It has been quite a terrible experience with Office Depot in general and with this store. Good luck. I feel bad for anyone who works here. Do not get anything printed here. Wow, its been a comically bad experience. It too long and I dont care enough. Just save yourself the hassle and print your signs or whatever somewhere else.

Everyone, from the staff on the floor to the cashier and manager, is absolutely amazing! The store is clean, very well organized, and the items seemed to be stocked very well.

Overpriced stuff you can pick ANYWHERE else, Walmart, Cub Foods, even Target that is usually more expensive, is CHEAPER than this joke of a store!! All the pictures with pricing that I posted on here are from Cub Foods!! Stop throwing your money away,...EVERYONE else is cheaper, for the exact same product, than Office Depot!!!

Terrible services not recommended to anyone I been buying many things in this store we buy office furniture, computers, printers, printing menus, we are going to open another restaurant next month and was going to buy more furniture, another printer, another computer, and lot more things and tody was trying to print the menus and no ones can help me that is terrible dont gonna use this store anymore

I had some last minute printing I needed for food labeling. I received excellent service by Kevin G. in printing. He was very knowledgeable, calm, and personable. He had other customers, and employees, repeatedly asking him questions while he was working with me and he handled everything with professionalism. Ill definitely go back because of this seamless interaction.

Didnt know they had Photo services. Jus walked in to check and was surprised to know they have decent printing setup. The person at the register was super amicable and helped me as I had some to print couple stuff real quick. Really appreciate their services.

Worked with Tom Otto in the printing dept. He was extremely knowledgable and provided some great insight which resulted in a very high quality Lookbook. Highly recommend Tom for your next print job!

Ive always remembered Office Depot as being a strong competitor in its field. We were there on any average day or time. There were only about 3 employees in the huge store. We caught up with the Manager, who was extremely polite and knowledgeable!There was nothing bad or great, except the 1 Manager, about the store. Overall, it is an okay store.

Great. I found just what I needed. I was in and checked out in 10 minutes. Plenty of good parking spaces. Associates were right there and quickly and efficiently helpful.

No one talked to me or offered to help but thats ok i just came in to check out office chairs. I was suprised to see how many they had to offer. Really nice to go into a store and sit in the chairs versus buying something blindly online. I will definitely come back here to buy my office furniture.

Not sure how they stay in business. Its always so quiet when I go there. Im glad they are in business because I can get in and out quickly and I find the prices to be right in line.

They closed at 5:50pm today. He said all registers was closed down like this is a corporate company why say you close at 6pm if the employees close at what ever time they want notable experience. Will never shop there again.

Great experience with returning a broken tablet. The guy who assisted me was extremely helpful and set things up in such a way that I could walk out the door with a new tablet and could arrange everything else from home (so they processed the reimbursement internally) because I was about to move. Great service.

Ive been printing off marketing materials- specifically 24x36 and 11x17 posters - at the Minnetonka Office Depot for nearly five years. Their staff is incredibly friendly, warm and inviting. I know Im in good hands whenever I stop into this location.

I quite like this Office Depot. Always easy to find what I need, fast checkout, and very pleasant employees.

I called to get their email address to send things to be printed- I was met with an extremely mumbled response saying they couldnt get the work done in time (24hours later) and that I should take my order somewhere else. Ive never been turned away like this before. The next Office Depot I tried had my order done in an hour.

I went here for the first time, Im the only customer in the building and there are 7 employees walking around. lol I am pretty sure it would take hell to actually come into existence and than freeze over for someone to help me out here. Most of them were very rude, except one guy there, he was very nice and I wish I knew his name to place here. He wanted to help me out, but he didnt know anything about hardware so that was the end of that. I left and went to media center. It was early in the morning so I am sure I could chalk it up to that.But seriously the people behind the counter are so rude.

If you dont have a credit card dont go here to get your documets printed bad service

Stopped in today after trying a couple of shipping express stores who couldnt or wouldnt bind my calendar and punch a hole in it. Worked with Lindsey who went above and beyond. Any type of office supply business I need to do (which admittedly isnt much) I will try this store first, assuming the doors are working. : ) Lindsey deserves a raise.

Pretty satisfactory selection. High prices on a few items, where I only wanted to purchase one small item, but everything was grouped into multiple in one package.
