Worst buying experience of my life. Had to leave numerous messages just to get a call back, once I picked the truck I wanted was promised for several days that my truck would be there and it wasn’t. Finally got my truck home and went to get the manual and guess what!!!! NO MANUAL. Noticed a missing part in my truck had to call several times to get them to order it and when I went up there to get an oil change they said I had already picked it up the part that they didn’t have it. Why would I come up there to pick something up I asked to be mailed to my house. I will NEVER recommend this dealership. Bad service ALL the way around.

Called early morning for 1st oil change...got appointment @1:00. Derrick (?) answered service dept. & yawned during our conversation! Arrived for appt. on time....went inside to wait.....1 1/2 hours later had to ask someone about my car....it had been ready for an hour!!!!.....horrible customer service...WILL NOT RETURN....& I bought my car there!!!!😞😞😞😞

Needed a headlight replaced. These guys, with Dillon Imboden as the Service Advisor, jumped right on it and did a super job. Great bunch of techs. Cant recommend them enough.

False Advertising. Terrible company and very unethical. I received a letter in the mail with a scratch off to verify to see if you win. Should have known not to even pursue..... I even called ahead to verify if legit and sure enough it is... but they deceive you. The scratch off appeared that I had won $1000 only to receive an iPod and Bluetooth speaker ($25 value) once I got there.The whole dealership was in on it. They even had a large poster with the fine print about the details. Several others who had fallen to the scam were there upset. Not all dealerships are like this.... that was the most deceptive advertising Ive ever seen. If they will deceive you about that, what else will they lie to you about or trap you in?

We were happy with the trade in value of our old vehicles. That is what drew us to Autoworld. But during the buying process we did not enjoy the lies and the games that were played. What was told to us at the desk was not what what was on the paperwork. That made us loose trust in your establishment. The person who filled out the application falsified our personal information. They added length of time I had worked at my job and added length of time I had lived at my house. This added more miss trust to your establishment. We never received a copy of our credit application. They also ran 7 hard hit inquiries to 7 different banks. Our credit score in in the 700s. We have never had a dealership do that. So where I am happy with the vehicle, I am not happy with your dealership.

Inquired about a vehicle that was on their lot priced at 9,995 with a clearance discount of 1,000 (which would have brought my total down to 8,995). Turns out the vehicle was priced wrong by The new finance guy who updates the prices on their website. My experience with Mineral wells was FAR from great. The vehicles original price was then updated to 12,995.00 within less than an hour on their website, and I still had the patience to hear a reasonable explanation plus I wanted to come down to a solid agreement on the vehicles total price. The gentleman who I was dealing with by the name of Edward gave exceptional assistance at the very beginning.. despite running mine and my wifes credit as multiple HARD INQUIRIES after making it VERY clear that they would only be counted as SOFT INQUIRIES, however that wasnt the case. After going back and forth over the phone with Edward and his upper tier management we agreed they would price the vehicle at 11,500 due to the honest error on their end. In CONCLUSION the Final outcome was that the numbers were worked so well by the financing people and in result giving me a completely jacked UP price. The numbers were very skewed to help the Dealership boost their profits and ANYONE could have easily been blinded to this type of deal they were talking me into!! These people are true schemers who will make it appear as if though they care about earning your business by using tactical sales pitching. NOW they have all of my information in their hands which is rather frightening.... Please beware.

First off, I am not a vindictive person. However, our experience with this dealership the weekend before last was extremely unacceptable.We set up an appointment to test drive and purchase a vehicle that was listed on Cargurus. We informed the contact we were driving 2-hours from McKinney to Mineral Wells and requested we be contacted if the availability of the vehicle changed.Saturday morning my wife, 18-month old, and I checked the phones and emails and set out for Mineral Wells in a regular cab, 5-speed manual run down pickup we were trading. We had not been contacted at this point.Upon arrival at the dealership, we were informed that the vehicle had sold last week. After they checked further, we were told it sold at 8:00 pm the night before. We were never contacted and they tried to sell us a similar vehicle for $5k above the price of the one we came to see. The only professional thing they did was apologize and put $20 worth of fuel in our truck. this is the only reason they received one star. Then we got to enjoy the cramped ride all the way back to McKinney.We will never come back to this dealership and suggest that others beware when setting appointments as you may well have an experience similar to ours.

Out of one car and into another as easy as changing horses. Got it with what our monthly payment was as the down payment and only fifty more dollars a month. Of course our trade in was immaculately kept so there you go.

The service here is a total MAKE WORK CENTER . THEY MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A LOT MORE WORK DONE THEN YOU NEED! Replace a fuel tank cap cost $350 because they had to do something to the tank. Never again. It is worth the drive to Weatherford.

Visiting from out of town and needed electrical problem resolved so I could continue my holiday. Went at 8 AM, spoke to Tony, service manager. He took me in as soon as they opened the doors, got right on it. Bad battery, covered by the warranty, No charge. Even checked out alternator and starter motor as well remembered to reset engine problem light as well. Was out and on my way in about 45 minutes. Terrible experience! We were told by the salesman that the 2015 vehicle we were considering had a 100k mile bumper to bumper warranty. Before we left the lot that night to think about it we asked about the warranty again. The salesman said Yes I think so. I can double check. I asked that he double check. He went inside the building for a few minutes and said yes it does. My husband and I decided the next day to purchase the vehicle. He spent hours in their office and asked the salesman if there is a deductible we would have to pay for service under the 100k warranty. He said the finance guy will cover that. So the finance guy says it only has a 36k warranty and we can buy an extended warranty. Mo, the owner of the dealership, was very rude and said to my husband youre old enough to know better. Dont bother with these unethical people.

My daughter and I took both our vehicles in for recall notices and got right in with no wait whatsoever. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. We will drive from Weatherford to Mineral Wells for this kind of service every time.

Not so with this young man. He was honest and upfront professional and this young mans knowledge of the vehicle (and really any other vehicle my husband asked him about) from the engine to making the most of its key fob has to be unsurpassed! I was impressed with his genuine care of what we needed and wanted in a new vehicle and took great care of us from start to finish.
