Ordered a peach green tea lemonade but they were out of peach so I got guava. It was a delicious substitute! The brownies are perfect warmed up. Clean and big place to just relax and enjoy your drinks. Would recommend.

Starbucks Mineola, loving it!!! Yes, its open with a drive thru, enough said. But, I cant help myself, so I must say more. Coffee is great and in the right spot so people are not bunched up together. Theres one or two extra choices for condiments. Love the extra stool seating with long counter top. Starbucks welcome to the neighborhood.

This location always gets my order correct drive thru or inside pickup. It can get very crowded in the drive thru and a wait can be expected especially late morning to early afternoon. With the close proximity to the hospital it is always busy. Never had an issue though!

Great service. Everyone there is super friendly and always smiling. Only problem is their 🅿️ parking lot. Once you park, of theres a long line for the drive through...you cant get out. Not enough space to reverse out of your spot.

This is normally my favorite go to starbucks. Today at 7am i received my drink with sour curdled milk. Disgusting and now sick to my stomach :(

Wheres the egg nog??? Its been sold out at this location of a week. Ive been frequenting other locations for this limited time holiday treat.Service for mobile pickup in-store has greatly improved. The staff is friendly and has been fabulous during the pandemic. I appreciate their hard work.

This Starbucks is one of the worst I’ve been too. The wait time is always ridiculously long for no reason even when there are no cars in the drive thru! The manager here is so rude too, I have no idea how she got her job with how she treats customers. I always get the same drink and whenever I get it from here it always taste different and it taste bad. Will not be coming back.

I love this Starbucks. The staff is super kind and friendly. It takes a bit of time to receive your order but I dont mind because they make them well. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because lately with the virus I have not gotten to come here. There are 2 big lines of cars and it would take forever to make it through. I miss my strawberry acai refresher with 2 pumps of raspberry but I know Ill be back soon :)

The girl that prepared and delivered my coffee was extremely sweet and accommodative.

The customer service is terrible so be warned if you decide to pick up your order or place an order in the store. The associates are quite unfriendly and rude with big egos to go along with, so once again be warned. As a regular customer, this has happened to me several times I have been there.

Service is decent. Went there to study and there was a man sleeping on three chairs he laid out. I approached the manager to let him know about the situation. He seemed more worried about getting back to his conversation with his friend then providing a safer experience to Starbucks customers.

Love the convince of having a Drive Thru. The service is super fast and accurate. Unfortunately I was not able to order ahead using the app - not sure why.

Poor drive through service and the microphone is invisible. Management should tag a bright “ order here” next to the order machine. Unfriendly person at windows; not a value that I had have with Starbucks.

I go to Starbucks maybe two times a day, and after today, on Saturdays I will be driving the extra 5 mins to the Starbucks on glen cove because the older Hispanic lady at the window is SO RUDE! She has no customer service skills, and it ruins someone day before work with a nasty attitude that no one ordered! I would think she would at least say have a good day! But not a single word. She handed me my drink took my card out of my hand and than closed the window, SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AT THE WINDOW IF SHE CANT AT LEAST SAY “THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY!”

Nicely designed, but very noisy!! The loud music and people trying to talk over it make it impossible to sit and enjoy your beverage. I guess they want you in and out, so mission accomplished. I suggest bringing headphones or earplugs if you plan on staying more than 5 minutes. Would have given 4 or 5 stars, but if I cant relax and enjoy my costly beverage it gets a lone star.

I live down the street from this Starbucks and I’m there about 2-3 times weekly. I sometimes sit and observe for a while also. I gave them a few months to get it together because I know they just opened. But it’s always the same. No one knows what’s happening, they don’t have assigned stations... so you’ll get your drink and then need to ask them where your hot food is. Then they will all look at each other and ask who’s doing what. 🙄 if it’s not busy, they are all standing around talking and laughing and then asking “what was your drink?” while people come in looking for it. And I think it’s a training store or something because they always have ALOT of people working there but some are just standing there watching other people doing things. if there is a manager on staff I never know who it is. They are either TOO relaxed and don’t care or never there. It’s really like a hangout for these guys working here and they just get paid. If it wasn’t for the new store and the drive though I wouldn’t come here. Also, unless your studying and not lounging the furniture that is supposed to be comfortable is not. They can be kinda rude too when THEY mess up your order and have to remake it. It kinda overall sucks here. Hopefully they will get new management to get it functioning properly.

Coffee is always great but this is the first time I’ve ordered food and never again!!! I ordered the chicken bacon panini and it was literally bread with barely anything in it. It was a complete waste of money!! I’m trying to figure out how to post pictures...

4 stars for overall experience.. coffee is fresh.. and MOST of the staff is great. Im writing this review because there is an older Spanish lady who works drive thru some times and she is rude. She isnt welcoming at all.. she never understands what I am ordering.. and she has an attitude most of the time. Im sorry to say when I pull up and notice she will be helping me it turns me off because she is unprofessional. Im sorry to say aside from her the place is great..

Friendly stuff, good drinks the drive tru takes long when it’s busy. I feel like it’s unfair ur waiting in line in the drive tru and u see cars cutting the line from the back entrance. Why put that entrance there? It’s a fight/ argument waiting to happen.

Just opened recently. Used to be a KFC. Very clean and lots of space. Has a drive thru as well.

I dont know if i just keep getting terrible baristas but they somehow always manage to mess up the most simple drink for me. this is the thirf time in a row where they have messed up my caramel macchiato, the first 2 times no caramel at all and now the most watered down, tastes like im just drinking milk.

This Starbucks should be strictly a drive-thru. Even though they have indoor service youll wait forever for a cup of coffee. Baristas have a hard time with orders such as medium coffee dark roast no room. Not up to the usual Starbucks standards. Disappointed. Been there at least five or six times.

I just came back from this place and I had to give a review before I forget. I ordered Mocha Crumble Frap but it came out to be just like a Java Chip Frap. I ordered this same drink before from another starbucks location and it looks and taste nothing like Java Chip Frap. When I went up to the barista to let him know, he just turned around and said what. And instead of offering to replace my drink, he said he would put whipped cream in another cup. Like WHAT? What am I gonna do with that whipped cream? I would expect to see some basic manners from someone involved in the service business. Especially for a starbucks that just opened up.I would drive 5 more mins down the road to the other starbucks where the baristas have excellent service and are friendly.

I went to get a strawberry açaí and I got a cup with ice to the top and it wasn’t even half way full with the liquid and bread was stale and the person at cashier was so rude .
