They have a friendly, helpful staff. They have a very wide selection of beer, wine, and liquors. Theres not a ton of people to shift through typically when Im here. Prices are very low and they have a great rewards program. The only critical feedback is that they dont seem to keep popular items in stock. Its just comes when it comes they tell me when I ask them for specific products. I would think if a product is popular consistently, they would order more so that they dont run out. Also, I wish they had older vintage wines than just the latest version and the lowest price.

ANYTHING fruited NEEDS to be stored at cold temps.! I bought a beer here and it foamed for about 3 minutes because they kept it at room temp to long. WASTED MY ENTIRE BEER! At 6$ a freakin beer you bet I will NEVER come back here ever again. This doesnt even touch the fact that they advertise products online that they have never had or havent had in 4+months. Or that the cashier didnt even know the basics of ringing up single beers and got mad at me because of it.. Decptive business practices, poor stocking practices and poor customer service skills means youll never see me again. I cant wait til those beers explode in your store.

A great bottle shop with a nice variety of beers, wines, and even luxury cigars. If they would have cleaned up the broken bottles between the shelves, they would have earned five stars. Well be back!

Good selection of wine, beer and liquor for reasonable prices. Their loyalty club offers some good deals too. I ordered alcohol for my large wedding here, and their customer service was top notch. They made sure I had everything I needed and was completely satisfied before I left the store. You wont regret shopping here!

Always stocked, great prices, no complaints. Go during the day, during the week if you can. It can get crowded and peak time is Friday afternoon thru Saturday.

Ive had to change my long standing 5 star review to a 1 star. They dont seem to understand or care that some beers MUST be refrigerated, particularly those containing Lactose. I regularly find milkshake IPA and other beers (its usually Modist Brewing that Im looking for) being sold from there room temp shelves. I have reported this several times since this spring to management but I continue to find these beers in the wrong place. Once I see these incorrect stocking practices corrected for the long-term, I will update this review.

I love Total wine. The people that work there are always very helpful, they helped me find everything I was looking for. This trip is only 4 stars because the cashier was rude and rang up my most expensive bottle of wine an extra time which I had to stop and get credit for on my way out. Cashier 49004 (Lauretta) in Maple Grove. She wasnt happy the manager told her to get to her post and do her job. I will go again but I will not go to her line😒

Dave and Martha at the Minnetonka store are very knowledgeable about all wines red and white. My husband is very picky about wine, reads and tastes everything! Although his favorite is Flowers we have found, thanks to Dave and the staff at Total Wine several others which are priced much more resonabley. They remember what I have purchased and what has worked for him. Only place we will purchase our wines.

The staff is very helpful when you ask. I had trouble finding a Black Cherry Rum so I asked for help. He took me right there.I don’t drink wine, I just shop for spirits here. Craft beer can be more expensive here.On the whole this store clean and well organized.

Definitely the most inexpensive liquor store I’ve ever been too. They also have reward program that pulls up when you give your ID/DL! Not sure what ya get, but just a bonus! The price of the liters are(most bottles I’ve bought) the same price as a GAL at other places. Wish their were more locations!! Also love how it’s a perfectly staffed, Always have help around, but not in the nagging or make you feel like a shoplifter kinda way! I often even forget about it because i don’t see them everywhere! While I like to support small, local, and minority owned liquor stores when possible, Total Wine is the leader when it comes to the largest selection at the lowest prices. If you like boxed wine, they have an excellent amount of options. I have never had to wait long to check out, even on a Friday night after work when they are busy, and the employees have always been friendly. Plus this location has easy access from 394 and Plymouth Road.

Amazing selection, but the staff frequently lacks basic knowledge about spirits. Last time I visited, multiple members of staff did not know what Soju (Korean rice wine) or Mead (honey wine) were, nor where to find them despite both being carried in the store. Id highly recommend going to other local liquor stores that dont have the corporate pressure to sell specific wines and steer you away from what you truly want.

First time at Any Totak Wine & More. Wonderful selections, and still excited by their wine and Champagne section. Delivery options in some areas and a reward program. Staff was friendly and there were some tasting stations that sold me on a couple wines.

Total Wine offers a huge variety of beverages for highly competitive prices. Im glad they are so close to Wayzata, because the muni stores are absurdly overpriced. You can get some scotches at Total Wine for almost half the price!I have used both the delivery and curbside pickup service. Delivery is a little awkward because they had issues scanning my ID. The curbside pickup was great because there is no fee and it is very fast.

I went the day before Christmas. The place was packed, but their selection of craft beer outstanding was amazing. The prices are great. They had very helpful people who cared even though it was chaos. Will definitely make this my go to from now on!

Huge selection at a fair price.Doesnt matter if you want wine, scotch, beer, or anything in between its pretty likely Total Wine will have it.They also offer lots of taste testing, classes and samplings on the regular. Their have a rewards program as well but it does take quite a bit of spending to get anything but free money is free money.

Nice guy approached my bf and I asking if we needed tequila recommendations. We are big tequila people but had been perusing all the new stuff at this Total Wine location. He sold us on a new tequila that we are definitely getting next time we visit. He offered us free samples as well if we werent convinced. I love how clean and modern all the stores look.

Gosh I love this store. We got all our wedding liquor here and we had fun shopping. The staff is always helpful and we enjoy the tasting bar as well. One staff was even kinda enough to humor my mother in finding good dark beers to try while in town. Taught me about Belching Beavers peanut butter porter. Wow.If you need liquor, go here. Was in search of the Irish Whiskey Proper twelve and this was the only place that had it. I was amazed to see not only their collection of alcohol but also the products to store, organize and travel friendly alcohol storage packages they sold. The staff was very friendly, helped to locate the products I wanted and also suggested some nice drinks. Definitely the best liquor store I know. Beer selection is not that great, but they have the best kosher selection I have seen for liqueurs and hard liquor. For example, they have Barry Crockett Legacy Midleton Irish Whiskey, kosher cherry liqueurs, like 3 or 4 kosher orange liqueurs, etc.
