Ive spent tons of money in here on cigar tobacco and other accessories. Bought a lighter there the other day for $8 and it does not work properly. I brought it in and ask them to exchange it for another and the older gentleman at the window refused. He fiddled with it until he got it to light. And told me it was fine. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on
