This location has NOT CLEANED THEIR MEN’S RESTROOM IN WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS. I frequent this location as I deliver for doordash if I need a drink or to use the restroom and everyday I have gone in for the past few weeks the have the same stains from days before and new ones, alongside fecal matter, what looks like urine stains, and probably throw up bits on the toilet. I took pictures, the manager is a MALE as well so I’m particularly DISGUSTED by him as a human and business manager. For the workers, if you’re reading this I have contacted corporated and if not resolved soon I’ll take to social media next. Photos attached:

I work at a doctors office and we have been trying for the past 3 days to speak to someone for our patient about their medication. Our office staff was on put on hold for longer than 45 minutes EACH time. When someone did pick up the phone today on the third day, after 53 minutes of being on hold; she picked up the phone to say CVS pharmacy please hold. She did not ask us any questions, or give us anytime to respond. As a pharmacy you are suppose to want to help the patient, and in this case this place failed to do that for our patient.

Absolutely worst pharmacy in Mineral Wells. The people are rude, inconsistent and Ill educated.

Came here for my Covid vaccine and it was great. Totally organized and Huy got me in and out in no time flat. Great experience!

I have gone to this place for 8 years and 6 months. I have had to wait for my Rxs 12 times! I think that is Wonderful! And I have shopped in store several times and I have had to wait in line many 3 times. Truly, Ruth

Pharmacy takes too long and they tell you medications are ready when they are not they make you wait I waited at least 30 mins for a prescription that was supposed to be ready 2 days before

Pharmacy tech is rude. My son was just verifying some information with him and instead of helping he just said, “Good luck to you.” and hung up on him. It was completely uncalled for. My son had to call back and got another person that was nice and helped him get taken care of. But first impressions are everything. If our insurance allowed a different pharmacy, we would definitely switch.

I called them and they didnt care and when I told them nvn they said whatever. So unprofessional.

If I could leave ZERO or NEGATIVE stars then I would.To the miserable lady that works there that hates her job...quit, find something else and move on. When a parent of a child with seizures is told that their childs medication will be ready and the parent goes in the next day to pick it up only to be told that its not ready, that is unacceptable. You know who you are, you were working 2/12/2020 at 3:00 pm.Anyone with seizures or who is familiar with seizure medications knows that it is VERY dangerous to skip doses. When I informed this horrible woman that we were totally out of this medication and that its for a child with seizures, the response I received was...it will be ready TOMORROW.Weve transferred ALL medications to the Walgreen Pharmacy directly across the street where we were welcomed and the staff worked diligently to ensure our daughter has the medication she needs to avoid having seizures.

I just want to say.....the pharmacy is amazing! Yall do a wonderful job! Fastest, friendliest pharmacy Ive been to. Theyve always been super helpful when I have to call and talk to them. Favorite pharmacy.

If I could give them zero stars I would the last thing a sick person wants to do is wait forever for a prescriptions they have had them for over an hour and a half and they are not busy so dont go there Walmart was faster than CVS today and Walmart didnt get the prescriptions sent over ahead of time electronically

Always a place to park. Very easy for handicap to park and walk. Drive through is great for getting your medicine filled.

I normally use Diamond Pharmacy at Metro. My daughters insurance forced us to use CVS for flu shot. I waited a total of about 40 mins, with one customer ahead of me and 3 employees running the pharmacy. This is why I have NEVER used big chain pharmacies.

Sometimes I have had to wait about 2 mins for someone to show up at check out. Great products and good prices. I wish they carried Wet & Wild cosmetics! They also need some more items in the Milani brand section.

Pharmacy is fast and the people are friendly and helpful. By far my favorite pharmacy anywhere!

Dont shop here. They will not help you find anything and are rude when you ask for help. I would give negative stars if I could.
