I want to compliment Paul our water repair man. Every time he comes to our home to fix any issues we have, hes just the nicest man alive. Our house have grand-children and when they flood the sensor, the water stops working and Paul has came out more than once to reset it. I feel bad but he makes us feel at ease and that its okay, things happen. So I just want to commend Paul for his superior customer service. Its people like him that will keep us with Gladden.

Used these guys for about 3 years for water delivery to my business. One month, I noticed that the bill increased. Turned out they decided to start delivering an extra bottle without authorization. Then I started tracking the usage and found that we werent even using the full amount they had been delivering previously. To top it off, Ive asked them 3 times to collect the empties and refund my deposit. They promise to then just dont show. All told, I calculated that these guys probably overbilled me by about $120. Not a huge amount but the principle (or lack thereof) is what matters.

This company is fantastic. The technician who installed my system was EXTREMELYinformative and super quick. You can tell the company cares about you as a customerand offers systems at prices that seriously outweigh buying water or the time it takesto fill them yourself.Just had my second system installed and if I get another place, Ill have a third installed :)

We have well water and it has been great not hauling bottled water and filling up the landfills. Water tastes better than bottled and the dog loves it too.

I love the product and price isnt outrageous just for room temp water. When there was an issue with a leak on Friday night, we couldnt receive help until Monday. No one on call to help troubleshoot or anything. They have security in place to prevent water damage but if my husband hadnt worked on it himself, there would have been no filtered water at all for over 2 days.

Very disappointed with my experience.Signed up for water delivery in good faith. Unable to afford the continued delivery and asked to only rent the water cooler was told no problem.Called a few months later when the cooler needed service and was accused of never intending to have water delivered and only using them for the cooler and that I was not paying enough to have my unit serviced.Why on earth would I pay 25$ a month to rent a cooler that couldnt even be serviced? I paid 25$ a month on the assumption my water would be akaline and that when needed the filter would be changed.I would have been happy to hear options and work towards a compromise. However after being rudely treated, accused of gaming some system I didnt even know existed, I have opted to cancel my service.Your akaline cooler helped me a lot with my constant heartburn. I am sorry that due to a number of financial issues I opted to fill my own water jugs and rent a cooler that made the water akaline. Seemed pretty logical to me. I would suggest you work on how you treat your clients I never had any ill intentions.
