The experience was great! I had two conference calls for work, so was given a private conference room while work was being done on the car. They were quick with no surprises - bill was exactly as quoted. Really nice staff!

They were very professional and friendly. I was having a engine fault warning with no check light codes showing up. They were able to find the problem and fix it very quickly…. It was the throttle body. I will definitely be back when needed.

I opted to do a valet service appointment and it was a great experience. Both drivers were very prompt, nice, and professional. Steve Daniel handled the actual service appointment and he was awesome. Helistened to all concerns and made sure to check everything and also communicate everything that was completed and ordered a part for a small issue with a USB port. 10/10 ... great job!

I was leaving the car on a recall to check the door hinges. It could take a while so I was given a loaner, a 2021 SUV. As it turned out, all the hinges had to be replaced. There was a small part that needed to be ordered so I ended up with the loaner for 2 days. The SUV was very nice and when my car was ready, everything looked good and the car doors worked smoothly.

West End Lincoln is a First class dealership. Very professional and staffed with knowledge people. Beautiful dealership with many amenities. Their technicians are factory trained Ford ASSET students and graduates. Highly recommended!!

A very nice facility. We scheduled a 1 hour appointment for a factory recall service on the brakes of my 2008 Lincoln MKZ. When I arrived I was advised the service could take 2+ hours, but I had to be able to leave to pick up my 6 year old and 7 year old grandchildren from school. The dealership provided a loaner car so I was able to do my pickup.

Great service-felt like got good value. Great service communication. Only thing I did not like was setting up service and robo call taker. Just have a person answer the phone and set up the appointment. Customers don’t want or have time for this and takes away from the customer centric experience.

Very nice staff and facility. Steve Daniel was able to fit me in on short notice and was very helpful. The only negative at West End Lincoln is that they were not willing to price match Lincoln of Bloomington. I paid $62.31 at West End Lincoln for just an oil change. Lincoln of Bloomington was offering an oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection, and a car wash for $29.99 that West End Lincoln did not want to match. I do see myself returning to this location for further service needs.

Needed to repair a punctured tire on our Navigator. West End Lincoln had the tire in stock within a day, price-matched a third-party competitor, and had me in and out within an hour. Their waiting area is immaculate and had a private office for me to get work done. Katie Jensen, as always, was awesome - great customer service!Would definitely recommend West End Lincoln.

I have had to bring in my F150 for shifting problems and they replaced the main control calve. Still had issues, brought it back and they found multiple issues therefore they decided to replace the entire transmission. I have dealt with allot of dealerships and westend Lincoln has been the best so far. The one thing I dont like is when you call the service department no one hardly ever answers, and then you leave a message no one gets back to you for 2 to 3 hours my car was in the service and I had a question that I wanted to ask about my car no one got back to me so I called a little later and thing no answer I had to call the sales department and I explained my situation and he transferred me to the manager in service and then I get a call about 5 minutes after that. Other than that I like west end allot. And I would refer customers to west end thanks

We thought we were heading for a new vehicle, but they let us know about our coverage in our extended warranty and a recall that covered thousands of dollars in replacement work. Pleasant waiting room and attendant was very friendly. Oil change took over an hour though. Was hoping for closer to half that time.

Voluntary exterior cleaning. The car was filthy after winter driving and I brought it in for an oil change. The dealer cleaned it for me at their will. I was very grateful.

It took almost 90 minutes for this service. I asked the service writer to check the brakes. He kept making excuses as to why the brakes were working poorly and I felt he didn’t hear me when I explained things. I also felt talked down to as a woman driver/owner. He didn’t take what I said seriously.

Morrie’s Lincoln is top notch. Definitely a VIP feel. Excellent waiting area and not busy. Very professional service. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Had an appointment scheduled for 745am on a Thursday - they didn’t even look at my car until Friday night, which meant they had to keep it for the weekend. They were unable to get me a loaner vehicle so I was stuck without a vehicle from Thursday morning until they finished it on Monday around 530pm. This was to fix 1 wheel bearing (which I told them was the problem) as well as a wheel alignment.

First oil & filter change, waited for work to be completed. It was a quick and pleasant experience, the car was washed as a bonus. A 5 Star experience!

They did a factory recall on the door latch, and while I was there they did an inspection. Found it needed a front end alignment so I had them do it. I think the price was very reasonable, the service was prompt and professional and the space is all new and high end.

Ive always thought car dealerships were more expensive but I dont think thats true my oil change is very reasonable and they are quick. They dont offer things you dont need.
