Hardest working pharmacy around. They deserve more credit. I know its a chain, and people love to complain about time, but Ive been there many times and theyre always slammed. Remember, were all just trying to work together in this life.Theyve randomly called me to check on the side effects of medications and work hard to be accommodating. I feel like they actually care about me as a person, not just a number.Value patience and kindness.

Been going here for years. They are EXTREMELY UNDER STAFFED. The pharmacists are good. The staff they have are good people. Its the management and whoever is in charge of scheduling staff who this review is aimed at. They need to hire and keep more staff.

Came in 10 min early for a flu shot w an appt. it took them 15 min to hand the two people in front of us their prescriptions. Then they made us sit and wait for an hour past the appt time before finally coming out w the shot. Its not even that busy and they have 7 people working back there. Figure out your processes!

I made an appointment here for my covid shot. I showed up on time and they had me fill out a form that took a few minutes. I turned in the form and they told me to sit and wait. Then the pharmacist went on their lunch break and left me to wait for an hour before I could get my shot. They didnt even apologize or acknowledge that they wasted my time.

Worst experience just to get 2nd covid 2 days at this location finally just went to eden prairie only there 10 mins

Tried to get my COVID-19 vaccine here, made an appointment, waited over an hour before i had to leave, went somewhere else that that respect my time and health!

Hello. Am still on hold. Has been 25 minutes. People keep picking up and putting back on hold without saying anything. Probably to reset some beeping that you’ve left someone on hold for too long. At least say something when you answer the phone!

I have used this 101/7 Walgreens pharmacy for over 10 years for prescriptions and various vaccines and have always been happy with their professionalism and expediency. I tend to favor early weekday timing for my pharmacy visits and avoid the busier weekends.

Slow service. The drive through is a campground.

Very rude pharmacy manager on the weekends this was Saturday May 1 at noon. He yelled at me and called me a very rude person for saying there is a mistake in my RX he also hung up the phone on me and refused to fill my medication that is breaking the law. DONT use this Walgreens. It’s sucks just like the people.

I should NOT have to wait for six hours for a prescription so I can start feeling better.

I felt like I was racially profiled when I visited this place. I went into this Walgreens to send money to family as I always do at other walgreens. After filling out the information at the kiosk,I went to the register to pay for the transactions. The lady at at the register said there are going out to people who do not have the same last name. And that she was not going to be able to carry out my transactions. She called the manager and before the manager came up to the register to talk to me she met him at the other end and made sure she communicated to her before he got to me. They made up stories of how I am not allowed to make more than one transaction. This is a big lie because I do this with western union all the time. they went on to treat me as though i was doing something illegal. the young guy who called himself the manager said he felt uncomfortable with me telling him about how i have always done is transaction. he went on to threaten to call the police on me. i will be contacting other headquarters with this matter. these two individuals are one of the most bigoted individuals i have ever come accross.

Worst customer service EVER! Rude staff. Waited 45 min to check on my prescription I dropped off as a waiter and the girl had no clue I dropped one off, she came back and told me she found it and i could wait on it to get filled but the pharmacist was out until 2 (which was another 15 min wait). I just had wisdom teeth taken out so I wasn’t feeling great as it is. Decided I’d go get it filled at CVS at Target. Purchased some batteries at the front desk and that lady must hate her job too.

I have used this Wakgreens for over 20 years and have been satisfied with the service. It is very convenient for me.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. They have screwed up many of my perscriptions and shorted me on pill count. Multiple times they tell me theyre out and mine will be filled as soon as it arrives, only to show up and be given the same story. This location has lost my business of 5 people.

Rude pharmacy staff. It’s really disappointing that Walgreens - who has been my pharmacy for years - is ok hiring people this rude. The people I’ve dealt with there are very egotistical and it seems like just picking up my prescription is a huge inconvenience to them.

Ok place, smaller store but good for getting prescriptions filled.

Getting my sons prescription filled was a nightmare. I dropped it off only to find out two days later when I went to pick it up that they needed more information before they could fill it. Because calling me for that info would have been too much work. Picking it up two days after that I almost could not get it as the info they wanted earlier was entered wrong.

Your basic Walgreens. Friendly employees, large array of products, weekly sales and a point system.

Weve been customers here for over15 years. But no longer. The pharmacist is rude and unwelcoming. Its as if youre inconveniencing him. They should stick him in the back stocking shelves so he doesnt have to deal with the public.

Consistently unable to process prescription requests. Go elsewhere.
