Went in towards the end of the night & they were out of strawberry cones. I was just going to get something else, no big deal but the lady working offered to make me a new one fresh. Said it would be done in 15 minutes and it was. Made my night!

Never. Going. Back.My grandpa always got my grandma toffee on Valentines Day. This is the second year since he passed away, and I thought I would stop into Godiva at Ridgedale Mall to pick some up for her as a gift. I waited in line for an available cashier, and when I stepped up to the counter I said I was looking for something with toffee. Before I could even say which toffee confections I wanted from the counter, the cashier interrupted me by saying we dont have any toffee--this is a chocolate store and laughed. I said sarcastically you dont have ANY?? And she responded toffee and chocolate are two completely different things. And laughed again.There was a box of chocolate covered toffee in the gift section and at least three truffles containing toffee in the glass counter, so I can only conclude that she didnt want my business. Congratulations Godiva--you have destroyed the one reason for me to ever step into your store. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. So rude. So frustrating.

Good chocolate nice workers. They do not accept mobile payments of any kind Samsung, Android, Apple pay are not accepted its 2018 thats unacceptable

The chocolate is very delicious even if over priced...the staff seemed to be bothered by the simplest of questions...they had free samples...but they seemed to only be for the staff...all in all I can get better chocolate at better prices without the hassle....Im not sayin Im just sayin
