I went in to Garden City Hearing Services for the first time today. The young lady at the front desk was the utmost professional I have ever dealt with. She clearly explained the process and made it easy for me to understand. Before she assisted me, I noted she was on a phone call helping another patient. She was most kind and gave them her utmost attention - as if they mattered so much to her. She was genuine. I hope Garden City Hearing Services appreciates what a kind and professional employee they have working here. I know I did.

Sharon is outstanding. While I waited for service, I watched her patiently work with a customer who was quite unhappy with the record keeping for his mother. He felt privileged to have service now. Sharon kept her cool till the problem got solved.Tanya helped me get my new hearing aids fitted and connected to the Thrive app.I received excellent service! Tanya is a wonderful Audiologist. She is kind, caring and understanding. She is incredibly helpful for people who are devastated by hearing loss. Sharon and Tanya are a great team. Have to say I was skeptical about seeing an audiologist regarding loss of some hearing, but when I met Tanya Stathopoulis at Garden City Hearing, my concerns were gone. She is a lovely, caring and knowledgeable young woman! I was having trouble with the first pair of hearing aids and when I went back, she worked with me and was able to have me try out a new pair. So far so good! Also, Sharon Glidden, the first person you meet when you go, is also very caring and helpful and made each visit easy and enjoyable. Thank you Garden City Hearing!

Absolutely one of the best doctors and staff I have ever had the opportunity of dealing with. My 96-year-old mother is visiting from Florida and her hearing a broke. Dr Tanya and Sharon were incredibly helpful. They even solved problems that her Florida doctor couldnt or wouldnt. I would recommend this practice to anyone especially those that other doctors dont seem to hear what their problems are or dont care. This is a special practice with special people that really care about their patients and that is really hard to find these days!

I have been having a problem pairing my Hearing Aids to the Thrive App. I have been in the office many times to see Tanya. She has given me step by step instructions on how to pair the hearing aids. I did not realize that you had to go into the IPhone settings to pair my hearing aids. I went into the office again last week in a panic.The Audiologist was in with a patient. Sharon Glidden, Patient Service Coordinator, offered to use the step by step guide given to me by Dr. Tanya Stathopoulos, to pair my Hearing Aids to the Thrive App, which I had been having a problem with. She showed me how to use my IPhone settings correctly.Sharon was very patient as she proceeded to fix the problem and my hearing aids were fully operational.A perfect team at Garden City Hearing Services and A VERY RELIEVED/HAPPY PATIENT!Sincerely,Ben DeYoung

Gave this shop a second chance when my aid needed repair and glad I did. . Still miss Roy Sullivan and wish they had Saturday hours, but Tanya was very helpful in answering my questions on new aids. Big shoes to fill but consistent staffing and hours moving things in a positive direction.

The customer service is very professional and helpful. The dr is also professional and helpful. She listened to my concerns and needs and immediately ew what to do and did just that, now my hearing is on point and I’m hearing much better and clear thanks to you and your team of professionals.

My mother has been a patient in this office for over 30 years and the new location is state of the art and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. At our first visit we were met by Pat who introduced us to the Regional Manager Keri. The experience and service we received was beyond impressive. From a complete hearing test, demonstration and explanation of new hearing aids and then connecting with a Telehear rep to explain how my mother can get an adjustment if she has no way to get to the office. In these time ps this practice has it all. I highly recommend requesting to speak to Keri. Change is difficult and she made the experience comfortable and has a great personality. No doubt we will refer our friends and family.

Dr. Keri Ruf is confidence-inspiring! She covered a wide range of issues related to my hearing, but kept it simple and clear. She effortlessly sensed how to connect what she knew with what I could understand. Plain-spoken and cheerful -- thats Keri. The receptionist, Pat, also pointed out additional helpful tips as I departed with my new hearing aids.
