University Auto is a wonderful auto service place. The people who work there care about their customers. They do a very nice job and dont try to convince their customers that their car needs work when it does not.

The most honest and best priced service you will get anywhere in town. I wont consider another place to take my vehicles. The brothers who own/run the garage are simply the BEST

Amazing service, price and work. I called this morning about my air conditioning not working in my truck and they were able to get me in, fix it and get it back to me in under 3 hours. It is hard to find a good auto shop and I found a great one today! Sharing with all my friends and family.

My check engine light came on and I pulled in and they got me in right away.

I have been living in the heights for the last 4 years now. I wanted to find a place where my companion and I can take our cars for repairs and maintenance. University auto service is close to where I live and so I had my girl take her car up there for them to check out her air conditioner in her Cobalt because it was not blowing out cold air. They charged her 39.95 for a labor... Basically the dude said the a/c was working and it clearly wasnt when I got home from work I took the car for a test drive to see if it started to get colder as I got up to speed on the highway...NOTHIN BUT WARM ASS AIR. So I call the gentleman that runs the place and he picked up and basically told me out right that he didnt do anything to the car and the a/c works and told me that the a/c needs to be dead(not working). I was dumbfounded that not only did he just tell me he didnt do anything to it but he charged he 39.95 for absolutely nothing... Again I want to give all my business to local places and not corps... So I gave him another chance to make it right and look at it again, he told me he wont charge me again but to bring it ip on weds or Thurs 6/13 or 6/14... Well my girlfriend called to see if she could drop her car off as directed by the same gentleman (who now acted like he didnt remember us)... But he did because we just talked 2 days ago and I drive by his shop every morning when I go to work and its not that busy up there to not remember making a plan with us 2 days prior. So the guy then tells her that he is too busy and has pneumonia and cant do it today (dude if I ran a business and cant keep my plans with a customer or, A health issue happens... Then you should have a back up plan, like someone fills in for you or something of that nature). Meanwhile we had been planning our work week schedules around a business that cant keep a promise and out right ripped us off for what they called labor. My uncle runs a shop in forest lake and this is not how you do business especially with locals who are gonna be repeat customers. I am a very forgiving person and if the gentleman that made us the broken promises you know who you are sir wants to call us back and make this air conditioner repair happen and make some money... I will consider taking down this bad review. P. S. I will also add an update to this if he doesnt make it right as well. Sounds like bona bros will be the new place where I spend my money. Thanks university auto services for nothing but excuses unprofessionalism.
