The staff is very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and the delivery service is exceptional! We had the most wonderful experience at Bed Quarters!! Not the typical sales experience. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. I felt so comfortable asking questions and then calling with more questions. Billy and Jim are so accommodating and easy going easily helped us find what we were wanting. We had our bed within 24 hrs of ordering and the delivery fellas were wonderful as well - so friendly and polite.We had never been here before and now I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I absolutely 100% highly recommend them!! GREAT service and GREAT experience!!

I have nothing but praise for BedQuarters. We bought our mattress there several years ago and our newlywed children recently purchased their mattresses there. We never felt pressured in the showroom and the owners were nice as could be. The workers who installed the bed frame and set up the mattresses were friendly and polite. Their customer service is excellent. They really make bed shopping an easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend BedQuarters for anyone looking to purchase a mattress/bed.

I always love to support smaller local stores in my neighborhood. What a BIG MISTAKE supporting this store was! A few years ago I purchased a tempur pedic bed from them, spent over $4000.... The first delivery they tried to pass off a different and cheaper base than what I purchased. The delivery guy also felt it was fine for him to sit on my new mattress with his dirty clothes and bounce around!Then after discussing it with one of the owners, he was going to replace the base with the tempur pedic that I paid for (found out this year he did not give me a queen but a double...big problem)The delivery guys were the same guys. The one apparently angry that I told his boss he was bouncing on my bed.... He was angry that he had to wait a bit until I was home from work (which the owner agreed to)When I told them just to be careful and not bring the rusted wheeled dolly in the bedroom for I had just put down new wood floors..... the delivery guy began to scream at me at the top of his lungs! Then he went outside on my front lawn to call the owner (as I did the same in my home) and was making a horrific scene on my front lawn! Eventually he came back in to complete the job (but took all the batteries out of all of the remotes in my room and threw them in my closet .... some landing in shoes I found months later)After posting what had occurred the second owner called me and pleaded with me to take down the bad review. He offered a $200 gift card to a restaurant I never heard of and was stating that the delivery guy had an autistic child (he appealed to the teacher in me) I did not take the gift card but took down the incident .........I need to note that I was NEVER TOLD that with tempur pedic you could return the bed within a month. My top mattress is bigger than the base and has to constantly be positioned because of the smaller sized base they gave me!Just a horrible experience all around ...... with my medical needs I have suffered since purchasing a bed from them! Tempur pedic the cooperation was extremely upset with their representation of them and could not offer me help due to me never being told of the 30 day policy! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

I have had several mattresses delivered by Bed Quarters over the past 15 years. Jim and Bill are as professional as they come, always provided me with QUALITY mattresses at terrific prices. Their delivery people are professional, took our old mattresses and box springs away at no cost, and set up our new purchase quickly and impeccably. I have referred them to several relatives who thanked me. This is the only place to go when you need a mattress.

I had been going to other Mattress stores for years, until a friend of mine said you have to go to BedQuarters in Mineola Billy and Jim are awesome. So I went there with my wife and daughter, my daughter needed a new bed for her apartment in college. Billy one of the owners helped us, not only did he get her the perfect mattress, he had it delivered to her apartment. The could not have been better, would never consider going anywhere else.

The most knowledgeable staff/Owners around. The friendly home town service is amazing. I highly recommend this business to all. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Mineola and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Metered Parking on the street is available. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. No public restrooms. We will definitely be going back.

This is one of the best shopping experience I have ever had. I live in Phoenix and my mom is in New York. I didnt know how to go about getting a new bed for my mom so, I called BedQuarters and they took care of me every step of the way. Bill and Jim helped me pick out a bed and my mom absolutely loves it. The service here is great and I would recommend it to anyone. If youre ever in Mineola, NY and you need a new mattress this is the place to go!
