There are two people one bags and one checks out always together they are girls. They body shame customer and bullies them for what they buy and how often you go to the store. I have a larger body and I got to the store a lot to get fresh produce. I buy a lot of it. I also make food for a lot of people but they assume it’s all for me. And every time they go they give dirty looks and shameful comments. I would not shop there again. I told this to the manager the manager could care less since right after I left I had to go back in for my card and all three of them where mocking me. How dare a company that calls them all people friendly do this to people I wish I knew the owner. They clearly don’t care about people and they don’t care how their people dress. It’s unprofessional how this place is ran.They even said they wanted to talk to me never got a call this place is a S show!

Hands down my favorite game love to shop. We came here all the time when we lived just up the road. Then we moved to Seattle and there was nothing comparable. Well now we’re back and this place is better then ever.The meat department is the biggest draw for me. Awesome selection of the best meats around. There produce is also fresh and vibrant.....and of course organic

Top notch products, and helpful staff in the deli, and on the floor. However, check-out staff - ugh. (There was one delightful exception, one day - dont know her name.) Whos hiring, managing, and setting the tone? Things that make you go hmmm...Im a member owner, but Im going to cancel. Good feelings are as important as good produce. Bummer.

With thorough internal observations and investigations, this place exceeds standards of most corporations with copycat models. Their deli provides pristine top of the line equipment, they have resplendent ovens and next generation steamers. Their food tastes better than most of the places have worked at, and trust me it’s been a few. As a collective, their employees were more radiant, enthusiastic about being there than a lot of these stores. Also some generous perks they give you lots of t shirts and food and 401k plan, health care, extra bonus checks 4 times a year, so I’d you have a son or daughter and want them to actually have a moderately pleasurable first job or so, this is it. I’d say it’s a pretty wealthy community, therefore they jack up the prices on most things, yet perhaps that is the sacrifice made and it’s in the proper location to do that. If you’re struggling don’t expect to get a good deal on food. It’s about two to 3 times more than your Walmart or cub foods or Aldis. The cleaner lady there is proficient excellent at her duties, their bathrooms are clean. Go there if you can afford and you want your kids to be healthy. Peace out

Terribly uninviting, inattentive, and at times brash checkout staff. I’ve continued to try to like it here because their selection of products, especially local, is top notch. But when I leave feeling sad from the treatment, it’s just not worth it.

All the employees huddle around each other and DO NOT social distance OR always wear the mask!!! They often have their masks down for extented periods of time and have a terrible store pick up/delivery service... Will never go back and continue to use Whole Foods curbside pick up with absolutely no hassles👌

The store is good however employees are dressed like clowns & look like they’re dressed for Halloween including their hair & makeup. Most of the employees look extremely unprofessional and unkept. In an industry that handles food, in the demographics of Minnetonka, hygiene, cleanliness & professionalism should be a priority. The staff comes across as adolescent & it’s hard to take them seriously or trust that they will give sound suggestions. So disappointing. I suggest they clean up their act.

I love this place, it has some great products that I cant find elsewhere in my area. The prices are more or less in the same ballpark as the other grocery stores nearby. Overall its a place Ive frequented for years and plan to for as long as I live around here.

The atmosphere is friendly and the employees were nice, helpful and full of smiles even behind the masks. Thanks everyone.

I LOVE Lakewinds Minnetonka! Everything about this store, the staff, selection, is perfect. I always find exactly what I need from staple items to hard-to-find or specialty ingredients. Quality is never compromised and thats matched by the excellent customer service. Other comments mention the prices being high, but Ive always found it to be absolutely worth it. I became a member a year ago and have loved the benefits. Also, check out the lemon butter crackers/cookies above the cheese case - HEAVENLY.

I love Lakewinds. The quality of every single item is so high quality and well thought out. I really trust Lakewinds buyers as they choose the very best items to offer in their stores. The deli awesome and as close to homemade as one can get. I use the deli frequently for lunch or dinner if I dont feel like cooking because they have so many nutritious, delicious choices. I do the majority of my food shopping at Lakewinds!

I’m a member owner and have shopped at Lakewinds for years. Just the absolute best. Minnetonka location has wood fired pizza. The slice I had today was Salmon, artichokes, red pepper, and purple onions. Just delicious and I am a critic being of Italian decent! 😀

Nice place to shop. They definitely have a different variety of foods vs Cub or Target. The prices are also higher, but the sales can be really good. They seem to take care of their employees which helps make up for the prices.

Super convenient and they have great produce. It’s def priced much higher then Cub foods “1 mile away” maybe free coffee to members and I wouldn’t have a problem paying 18% more.

I cant believe the incredible lack of concern for customers safety by allowing staff to work without masks. Its a clear statement that says we dont care about you.

Love this place. It has great organic produce and an awesome meat/seafood department. Its iverall a wondercul llace to shop. The ambiance is casual and inviting so we tend to come eat at the hot bar/salad bar at least once a week!

Stopped in after dinner across the street because I heard they often carry wild edibles. They had fiddleheads and morels which were really what I was hoping for. However, the few morels they had left were all broken pieces, discolored and even moldy. I asked the produce person in the presence of a manager if they would be willing to discount them, as most would be trimmed heavily, instead of waste them all to the garbage. I was told no because they had more fresh ones in the back but he was unwilling to get those as they were closing soon. Wasteful and bad customer service lakewinds. Guess when I come up short in the woods I wont be coming to you.
