The staff is friendly And the store is well organized. The have a subway restaurant by the grocery side doors Which makes it a convenient way to grab something healthy and affordable to eat on a tight schedule. I rate this five stars for the effort everyone puts in to make this branch function.

5-8OCT.2021 Visiting from MD/DC area with a friend that is from Mineral Wells. This Walmart location is well organized and I love that there is a Claire’s in this Wally World. This is my 1st time seeing a Walmart w/a Claire’s in there. The staff is so very pleasant and kind. I love the Texas hospitality.

It was well put together nice and clean but it wasnt very friendly you didnt feel very welcome

The crosswalk is quite busy. Interesting patrons depending on the time of day.

No masks on most customers and most employees . This is a a pandemic. Im astonished at the lack of consideration and enforcement in Mineral Wells. I will not be going back and you shouldnt either if you care about your family, health, or anyone else. Photos provided of all the unmasked. These photos are all Nov 2020. I spoke to the store manager during my visit and he insisted his employees were in compliance. The photos show a different story.

Its an okay place to shop. However, they dont seem to round up shopping carts as often as they should. Several times Ive been there the carts are all over in the parking lot nears cars. People dont put them up so they just sit there in the way. Ive seen shopping carts with food in them from people just leaving them. I watched this 1 cart for 20 minutes & not 1 person came to claim it, I said something to an associate about it & I was told that happens alot & they went back to doing their work. It was as if they werent going to do anything. I insisted that they do something, so they left for a few minutes, they came back got the cart & left with it. Makes 1 wonder...

They usually have a fair stock of items. Staff is always pleasant and friendly

Its a Walmart...its close and convenient has most everything always in stocks. Sometimes there are less than favorable characters lurking around, Ive been ignored by employees more than once. But the vision department and a handful of others are worth coming back

I had to return some things.Some I had a receipt for, and others I didnt. However, I was given a refund with no questions or hassle.It was very much appreciated!

Was shocked yesterday when told I had to bag my own groceries because I brought my own reusable bags from home. I do this every time I shop there and have never had to do this before, even during COVID-19 protocols. My cart was full and the poor customer behind me had to wait as my groceries piled up on the bag carousel and I tried to keep up.If I had known I was going to have to bag my own groceries I would have used another lane that allowed for me to do this.Needless to say I was not a happy customer! 🤨

Walmart is the place to shop. Sometimes great buys, but just get all your groceries you need.

My only complaint is when they loaded my groceries, the milk fell and spilt in my truck. Otherwise very courteous young men!

Its a Zoo with no cashiers. Give me a discount if I have to scan my own purchase.

I whent to the customer service to send money and this was my first time doing it and I told the lady I need to send money to Another. Walmart and they gave me a money order instead and now I have to what in till Monday to get it mailed out And Walmart don’t seem to be very nice and they don’t seem to really help customers out

Not my favorite place to shop. Not enough checkers and Im not planning on using there self checkout stations as I buy big when I go. Live to far away to buy small.

Only 25% of people in and on parking lot had on a mask we walked around the store looking for a bed alarm We couldnt find anyone to help us find it. We did purchase something a lady did get a male to help us. He arrived very fast was kind, nice, very helpful, friendly, and polite had to pick up medicine from the pharmacy girls behind the counter very caring polite and had a great personality. And I did let them know how we appreciate everyone being so professional and considerate. It was a blessing I had worked doubles all week 🙏❤🙏✌😀😇 I was very tired...they made my day seriously🙏💖🙏

After leaving the dentist I went straight to the Wal-Mart Pharmacy and they were so Kind,professional and swift!!!Very grateful and Thankful for that💖

Ordered my groceries online and picked up. It went really well, and fast. It took longer to make my list and order than to pick up. I checked in on the app when I was leaving the house and as soon as I parked at the pickup they were at my door, gave my name and they loaded it up. I was in and out in less than five minutes. When I got home it was all bagged well and all the items were good, produce and meat were good, I would have picked them myself. They did a great job.

Unimpressed here .not only did they mark my dog bones wrong so had to go home without for my dog Burbon ., The fruit tasted like mold mildew maybe, can never seem to find what I need and this time even the employees were rude if can be avoided I wont be back

While on a quick trip to Mineral Wells, had a make a quick stop at this location for some supplies.Was horrified to see hardly any customers or staff wearing masks, when I asked a staff member about it was rudely told they cant enforce it (sorry but yes you can and legally you should be or be shut down).This location needs to be fined by the state and shut down till able to enforce mask law.They are a public health danger.Needless to say we skipped getting supplies we need

I love this store! Moving here recently I was pleasantly surprised with the in stock items and selection! But more so with the grocery pick up! I love seeing the same people who remember me!!

Typical Walmart. You can get all you need there, to junk food, accessories, meals, toys, car maintenance, and entertainment. I don’t know what you expect from a place like this ngl.

Very large location with many of my needs, especially in the organic produce area.However, the one need that I am appreciative for is the availability of a place to overnight.

Its WalMart. Didnt have what I needed. Got it from Amazon and was delivered the next day.

I call it Wally World...its my favorite amusement park!! Lol Seriously though the one stop shopping is a blessing. The return policies seem quite lenient. A few things out of stock but with Covid what else is to be expected.

Went for a few items that a friend needed to keep warm and we were only able to get a couple of things that he was looking for, it is getting colder and Walmart has quit carrying coveralls for winter, and in my opinion it is a little bit early to be heading to the beach dont you think 🤔. I will take a guess and say yeah just a bit. Alrighty then Ill be saying later, have a blessed day, night, what ever it may be.

The water machine is poorly maintenanced and the water tastes very close to tap water.

This location has rude employees. All they care about is filling pick-up orders. Shelves are always bare. They never have any Gatorade.

Lots of empty shelves. Went for a small desk fan and there were not any little fans to be found throughout the store.

Today I was shocked at what I saw !!! Saw a unmasked fat man sneeze into his hands then choice pick through the bananas!!! Grossed me out so bad I left.. If you bought bananas anytime after 2pm Sunday Feb 28th ewww!

The food was good, as usual. The wait for our food...about 45 minutes...was not acceptable.

I was just inside the Walmart in mineral Wells Texas clearly they think Covid-19 is a joke. Employees and citizens of this town apparently have a death wish! If you want to die dont wear a mask but damn wear a mask to protect others from you! Get serious!

This store has many sexiest employees, especially in automotive section. At least 4 times Ive been stopped in their section saying that if Im not buying automotive at that very moment, I have to leave. Once I was there to get my oil changed and they still tried to tell me to go in through the front door instead. Meanwhile, any male friend or family member I have go up there, has a different story, they dont get told to buy immediately and instead are asked how they can be of service, and are free to enter the store via automotive even if they arent buying automotive.

I realized it is not the workers fault but cant find some items, now the pharmacy is a different story we will not use them again it took three hours to get my husbands meds then the needles was totally wrong even though we told the pharmacist she insisted he needed certain needles because he is tall we went to a different place and that pharmacist didnt understand but we was able to buy the correct needles the doctor told him to use

Due to COVID, they are out of stock on many items I was in search of. Not entirely their fault, but would like to see them order a few more of the hotter ticket items to prevent this.

The only Walmart Supercenter in the area and it has everything you need plus nice employees
