2nd time Ive been in the store and products are just not available. However thats not why the one star. I was in this particular store for about 10 minutes looking and searching the employee did not say absolutely anything to me. A white woman walks in and immediately asked her if she needed help. she has to follow me around the store as if the store was big or something as if she couldnt see me from where she was standing. Wayzata, you got to do better. There are black people that live out here and people that dont look like you, just face it.
The clerk was so helpful and offered to call other stores to get my preferred combs. I was very impressed.
Was there at 10am, when they were supposed to be open. Its frustrating when you need one product to do your clients hair at 10:15am, and no one is there to open. 😭
I’ve been going to different sally beauty locations for over 10 years and the one and only time I visited this location I had the WORST experience ever as a customer at ANY STORE this past week.A sales associate asked if I had and questions and I said no I think I’m alright. About 30 seconds later a different accociate asked if I needed help, and I said yes actually maybe I do have a question. After she walked away the male said very loudly to her he didn’t want anything to do with me or to check me out at the register. I walked around the corner and asked if he wanted me to go to a different store, and it was very clear he was offended I didn’t want his help at the time. I told him I thought I knew what I was getting but I thought of something to ask her. He also told me to my face that he wanted me to hear that he didn’t want to help me, which was shocking.I left the store shaking because I was in so much disbelief of how I was just treated.I still see myself being a loyal customer to sally’s but I will never being going back to this location and would not recommend others to.Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
My review is about 3-4 weeks late and because of that, I may have forgotten the gals name who helped my friend and I, but I think her name was Lucy with purple (or maybe green hair). At any rate, she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and had answers for all and any questions we threw at her. Good news, our hair turned out great :)
Who, what,why?!Seriously, who are these unqualified individuals working location? What are they doing besides standing at register gossiping? Why are they not interested in helping customers or making sales??Came in looking for hair dye. The young lady that greeted me was sweet and CLUELESS. I asked about hair dye something gently and ammonia free. Then I asked for a specific product she was unsure and went to get the manager. He said they didnt carry it. Both he and the young lady immediately walked back to the register to continue gossiping. I stay an additional 10min in the hair dye aisle lost until I gave up and left.

Normal Sallys experience the few times I go.I know what I need (do your own research h and education ahead of time, the employees only know so much....) I get in, I get out. IFrom time to time I find a sweet deal ( like 15 cents for Ions Swimmers Clarifying treatment packets, instead of 3 bucks a pop) and their member card is definitely worth it to get the Sallys Club prices (especially if youre a frequent dyer)!I only wish they would start selling high quality Direct Dyes / Semi-permanents like Arctic Fox, because SERIOUSLY Arctic Foxs epic pigmentation and staying power is unparalleled.Better than Pravana or Manic Panic and definitely better than their Ion brand of color here.The girl was trying to be helpful, some others are a bit sassier and not as inclined to offer their customer service... its like youre bothering them by being there...Bummer.Wasnt a horrible Sallys but it was not by any means a triumphant few visits either...Aptly rated with a decent stars.
