Great employees. Very knowledgeable

This auto center is very unprofessional. Made an appointment with them TWICE for them not to do anything. They scheduled an appointment with me at 8:30 am, but their shop doesn’t open until 9. I arrived at 8:20, and noticed no one was there, called their office and an employee state they’re not open yet. Clearly wasted my time. I called to schedule another appointment for Monday at 11:30 am for an estimate. My insurance adjuster was scheduled to arrive same day at 12:30, so they can look at the damages together and collectively come up with an estimate. Received a call by my insurance company around 3:30. By now, the car has been in their possession for 4 hrs and I was told by my adjuster that they haven’t even looked at the vehicle yet. Once again, wasted my time! Don’t schedule appointments if you’re not going to honor them and/or respect people’s time. I’ll never bring any of my vehicles here for any type of services again. And I’ll also make sure to spread the word out for their unprofessionalism and to not take your vehicle there for repairs.

Theyve practically taken my point A point B car that was bought for a couple hundred bucks and made it into a great every day car. With reasonable prices. And great customer service. With a comfortable environment.

They had my truck for almost 2 months and charged me 800 and never fixed!!Im sure they was only guessing, not a good experience with these guys!!!Midas on Portland ave and Lake st does a much better job!!They provide pictures before and after they remove parts and old parts too.

I do not trust anyone else with my cars. These guys are the best. They can fix anything. Best prices in town. Very honest business.

They cheated me a lot of money for fixing a very minor van installation. They speak to you in a very rude way if you not white or Latinos.

I called for an estimate on a window .. they said they was going to call me back its been 5 days !🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ and no call back worst customer service!

I walked in to get a estimate on a paint job. Ive never been treated so poorly. The individual at the front didnt even give me eye contact when I approached the register. Then we walked outside and he refused to work on my car because he didnt like the paint job I had on it. The body of my car is in near perfect shape and the paint job just needed to be sanded and painted. This is another example of a business that has so much income that they dont care about new customers.

They do very good work. They have worked on my service van about 6 times now. They have always been honest and fair with pricing.

Fixed a complicated electrical problem in roughly 2 hours and only charged a diagnostic fee. Really fantastic service

Dont ever ever go this shop they are thieves and they will charge you different price than what they told you in the beginning this is what they told me for The price of Freon they told me is going to cost me $45 but after they done and fix it they told me I have to pay $120 for no reason never ever go this shop
