Simple applications, no pressure sales, found what I needed, now I am not sitting on the floor, thanks for all the help.

I went there searching out some living room furniture and actually got a pretty good deal. When they told me what day they would be delivering I went ahead and set that entire day aside so they could come out, despite having a ton of things to do in town. They never showed up. I called that afternoon and was told that the lady, cant remember her name, mixed up the dates and it would be delivered in a few more days. So my day was completely wasted. Fast forward to the new day. Again, I set aside that entire day so that I could be there. I get a call in the afternoon asking me if they can deliver said furniture a different day because they were running really behind. At this point Im really livid and almost decided to tell them where they could deliver it.....but, I gave them one more chance. So the day comes and I actually do get my furniture. However, when I set up my payments, I set it up for the bi-monthly payments since thats when I get paid. I told the lady (same one from before) that it needed to be on 2 certain days. Not a couple of days before either one. Yet, the last 2 reminder emails Ive gotten have said my due date is earlier than what I said. I have talked to them 3 separate times now to fix it and it still isnt fixed. I will be making a trip up to see the store manager tomorrow.

Kimberly is absolutely fantastic, she has been an excellent help to me. I am relocating from across the country and she has been absolutely on top of helping to make the process smooth and easy. I am so thankful to her!

The staff is friendly but I was supposed to have my things delivered today and they still havent shown up. They havent called me. I called to make sure they were still delivering and the lady tells me that their truck had broke down and they were using a van anf asked if it could be delivered tomorrow. I already had my living room set in place and now i have to wait an extra day than what I originally had scheduled. If I didnt absolutely need furniture i wouldve went else where.

These people sent two thugs to my house over my sister. I told them numerous times she had moved and they didnt listen. They chose to show up while I was gone and tell my children that they had the right to enter my home if they believed their stuff was inside. Wrong. My kids were terrified. I showed up and was so furious i practically exploded. I threw them out and if they ever show up again i will sue them. So unprofessional and once again, she doesnt live here idiots. Just because someone gives you an address does not mean it is accurate nor does it ever give you the rights of a police officer, who by the way also cannot enter without a warrant or probable cause. I would never rent from these people. Ever!

Had nothing to choose from ridiculous not to have merchandise in the showroom or in building

Great place to rent electronics bedroom sets washers or dryers. They are very friendly and will work with you if you get behind.

Only besause i had an account with them for almost a year and paid on time every time and the one time i called to let them know i was going to be late on a payment they started cursing at me and told me they were coming that day to pick everything up well gess what i saved them the time and took their stuff back and went to aarons they are a lot nicer and will work with you if you happen to be late on one payment
