s my point!

Small bagels, poorly done spread, and overpriced. Will not be returning.I was truly flabbergasted at the $20 cost of two infantile sized breakfast bagel sandwiches and one large iced coffee. The expense dwarved all other bagel places and the quality was non-existant. My money and my appetite will not be returning.

I’m ALL over Long Island all day long. But this is the place i go out of my way for every time. The perfect bagel. no kidding.

No bueno! I ordered a Maple Turkey sandwich, and they mistakenly sliced the plastic that covers the turkey, with the turkey - and then proceeded to put that in the sandwich. Mistakes happen, but I did not enjoy todays experience.

Located right off the parkway and has decent bagels. Egg sandwiches are good but not great. The rolls they use arent the best but are fresh. Service tends to be a bit slow even when your the only person in the store

I can’t even begin to explain how 1 Star is too high for this location. Firstly, I’ve called to place orders ahead of time at least a dozen times now, and without fail, each time the food was not made until after I arrived at the store. The attitudes of everyone at this location are horrendous, and they’ve gotten our orders wrong numerous times, and claimed it was our fault. We’ve been traveling 15+minutes to go to a competent bagel store recently.

Lox is fresh. White fish was fresh. Bagel was toasty. Spread was diverse. Highly recommend this low-key bagel spot anytime of the day; especially Sunday mornings!

The food here is about as fresh as you can expect. All baking done on premesis. BUT I think that one bad seed on the staff can ruin what could have potentially have been a 4 or 5 star experience

Ive been to this place twice and both times Ive had to wait I for a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich at which point both times I was waiting about 20 mins. The crew were in so much confusion as to which sandwiches were for who. I move been to busy places but they at least get it right. Hire more staff or an extra chef. I wont be coming back.

Its a shame that this location doesnt have more convenient hours. Their food is good, however they close up earlier in the day than most other delis do.

Ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese, on a toasted plain bagel, with very light butter and black pepper. When I unwrapped the wrapper to eat my sandwich, it was covered with greasy butter all over it, whoever made it must of dipped my sandwich in liquid butter, couldnt even hold the sandwich in my hand. So slippery. Couldnt even eat it. Waste..
