Its been about 8 months since I flew across the country to basically blindly buy a Ford Transit and drive it home. Without a doubt, the best vehicle purchase experience Ive ever had. For a well worked 2015 cargo van, this thing has held up SO WELL. Nothing but tires, brakes and the usual has had to be dealt with. Perfect condition for a 6 year old work van.Thanks again for all the patience in the long, out of state process Kenny!

NOTE - we dealt with Gene and Craig and had the best car buying experience ever. Really appreciated their expertise and honesty. Will not buy from anyone else in the future. Their knowledge of cars is second to none and it shows. Feel they do their best to make sure buying experience is good and communication was good. Buying a used vehicle can be stressful but this was not.

I have edited my review I originally Bought a pick up with less than 100,000 miles, looked very nice. I didn’t even get 2,000 miles on it and the engine went out and needed to be replaced. I had read the reviews and looked like it was a common problem. The person I was dealing with wasn’t willing to work with me or help out at all. I was upset gave 1 star and didn’t recommend.Then Gene and Ken reached out to me and wanted to help me out from when gene first called me. They did everything the could to help fix the situation so we could both leave satisfied. They ended up paying for half of the bill at my request. I was happy to pay the other half because I decide to go with a new engine, instead of the one they found with half the amount of miles mine.He informed me the other lot they had that sold cheaper cars and it was the one getting the bad reviews and has been shut down for a while. I think it was just bad luck, and not totally uncommon for that engine just not at that amount of miles.Once gene and ken stepped in it was very professional, and I could tell they wanted to help because they wanted to not because they had to. I will recommend to other people, and would do business there again!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Ken and the dealership. I live 4 hours away and he promised to hold the vehicle for us and he kept his word. He also gave us a good deal and the car exceeded our standards. I wish I could give more then 5 stars.

They try and sell cars that knowingly have engines about to fail at the price of fully functioning cars. They lie about full inspections being done when theres a headlight out gas springs for hood blown/not even there. And antifreeze dumping into engine oil. Any inspection would have caught these issues. Not good people DO NOT TRUST. Wish I could give them zero stars..

Best experience hands down with buying a used car and customer service. I couldn’t be more happier with my car!! The team at Drive Remarketing was great with explaining EVERYTHING to my husband and I. They were very honest about the cars they had, took my wants/needs very serious and had great communication with my husband and I. Kenny exceeded expectations when making time to look at a vehicle. I was able to test drive the car myself without salesmen coming with breathing down my neck or telling me where to go. I came back the next week and bought the car after agreeing on a good price. He was very down to earth and didn’t pressure you in to anything like they do at large dealerships. Nothing but a positive outstanding experience!

Ive been holding off but can no longer stay silent. We were sold a complete lemon of a car from this place. Our problems started with having to fight for them to follow through on the terms of the purchase agreement, which they finally did after much hassle. The Volvo we purchased has been nothing but problems..very expensive ones! They might shine them up really pretty on the outside but buyer be very aware! We would not buy from them again, nor could we recommend them to anyone.

This was the best experience with a dealer that I’ve ever had! Rob, Mike, and Kenny were all extremely helpful and informative. I’m from out of state so they explained the process and things unique to purchasing a car in MN. They replaced the battery and in the end I got my dream car at an affordable rate! Highly recommend!

A great experience! Great customer service. I was picky with what I needed/wanted and he was so gracious about it! He found me a great car in my budget, exactly what I needed. I didnt think I could find financing, but he helped me with that too, which I am eternally grateful for! He has followed up after, as well, to make sure everything is going well. I will for sure use him in the future.

I texted Rob after I saw an ad for a CR-V I liked on craigslist and I was able to test drive it the next day. We had a great conversation and he was very down to earth. The bank I was getting a loan through took a long time to process the loan, and Rob was nice enough to hold the CR-V for me for 4 days while the loan was being processed. Him and his associate Mike were so genuine -- Rob even gave me some helpful advice about selling my old car. I will be back next time I need a car!

I bought a 08 grand prix 3.8 from these guys and it burns one quart of oil every tank of gas. Be very wearying about buying vehicles from these guys. In it for fast sales and quick money. STAY AWAY

Dont buy a car from these people. My girlfriend bought a car from Rob it had an engine light on when she drove it and he said he would take care of it. He made the light go off and she bought the car. She did the papers and they say if there is any trouble call Rob and write his name and address in the papers. On the way home the light comes back on so we call the number and dont get an answer. She calls the next day no answer. We drive back down there and the shop is closed. She took the car to a mechanic to get it checked out and it only had one quart of oil in it and he says it has a bad gasket leak. She got it fixed and tried to call Rob again and still no answer. Stay away!

Very disappointed with the quality of car. I know it was a used car but I would have liked to be treated with respect and treated fairly to be told the truth about the existing conditions. The check engine light came on within the first hour I owned it. I had it checked out by a reputable repair shop and multiple significant problems were identified. $1500 later I now have a car I can drive, which was not the case on the same day as I forked over the money to Rob, the salesman in Burnsville. It seems to me they are in the business to flip cars fast.

Buyer beware!. Rob the salesman claimed the car had been checked out by his mechanics. After we picked it up the check engine light came on. We brought it to a mechanic and it needed another $1500 to fix it. There are plenty of places to buy used cars but stay away from this place. They are in the buisness to just do quick flips on cars.

Purchased a 2011 town and country from their Burnsville location. Met with Rob but initially was talking to another gentleman via text. When I got there he got me mixed up with another person that was coming to look at the same car. Someone was looking at it so I waited around for 45 minutes then got a chance to see and drive it. He told me about the check engine light and that he would take care of it prior to delivery and he did try but it needed a new cylinder head which was covered under the manufacturer warranty. I tried the sunroof and he said it worked fine it was just frozen. I needed a car so I told him I would change the oil to speed things up a bit. Paid in cash and took the car. Tried the sunroof after letting the car thaw out and washed it only to find out it does not work. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT to my wife. Tried to call and left message with no response. Now it’s my problem which I understand since it was a used car for $9,000 but he told me it worked and it did not. I am in the car business also and I would have called my customer back and at least tried to make it right. Had he not told me it worked and just didn’t know or didn’t test it I would let it go but that’s bogus. Seemed nice just not good business tactics so for that you get a 2 start review. BUYER BEWARE check the car out at a reputable shop prior to purchasing from these guys.Thanks,Unhappy customer

Thank you Rob and Kenny! This was our first experience with Drive Remarketing AND it was well worth out time. Long story short, my husband found a car on CarGurus and reached out immediately. Within less than 24 hours, he received a message back from Rob regarding his inquiry. GREAT TURNAROUND TIME. Recently, my husband and I met with Rob at the Burnsville location and we must say the CUSTOMER SERVICE he provided was AWESOME. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. When looking at the car my husband noticed my facial expression and said to Rob lets discuss the price. Rob said, No lets make sure you really like this car so lets go for a ride... AWESOME - no pressure or quick gimmicks. Rob went above and beyond when we had questions about the car. Kenny - immediately started the paperwork and received approval within minutes.. Due to the snowstorm approaching the area, Kenny waited until we arrived at the location to sign the paperwork. I just got home picking up my beautiful 2010 Lucerne with only 23800 miles on it besides, everything else I wanted on it. The company, Drive Re-Marketing found this car for me in about 10 minutes with EVERYTHING I WANTED, WITHIN MY PRICE RANGE, AND HAD IT TRANSPORTED TO MPLS. All for a price that was more than competitive. To top it off, it was filled with gas when I went to pick it up. I had been looking for about two months to get the specific wants/needs on a car, every time I found close to what I wanted, it was in CA, NJ, NY, or had too many miles, then it would have involved plane fare, or driving 2,000 to 2500 miles to pick it up or exorbitant fares to have it transported to MN.Very pleasant, accommodating service with service and satisfaction as their main purpose. You can NOT go wrong choosing this company to fill your needs for a Used Car. I forgot to mention, I had financing before I contacted them, they found a MUCH better interest rate did a simple form and they had me approved in record time. -- no strain, no pain and perfect transaction. If and when I may ever need a different car, (which I doubt) I would highly recommend this company.

I have been purchasing used vehicles for 30+ years and have never encountered such a horrid experience. When purchasing a used vehicle, I naturally assume there will be a repair/maintenance bill of some sort and typically factor in a 10% premium on top of the purchase price. Imagine my surprise when we purchased a $5,000 vehicle and were hit with a $4,000 repair bill! Axels were shot, holes in the radiator, air conditioner…I took it to two separate repair shops, one independent and one franchise, and they both noted the extreme damage the moment they put it up on the lift – and therein lies the lesson. Substantial franchises will put the car on lift and it give it the once over whereas Drive Remarketing consists of two guys selling cars out of a shared office in a business park. I contacted the seller and after an exchange of texts, I was left with, “Thanks for contacting me.” After investing $9,000 into the car, I offered to sell it back to them for $3,000 and they declined…which should tell you something…The truly unfortunate thing is the car was purchased by my 18-year-old son upon graduating from high school and now he is on the hook for a $9,000 for a car worth less than half. Oh well, you know what they say…in the end, all that matters is our integrity.

Over the last 2 years I have purchased 3 cars total from Drive Remarketing. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I have purchased 1 Infiniti for myself and a Civic and then a CR-V for my daughter. I did end up having a wheel bearing needing to be replaced right after I bought it. I contacted Rob about it right away, and he worked with me on the situation and we came to a deal where we both were happy with. This is why I came back and bought the CR-V two weeks ago, because he could have easily done nothing because I had signed an as is form. I felt really lucky I did not buy from a private party in that situation, because I would have been SOL. On top of that he gave me a Carfax for every car I bought, giving me a better look at what I was thinking of buying.I always recommend DM to everyone when I hear they are looking for a decent used car. And if you were to have an issue after the purchase, talk to Rob or Kenny before getting the repair. They will work with you to solve the issue.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They only care for you up til you hand over your check and theyll cut corners where they can. If I could give Drive Remarketing a negative rating I would.Heres why:Ken, the sales person who assisted me with my purchase of an 09 Subaru Forester was great with responding to my texts and getting me through the buying phase. However, after he receives his payment, customer service and urgency goes down by a long shot.So heres what happened: On the day of purchasing the car, I also brought it to a local auto shop to get it checked out before deciding to buy the vehicle. After the assessment, the automotive shop gave me a list of things that were wrong with the vehicle. There were 4 problems that they listed: 1 was a significant oil leak coming from the crank shaft seal and the other three were minor issues. I bring the list back to Ken and he agrees to order the parts needed to fix the 4 issues and gives me a 90 day warranty on those parts and repairs.Few days later, I come to take the car home. He tells me everything is fixed but does not give me anything to confirm that it has been. No receipts from the service. No written summary from the mechanic. Nothing. I simply took his word for it because I thought he was a good guy and everything was great. So I took the car home. A week goes by and I noticed oil stains from where Ive been parking my car, which was not there before. I checked the oil to see how much oil ive lost and decided to check the other fluids as well. When I came to check the coolant fluid I noticed that it was just water. Now understanding that it was late March (IN MINNESOTA) if I had bought this vehicle a month prior when the temperatures were below freezing, I would have been left with a blown engine due to the water freezing. However, I didnt think anything of it and figured Ken would... (if you would like to continue reading my review, please view the attached screenshots. I had to remove a portion of this review to make space for my response to the owner and to inform potential customers of my continue dissatisfaction. Thanks in advance.)------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Response to Drive Remarketing - 3/16/18:On the day of the purchase, my father was also there when Ken had made a verbal agreement to the both of us to take care of everything that was on the inspection report.Yes, youre right. The cam shaft leak was not in the signed We-Owe agreement that you had printed but was on the inspection report that you scanned and copied and because we received your verbal agreement that everything on the inspection report would be taken care of, we took your word for it. I was also understanding enough to have gone so far as increasing our payment by an additional 1000.00 dollars for the cost all of those repairs during our negotiation.Because we took your word and the fact that the cam shaft leak was not listed in our We-Owe agreement but we received verbal agreement that it would be fixed from Ken, we have no physical proof to show for. Between the three of us in the room that day, your business failed to uphold your verbal agreement.Note to potential customers:Read through their response to this post and judge for yourself and decide if they apologized at all or attempted at all to reconcile my business relations with them. Ive attached screenshots of the original post here to hold them accountable to prevent them from altering their comment.Business is a very simple concept... Your customers give you their money and they expect a service/product in return. If you do whats right, you get rewarded for those good deeds and more business comes your way. If you decide to not uphold your deal, you lose business. “You get back in life what you put in.”
