Good welcome friendly people good pricing but he forgot to set the parking break my truck almost rolled right into the street. Also left tool on back bump, forgot to put cap back on clutch master cylinder other then that no serious problems.

Charged for balance and rotate. I needed new tires 2 days later imagine that was never refunded for the balance and rotate 2 days before. I ask whats wrong with this picture. If you are a female take a male with you

Two days later, I had a complete blow out, same tire. Im attaching a pic to show my tire after it blew out. Now this is the tire they patched up two days before. Nuff said.....

Called and asked a simple question about tire/wheel compatibility and was asked to hold for a second while they checked. Stayed on hold for over FIFTEEN MINUTES. I hung up and called Double H and they answered immediately with the information I needed.

They were professional, kind and got me in and out quickly, for last minute tire repair. Price is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Very unimpressed with this shop i brought my truck in for a front end alignment and they called me and told me there was a noise in the rear end and they found metal shavings in my rear differential, i told them to leave the keys in the gas lid and payed over the phone and they didnt leave the keys in the gas lid i ended up having to come back the next day and then they had lost the keys i had to wait at least 10 minutes for them to find them, when i got the truck home i figured out that the noise was a rubbing in the dust shield and rotor not sure if they are just incompetent or trying to screw people around. They also left two rear lug nuts loose.

Great customer service! They put a programmer on my pickup a while back. Last week I was traveling and my starter and fly wheel went out. I took it to a shop in Iowa and they somehow cleared the programmer so the pickup was stuck in low power mode and they had no idea how to fix it. I called Caleb from Cross tire and he was able to FaceTime them and talk him through how to fix it and get me back on the road!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & BAD MECHANICS. EVEN MCDONALDS WILL OFFER TO FIX THEIR SCREW UPS.If I could give them less than 1 star I would. “Certified Mechanics” put in the wrong type of oil so now I have to pay to put a new engine in my car? Not right. The store manager will curse you out and the shop it’s self will not take responsibility for their own screw ups. Planning on telling everyone i can NOT to go to cross tire.My brother is also missing two expensive chips off of his truck after getting it out of their shop. These chips can’t just walk off of a truck naturally.. they stole them and the person who stole them is still working on the shop.If you’re a business owner you can’t just screw up this badly and not offer anything to fix the situation. Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever seen. Even McDonald’s will offer to fix their screw ups.

Great place! We had a blow out on our rv and so we called this place. The guy was really nice and the price was reasonable. If you have a blow out, call this place. They will come and fix it fast.

They are amazing here! I had only been in town for a week after moving from Washington state and needed my outter tie rods replaced. I called Cross Tire and Kaleb waited after they closed for me to drop my car and keys off. They got it done the next morning at a great price. I havr continued to go there and highly recommend them!

Went in to have tires mounted and balanced and was not pleased when I found out that they put clip on wheel weights on my black coated alloy wheels instead on stick on like a tire shop should have. Not only that I went home and checked the tire pressure and found one at 57 psi one at 50 one at 47 the only one that was right was at 45 psi. My advice is they may be cheap but it shows in there quality and if you have coated rims like me do not take them up there unless you want the ugly silver weights on them which are made for steel wheels not alloy

My name is Dee Glover I have dealt with Caleb and Kevin for years only to be highly disappointed by a diagnosis on my car ! Was told it was transmission and wouldnt be worth fixing so I had it scrapped only to see it a couple of weeks later up for sale ! It was the catalytic converter not that expensive to fix and now I no longer have my car I work hard to pay for!!!! So much for trust !!

Ive had the worst experience ever, Caleb tried blaming me for the stuff that happen to my tire and was being rude. He said Babys like a refund and a free tire. when I got my refund and that free tire. Because there team didnt put the tire all the way on the bead and it came off as I was driving, I could have been injured or damaged my car. I will never go here again to get neither tires nor rims.

My go to place for tires and auto repair. Had a/c compressor replaced under warranty and leaking water pump replaced. It was a half day job, but as always Caleb got me a ride to my morning meeting and had me picked up at the Black Horse Restaurant when I finished lunch. Customer service to the max
