Ive been meaning to write a review about this Masonry Supply Company for quite some time. About three years ago I had a wall built in front of my home. I had the Mason use a product Big Apple sold. When I wanted the same product for the wall in the rear of my home a few years later I went back there and I was told it was discontinued. That wasnt the reason Im giving this business one star. They could really care less about me. Had me standing there waiting to speak with someone. No eye contact no real help. Finally they suggested I go to Home Depot since the company that manufactures the product now has a contract with Home Depot. No help, no how about this product its real close. Seems to me they really dont want to deal with homeowners. Wont be recommending to my Mason getting product from them anymore.

My experience was terrible. Ordered Desert Gold Stones. The stones in the show room were smooth to the touch with some texture. The Stones delivered with nothing like the showroom. The stones were flaking chips off, sharp to the touch because of the highly uneven surface. I had to return the entire shipment. Big Apple was aware that the supplier was having issues with quality control but still elected to sell this stone to the public.
