I came in to the store not knowing how or what I was going to be needing of them. They were able to walk me through and suggest a number of different ideas for me. The price they quoted was so much more affordable than others in the area, and they were incredibly easy to work with.

Yes, they are fast! 10x3 vinyl in full color came out perfectly - nice clean lines, and since they print digitally you dont have to pay per color and limit creativity.

About a year and a half ago I had vinyl installed on my store front. It started out as a bright metallic gold color and after about a year faded to a grey. I went in the store and talked to Steve who was the original person who was taking care of my account and he said he would come out to the store to have a look at it. 2 1/2 weeks later, after numerous attempts to get ahold of him and a no show on his part, he finally showed up and agreed that the vinyl was the wrong color and shouldnt have faded that fast. He said he would get back to me but of course he didnt. After a week and a half not hearing anything back I decided to reach out to him. He wouldnt take my calls or call me back so I guess the only thing I can do is go into the store...well he didnt look very happy to see me. I asked him what was going on and it was excuse after excuse. It basically came down to the fact that they dont stand behind the product they carry. Every other vinyl company I talked to backed their product for 4 years and what they put up for me barely lasted 1 year. That was an expensive mistake I will never make again.

A few years ago I ordered a table throw/cover/skirt from this FastSigns store. They did a perfect job customizing it with my organizations logo. Unfortunately we lost it recently and I was asked to replace it. Much to my relief FastSigns had my original order still on file and they were able to make a new table skirt without starting over from scratch. Made the process so fast and easy.

We always use FastSigns in Downtown MPLS as its close to our office, provides excellent customer service and executes every job precisely as requested. The team there is incredibly helpful, they offer great recommendations, provide clear answers and are willing to meet our tight deadlines.

This is a great operation. The finished product is always of high quality and almost always exactly as I had envisioned. Ive used Fast Signs dt now for years for windmaster inserts, clings, signage, vinyl lettering, tear drop sails and have yet to walk away feeling less than satisfied. If ever there is an error in printing on their behalf they have always remedied the situation in a timely manner and at not cost to me. Don Hanson has been my go to signs guy and will be for the foreseeable future.

I was going to order outside Vinyl sign for my business. I ask Steve how long he thinks the print will last...? He told me that they dont know how long their Vinyl print will last he doesnt have the real answer for me NONE...he said he dont have no idea & dont want to tell me any time limit. I guess they dont have any confidence on their product.
