Got awesome service from staff and an exceedingly awesome deal on a king size mattress and box springs, mattress pad, sheets and pillows. Facility was clean and well lit.

We went to buy my son a mattress from this place. Jessica tried to sound interested when we bought the mattress. We got a good mattress. However, the store said free delivery and she demanded $50. When we asked about delivery, she said that her husband would deliver but that his truck was messed up so we would have to wait. She kept making her problem, our problem. Also, when I asked for the $50.00 back, Jessica pointed at a sign stuck the from by of the file cabinet. I got home and told my wife what happened and I’d just give up. My wife demanded I go back, so I did. I walked in a little nervous I waited patiently to talk to Jessica who with clients. But Jessica, right in front of the clients dropped her conversation and looked at me sharply and said, I told you NO!Oh, yeah. Her way of making amends was 2 grab two items, which were on her junk shelf and threw them at me stating their value was $90.00 and that settled it.In the next review, I’ll tell you about today’s experience

Mattress Depot is a clean and well lit facility. The staff we dealt with (Jessica) was awesome and gave us an even more awesome deal on our mattress, sheets, mattress protector and pillows.

Bought a queen size box spring from here and one if the boards broke within 24 hours. Called to see if they could do anything for me and the only thing they had to say was there is no warranties on box springs. She was just telling me the day before how she just got these in from a new vendor, so Id maybe the new vendors craftsmanship isnt up to par and you should take care of the new customer that you just lost because you didnt want to take care of my issue. Dont buy anything from here because they wont take care of anything even if its been less then a day. Ridiculous.

Wow! Do yourself a favor and go see Jessica at the Mineral Wells store. She was friendly, helpful and gave me a fantastic deal! Also her delivery person was wonderful! I have nothing but the highest recommendation for this local business!

Krista, the store manager, was professional, sweet and efficient. We got a super comfortable mattress, frame and pillows from her at a very reasonable price. They delivered the next day. The delivery guy was very nice as well. I highly recommend doing business with them.

We were greet by Krista as soon as we came in the door she was so friendly and when I told what I needed she had great suggestion. The prices cant be beet.
