I love this eye doctor office. Everyone is very nice. They practice cleanliness within the COVID-19 guidelines which is very important and they have a large selection of frames. I will continue to come here.

Dr. Napolitano is the best eye doctor I have ever been to! She is thorough and takes time to explain and address any of your vision concerns. I highly recommend her!

This is one of the most effective and professional places of business I have ever had the pleasure of having my eyes professionally analyzed. The greeting that I was given upon entry was extremely friendly and displayed professional. The technician who administers the eye exam (Javan) not only does he make you feel extremely comfortable but he is very knowledgeable in his work. Dr. Napolitano is an incredible and through professional who provides exceptional and caring vision care To all. Highly recommended.

I have used this office in the past and had good experience, however, this time NOT SO GOOD. I felt the staff wasnt really interested in helping me find a pair of glasses from the first visit. After waiting nearly 2 weeks for a call I called them and they said my mailbox was full so I responded by asking why didnt you try my home number? I didnt get a reply. Let me tell you about my glasses the prescription was not properly set in the frame. I was told they made a mistake I had to wait about a week for them to get it right, or at least what I had hoped for. I also found it interesting that no one fitted the glasses until I told them to do so. It was one problem after another so I went to my eye doctor to have the prescription rechecked. My doctor confirmed the prescription was correct. At least I trusted my doctor vs putting up with alot of chatter and excuses and sorry responses. These glasses smudge very easily even though I paid $200 extra for Anti- Reflective Crizal Premium. The response to that was wash them with liquid soap and water. I deliberately wanted to shop local to help my neighborhood but I will NEVER SHOP at 20/20 Eye Care again. They made a mistake with the prescription and I have since learned they charged me over $100 more for the frames than Ray Ban and refused to honor the price on the brands site. Think about using this place for eye care - I am very disappointed and should have walked after my first visit.

The staff was welcoming and very safety conscious. Temp check and hand washing etc. the testing was handled promptly and capably and Dr. Napolitano was easy to talk with, answered my questions and was genuinely helpful. The process of selecting eyewear was easy and handled quite professionally. I was extraordinarily happy with the treatment I received and recommend 20/20 without any hesitation.

Dr. Naplotano is very thorough and explains all. Staff was very helpful and not “pushy” to purchase new frames. That was my decision. Have been going there for many years and always happy. When had a small issue with new lenses they were happy to correct at no charge. I would highly recommend.

Really bad experience, I went for an eye exam and they end up doing a totally different thing to me, WHEN I CLEARLY SAID; all I need is an eye exam. they charge me $240 for that one visit… Really be careful going here

I Have been going to see Dr. Naplotano since 2016 and she’s always went above and beyond with me! I’m a person who suffers with tons of eye issues and she’s always made it her mission to make sure everything runs smoothly. I’ve even started wearing contacts and she’s always helped me make sure I felt comfortable with the ones I wear. The staff has always been so sweet and helpful in answering questions and being courteous! I feel comfortable always coming to this place, thank you Dr. Naplotano and your staff.

I have gone myself Alan’s I bring my mother as well. She doesn’t go like to go to the Dr period but she was very pleased with the staff abd Drs she saw in the office. I would recommend highly!

Dr. Napolitano and the entire staff at 20/20 Eye Care are absolutely the best! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient, I am always pleased after my visits for eye exams or new frames. I recently brought my mom in to pick out new frames and Javon was so helpful and focused.

Had been going to them for years. Love doctor Napolitano but once new people started working there it wasnt so helpful anymore. They started charging a lot more than needed, they would forget a charge here and there, they tried to upsell us as well. There were also errors upon errors with my moms prescription and glasses. She would explain her issue and that she couldnt see well with what was prescribed to her. They tried rushing us and in saying to give a try the glasses that it was just my moms issue.

My eye exam was completely rushed. Figuring out my prescription should require a more thorough process and cant be finished in under 2 minutes. Never had an eye doctor rush an appointment like this. The prescription she prescribed for me was actually way higher than it actually was. Not surprised considering they just want to make more money off of higher prescription glasses ugh

Dr. Napolitano had recommended orthoK lenses for me because my prescription kept changing. I started using orthoK lenses now for about 2 months and I really love it!I love the fact that during the day I can see perfectly clear without having to use my eyeglasses or contact lenses. My prescription is about -3.50 in each eye and it took about 10 days to fully correct. So far I am very happy that I decided to use orthoK!

Went for an eye exam a few months ago and decided contact lenses were not for me. I was then looking for new wear around glasses in the meantime and while I was looking around the girl took my Tom Ford glasses to clean the lenses and then came back telling me my frame broke and then wanted me to buy a new pair of glasses. I couldn’t believe what happened. I just called back to get my prescription so I can get a pair of glasses elsewhere and they have a downed system and now I can’t get my prescription. Not only did she break my $550 pair of glasses but my insurance paid for a vision test that I can’t use.

First time at this optical, very nice place and very well kept considering the times we are going through. Doctor was very professional and sounded like she knew her stuff. Joanna (not sure if I spelled that right) at the front was exceptionally helpful and had a very welcoming presence. Would def recommend going here for your optic needs. Ill most likely be making this my main eye care spot.

This is the place to go for all your eye care needs. Dr. Napolitano is passionate about healthy eyes. She is very caring, patient, and pleasant. She has state-of-the-art equipment; and is very easy to entreat with all of your eye care questions. Her office is cheery and bright; as well as her courteous staff! Johanna was very helpful and informative, and patient. All of her staff are friendly and personable. I highly recommend this establishment!

The staff at 20/20 were courteous, welcoming, professional and accommodating. The doctor was thorough as well as explanatory with a sweet disposition and their selection of frames were also very good.I brought my 15 yr old for his first pair of glasses and he loved the atmosphere and the vibe so much that he recommended that I go for my newest pair. Were very happy with our decision to call 20/20 our new home for quality eye care 😊

I’ve been coming to 20/20 eye care for almost a decade. I live their selection of designer frames (best in town in my opinion). The doctor is also so kind and explains everything thoroughly. I also never wait very long - if at all. I am very happy with this office.

This place is a scam. They just try to upsell you the whole time. You make an appointment and you wait for almost an hour to be seen. The office manager wants to make her issues with reimbursement your problem. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Made an Appointment for my mother. I trust the medical offices around this area. After a 1 1/2 month wait on her prescription reading glasses which she NEEDS to see close up, her glasses are too big on her head ( which was still not zero star worthy) but the lens numbers were off. Its okay. People make mistakes, even after we waited for a month a half.... when she went to get it fixed they told her to come back when her insurance approves of it? Really? The office makes a mistake and you want the insurance to pay for it? Does not sound ethical. Wont be returning. So disappointed :-(

Excellent choice of frames and Dr Melania is a really fine doctor. The support staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely horrible experience at 20/20 eye care. I highly recommend that you find somewhere else to go. They find every way to overcharge you and make you come back for more money. The glasses I purchased were overpriced and the prescription is incorrect.

I will not remove my review tell everyone how you use and abuse employees and how 2 of them walked out to of your company. I wouldn’t recommend your place if it was the last optical on earth. Tell the truth you and your sister are both liars and how you bill people insurance even if they didn’t get the service remember how one patient I wouldn’t call name called VSP on you. Do you really want me to tell everything.You let me go do to budget cuts that why. If you really want to keep going back-and-forth we can .So yes everyone should know what type of person you really are. Good luck because god doesn’t like ugly

I hated the thought of needing glasses but they made the experience pleasant.Dr was very warm and informing. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This practice has an excellent staff. The optometrists here are informative and take their time explaining everything to the patient.

Dr. Napolitano is great! She makes me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable. I was nervous about my contacts and she was patient while I learned how to put them in.

I visited 20/20 Eye Care in Mineola this morning and am very pleased with my visit!I had a thorough eye exam and received an new rx for glasses.The staff did not pressure me to choose 20/20 Eye Care to fill my rx for glasses which I appreciated very much.This is close to my home which is why I chose Dr. Napolitano and I recommend 20/20 Eye Care!
