Really great experience working with Sam to update two of the phones on our plan. He was knowledgeable, didn’t try to up-sell us and gave us excellent service. We were in and out as quickly as could be. Highly recommend!

After having a very bad service at a different location. Sadly the lady I had was leaving. None the less I had very good service and in and out very fast. Store could be clean more even more so with the virus but they got what I needed done the staff was in masks. and even more so for my trade in than I thought. I hope they never leave.

Very Slow. Took me 1 hour just to talk with somebody. buying a phone should be faster. i took my money elsewhere.

Super helpful staff! We went in looking at watches to get my daughter. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They also took the time to set up the watch for us and showed us how to use it. Awesome experience!

Dont waste your time at this store, go to Eden Prairie store, they know whats going on. The Minnetonka store is a joke, so so messed up.

James was so incredibly helpful. Short story is my phone was having trouble charging, no other place could figure it out, but when I came here James sat down, fixed the problem, and helped me to prevent the problem from happening again.I cant stress enough how helpful it was for me to come here.

I switched from AT&T to Verizon to add the gizmo watch for my daughter. Guys from this store were very helpful and personable. I highly recommend using this Verizon location next to Pot Belly off of hwy 101 Minnetonka.

I wanted a new phone and the kid helping me had to keep going back to his computer to look up prices, and when he did he kept trying to upsell me to another phone. I got so sick of it I ended up having to tell him to focus on the phone I was actually asking about. After everything, I ended up double paying my upgrade fee. Accessories are way too expensive and theres no prices on anything.

I got great help with my new phone after having a horendous experience buying on line and dealing with verizon customer service. Will definitly come back here if I need anything else. Thanks.

Amazing service! They are under new management and I havent had a better experience at a retail store than this TCC location. Went to a corporate location and had to take a number and got treated like another sale. Will always be going back to this location, thank you for the awesome experience!
