I live in Texas and send flowers to my grandma who lives in Minnesota. She gets a ton of compliments on how pretty the arrangements are. On top of them being gorgeous, they seem to last longer than flowers I have purchased in the past.

The first time I ordered they didn’t have the flower in that I chose so they gave me a call to let me know and instead of just switching out the flower with out telling me they gave me a chance to pick a different set. The second time which was delivered today were just as beautiful as the last. I will continue to do business with these people.

We recently worked with them on a funeral spray for a family member and several additional arrangements of all sorts. They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Even relatively simple arrangements were done with appreciation for style and were lovely. The funeral spray was gorgeous. Jill and Nancy were a delight to work with. Service was great, and flowers were beautiful. I called at 8:30 in the morning to order a custom arrangement for a 10:45 am pick up. “No problem!” I asked for a purple, white, and pink arrangement with no- and low-scent flowers for my mom’s birthday. They gave me a huge vase filled with pink roses, calla lilies, purple tulips, purple and white stock, and tons of cedar and fern greens. Couldn’t have been easier, and Mom absolutely loved it!

We got some bouquets--six smaller and one large, for an event and the flowers were really stunning. Blue and white and a mix of greens, a lot of texture, interesting color and shape, just really lovely.

I called after a very frustrating experience with other local shops and was so sick of the corporatized workflow and schedule conflicts that I was starting to think everyone is going the Amazon way. Luckily this is not true with Cardell, they care about your significant other and dont tick you down as just another delivery. If your looking for another florist, stop. I ordered a Divine Light white floral cross for a funeral this past weekend. I recieved something less. The original design has roses, lilacs and an assortment of different flowers and green. The one I received had white daisies and a cheaper flower in place of the lilacs because they ran out! Very disappointed. I will never order from them again. The employees are nice and friendly. The product is affordable but I didnt think the work was cheap too. I asked how long theyve been around and was told 70 years. Well if thats the case please raise your standards. Please dont show a customer a photo of the product they want and deliver something different or of lesser value. Will not be going back to this place again.

I’ve been using Cardell since buying corsages for Armstrong HS dances 40 years ago! Always superlative service and floral arrangements! I haven’t lived there since the 80s, but I use Cardell to send flowers twice a year to my mom and they ALWAYS crush it. On the afternoon of December 24th, I stopped in right before the owner closed up. She took the time to put together a really pretty bouquet, going above and beyond, despite my rather bad timing. Any time I need fresh cut flowers or an arrangement, I head to Cardell. Their designs are beautiful, creative and just what I was hoping for. The shop is filled with unique giftware, glassware and home decor. It is just beautiful and oh so fun! If they dont have it...you dont need it!!

Order flowers around 2 pm, got a call a few minutes later from them stating they dont have the flowers I wanted in the basket, not real excited about that, I said OK, then they said when did you want them delivered? I clearly put the date on the website, well, they said all deliveries are out for today, so I said, OK, go ahead and cancel the order. Then she said I dont know if I can do it on my end. REALLY? Dont advertise same day delivery if you cant do it. Or at least warn someone, hey, you might need to order by this time to get same day. last time I use this Florist!

I was not impressed with the service I received from this floral shop. I had ordered some flowers to be delivered to my fiances work. I realize it was Valentines day and it is a busy day for them, but it was almost 3 pm and my fiance hadnt gotten her flowers yet. I called to get some kind of update on the delivery, and the woman I talked to was extremely rude. Her flowers finally got to her work at 4:30 that day, right before she left work. Another negative was that delivery driver called her before going to her work and rudely said that he would not be driving to her work if she has already left. Overall, I would not suggest using this floral shop.

Seriously did a HORRID job of the flowers I ordered to be delivered to my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day! Literally looked NOTHING like what I ordered and looked like a 5 year old shoved a handful in a vase without arranging them. Flowers were cut too short for the vase except random carnations that were sticking out 6 inches above the rest of the flowers. Never purchasing from this place again.

Ordered an arrangement for the day before Valentines Day (Saturday) through an online site (Teleflora). I had to pay an additional fee for same day delivery. My order was not fulfilled day of. The following Wednesday, my order was still not fulfilled, so I called asking to cancel my order and receive a full refund. The owner called and apologized for the mistake and offered to upgrade my purchase, add a box of chocolates, and get it sent out that same day. The arrangement was sent out that day, but it was not upgraded and there was no box of chocolates. I appreciated the personal call from the owner, but my appreciation was short-lived considering the owner didnt fully follow through on their word. Long story short, I paid extra money for my arrangement to be sent out three days late. I will probably not be doing business with this company in the future.
