I had a screw in my tire I found around 430pmPut some air in the tire that was leaking slowly. Arrived at 450pm (they close at 6pm.) They didnt hesitate to take me and let me know it would be done around 630Had the plug installed and didnt charge me a dime for the service. Im not a customer of discount tire but now I will beNow that is how things used to be done and its so refreshing to see that occasionally sometimes there are still companies that care more about your safety than making a buck. Five stars for service and being all around kind and pleasant at check-in

Ordered tires, mounting and balance online. They were fast and efficient! The owner/Manger replaced a sensor that the mechanic accidentally broke. He told me about it and replaced it for free. Service this good is hard to find! I would recommend them for your automotive needs!

Outstanding customer service working with Jonah from the Co Rd 101 & Highway 7 location. I went in to fix a flat, turns out I had four nails in the tire, which explained constant air pumping after the winter months. Jonah was able to order new tires and get them installed within a day.He was not pressuring and gave multiple options from low end to high end. Super happy with my new tires, they are quite the difference from my old worn out ones. Thanks for the great recommendations and the great service, Jonah!

I heard really good things about Discount tires and when I called them to make an appointment I leaned that the rumors were true! Cory, who answered the phone, not only helped me but made me feel like I was talking to a friend. When I came into the store for my appointment, Cory was there and he continued to be awesome! John was also very helpful and a delight to work with. They set me up with well reviewed tires, the warranty on the tires is reasonable and easy and the shop got me on my way in less than an hour. Had my four Goodyear endurance toy hauler tires ready to go when I showed up.Cole worked on swapping out my OEM for the new GoodYears. He was the best!Very knowledgeable and professional, Cole was very easy to work with

They said they would replace the two most worn tires in the front. Instead they replaced the two leaking tires on the right, taking the one tire I originally had that had the most tread. They were supposed to remount that tire to stop the leak, not replace it. Cost me a good tire, and the front left tire is still worn, so they didnt rotate them either.

Ive been using this shop for years for all my tire needs. This is one of the best retail operations Ive ever experienced. Not just tires, all retail experiences. In a world where service suffers, Discount Tires excels. In particular, Cameron L, is an amazing person to work with. Hes polite and always looking to go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Really helpful and convenient location. The manager John is super helpful. I stopped in Wednesday night to have them look at a leaky tire. I was hoping to get it patched while I was looking for replacements. Thursday my tire went flat so I stopped back in and John made it right without delay. They had accidentally checked the wrong tire but it was unrepairable anyway. They got me a good deal on replacement tires and gave me even more of a discount for looking at the wrong tire the day before. Will definitely go back when I need anything tire related.

So, I had a flat tire on my snowblower. I called a lawn and garden repair shop and they said its was a knuckle buster job and would be 30 bucks plus the cost of a tube. Out of curiosity I called discount tire, love them for car tires (great price and service). I asked about an 8 inch snowblower wheel and they said sure bring it in. I supplied the inner tube and they installed for about $10. What a deal and they did it same day! I just dropped off and they called when ready. Superior service and very fair pricing. Thanks for the willingness to help. Great tires too, Michelin are worth the price but Discount Tire does a great job representing price and value across all the brands. Look at their rebates online too as the savings will add up.

Great place. I called about our small rv travel trailer, they told told me to come on over they would take care of me. When I got there it seemed busy but they had the new tires on the trailer in only an hour. THANKS GUYS!

I had the pleasure of chatting Aaron at Minnetonka Discount Tire last night and I have to say that I could not have been more pleased by his customer service. He was so friendly, honest, helpful and kind...I felt very relieved that he could help me with what we needed and saving money doing it. I dont leave reviews very often but felt compelled to when I left there for sure!

I needed to get TPMS sensors programmed to my new wheels and I was able to swing by with no appointment and they programmed no problem free of charge.

Ive been buying tires from this company for probably 20 years or more. Their customer service cannot be compared to anything else. They always take care of me with all my tire rotations flat repairs and are just overall a fresh of breath air in the automotive repair industry.

Aaron and his team at discount tire Minnetonka were nothing short of exceptional. They truly aim to help the customer make the best choices for their tire needs, not just sell you a tire. I had never been a discount tire customer before, but now I’m exclusively a discount tire customer!

Incredible Service at this location! I was losing air in my rear passenger tire & went to tires plus on Sunday as they were the only place open & was told they don’t take walk-ins & that their next available appointment was Wednesday. I went to the Minnetonka Discount Tire on Monday & they immediately took me in & discovered a nail in my tire. They patched my tire & reset my tire pressure light & filled the rest of my tires to the correct weight. This all took less than a half hour. When the man came to hand me my keys I asked how much do I owe you & he said nothing! Outstanding Job to this team & company! I will continue to share this experience with my family & friends. Although these guys are tops for pure tire work, they missed a dangerous situation yesterday. I noticed noise in my right front and since I needed a rotation I had them do it. I specifically told them to make sure it was OK.I realize they dont do mechanical work there. That said, my rear front control arm was completely broken away from the engine cradle.I will continue to use them for tires, but never trust them to check the care for safety.

These guys are Great! Took both my trucks in to get the tires Rotated and Balanced...left with a smile and 2 smooth riding trucks. These guys do 2 full time jobs: the top notch work and a lot of it and deal with the all the people. 100 % satisfied with the work and the tires. And every one there was great to work with...great teamwork. Going on a roadtrip and they found a screw in 1 of my tires and fixed it. If you need tires...this is the best place to get them.

Always top-notch service and good prices. I have found it not worth shopping around anymore. They will price match if you find it somewhere else cheaper. Lifetime free rotation is huge plus and they will rotate any car you own in your families account, even if you did not originally purchace from them! Target and a Daory Queen next door.

I had to get new tires ASAP after a winter storm hit MN in December 2020. So I took it here and their customer service excellent! He got me money back on the tire warranty and got it done same day!

One tire on my wife’s car blew up on the highway. It was a snow tire, but they managed to get another winter tire fitted in less than an hour.

It seems that we always have some sort of tire crisis (flats, damage, replacements during a snowstorm) and Aaron and the rest of the Minnetonka shop always help us out. Prices are reasonable (and will match other advertised prices) and they all work hard to get your car done. Im a loyal shopper here (probably 4 sets of tires in the last 6 years) and our recent experience was consistently great.

Fast, quality work, affordable.I was not looking forward to getting new tires for my Toyota RAV4. Searching online discount tire had the best prices so I started there. I got recommendations in the store but decided to order online in the early afternoon. Within two hours of ordering and making my online appointment for five days out, they called me and said the other discount tire location had delivered the tires and they could put them on this afternoon if I wanted. I brought the RAV4 in and they were done within one hour. Every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend anyone looking for new tires go there. Aaron helped me. Was referred by a colleague. I had 3 flat tires in one day on separate occasions from construction debris in the road. I was helped the whole way including getting my car back there and replacing tires I had just bought. I was able to pay $300-400 less than my normal shop quoted me. I am a customer for life. As the only adult in a home with kids, the extra care meant the world to me. Clearly not just about money there. I was well taken care of.

Discount Tire is hit or miss, seemingly depending on the location. Im pleased to say that this is the most satisfactory experience Ive had with this chain. Ben was very thorough and conscientious in his explanations, and work was done in a very timely manner. I recommend this place without qualification.

I have spent about $2000 here for my tires and rims, because the rims come with a free tire rotation each season.I went to this place today and the rep told me the tread on your tires is dangerously low so were unable to switch your tires. My tires are not dangerous low, and even if they were, I paid you to switch my tires each year. The rep kept trying to get me to buy new tires and I know my tires are fine. He refused to switch my tires. They are from discount and less than 2 yrs old. I paid for a service for them to change my tires and they denied it. They only care about you if theyre making money. I have never had this issue at this discount tire ever before. I forget the guys name but he was blond skinny and decently young.Now I have to go to midtown and see if theyll switch the tires that I paid for. If they refuse, Ill be posting a reddit post on r/twincities and make sure you lose business. ✌🏿

I always go to Discount Tire to replace my tires. It was my first time going here. They do a good job, my only issue was timing. they told me they will finish it in an hour and half. Nothing was changed when I checked back after two hours . I don’t know if they forgot about it or what but I do recommend you sit there to make sure they don’t bypass your car.

Easy to schedule online, they wore masks, guided me to park my own van on the supports, found a screw and patched the tire quickly, charged me nothing for all this, guided me to back out my van for safety. Exceptional work!!!!!!! Please go here!

I visited at the busiest time of the year, after thanksgiving and a snow. Yes it was busy. I waited for ~5-10 minutes in line and had to wait 2-3 hours for a tire replacement, but it was very cheap, they were able to text me when my car was ready, and they finished the car after business hours and I was able to pick it up right then. Good service overall.

This is your average Discount tire. Service here tended to move along a little bit quicker than other ones Ive been to previously however.Very large waiting area but for some reason, given all the space, they decided to be skimpy on the amount of chairs?The only real issue I have is that its taking a usually long time for my special order wheels and tires to get in . Its been four days and the warehouse is in Ohio so I dont understand why they couldnt get here within 2 days. 3 at the most.

I don’t write many reviews, but I could not ignore this. Aaron and his people at Discount Tire did a Great Job !! They listened to my needs and concerns----I mean really listened. Then they suggested a couple options. We discussed the pros and cons, and then they let me make the decision. No pressure. I got a great value on some all season Yokohama’s, and had a great experience. This is the way it should be whenever you buy something, from every company.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying tires! They didn’t even balance my new tires that I just purchased! Brought my car to my trusted mechanic and they fixed everything! They didn’t even put on new wheel weights for my tires! Totally Unprofessional place! I will never go here again!

I know he has to offer, but he did it without it feeling forced or awkward. The install was also done at lightning speed. Couldnt have scripted a better experience.

Every time I’ve been to this location I have been impressed by the service I have received. I just happened to stop by this location with my new tires in the back of my SUV on my way home just to see if they could get it in to install the tires. They told me they could do it in an hour and a half. They were spot on with their estimate on how long it would take to get done. I will definitely be returning as well as recommending them to my friends and family.

Free tire rotation every 6000 miles after purchase. In and out for my rotation in 35 minutes as a walk up!! Very pleased!!
