I do not know why just 4 stars. Perhaps because it has no handicap doors ect. I find it very pleasant to go into. Everyone has always been professional but yet down to earth enough to joke and cut up.

HD warranty and had no problem getting another one

Friendly staff. Was having problems with the car starting in the cold weather. Took it to get the battery and alternator checked. It all checked out good the batterys charge was just low. They even offered to take the battery out and charge it for me. They did a great job.

They were so much help to me getting a new oil cap and putting it in my engine

Ive been in car business for the last 10 years. This AutoZone store in particular exceeds my expectations everytime I have to go in, which is usually 3-4 times a week. Shawn is the best store manager I have ever dealt with, in the last 10 years. The workers he has Tommy Chris Jeremy and Tiffany are always knowledgeable and helpful with anything Ive ever needed and if they didnt carry what Ive needed theyve been able to recommend the best place to go to get what I need. Using AutoZone in M.W. during the last 10 years, this store has by far blown me away with customer service and satisfaction.

The service is good all its sales agents are excellent people, plus the quality of the parts are of very poor quality but if you do not see options, you have to buy them and hopefully they will discuss them with your suppliers so that they improve the quality of the products. greasy
