We use Dorglass for all of our window, patio door, and replacement needs for all of our rental properties. They are extremely helpful, accommodating, kind, quick, dependable and personable. I am so thankful we came across this company and would never take our business elsewhere! HIGHLY recommend!
I used this company because my condo management told me that I had to do so. I am so sorry that I did. For the first phone call I was disappointed in the customer service. The salesman who came to look at what I needed done was rude and when I called him on it, he said he didnt need the job as he had plenty of work and didnt work on commission. When the windows were installed one was the wrong size. In putting in the two other new windows there was damage to the window sills, the wall above one window and a scratch on the metal of the window. When I complained I got no satisfaction. During the winter when temperatures were near or below zero I had frost along the top of the window which would later melt and water would run down the window puddling on the window sill. I called, sent photos, tried to get the installer to come out and see for himself. He couldnt give me a good reason for the problem except maybe they needed to be recalled. I am still waiting for that. Avoid this company if at all possible.
Never used them for repairs at home. However we use Dorglass many times a year to have our customers screens and windows repaired if needed and we have always had a great experience. Easy drop off, fast repairs, and affordable.

I needed to fix a couple issues with my window so I explained the problem and they came out to fix them together. I was told that 2 people were needed to complete the project, meaning extra labor costs. Only one showed up and said it was an easy fix, so a second employee was not needed. They misdiagnosed the other issue originally and did not have the correct parts, so I needed to reschedule that repair. I was charged for another service call, even though that was due to their error. And they charged me the exact amount that was quoted, even though the job had changed and labor costs should have been much lower.I was satisfied with their work but customer service is an issue. It took me 15 days to get an answer on whether they were going to correct the billing and they decided to keep the extra labor costs on it.

I attempted to make a hostile work environment claim after being chewed out by their dispatcher and received no response from human resources. After lack of assurance that violent behavior would not be tolerated I separated from the company. Questionable ethics and fear based management.
This rating is based solely off of the customer service I received from Dorglass - they have not yet completed my glass installation so I wont know how that goes for another week or so.A few months ago a hail storm came through and tore out one of my windows. My insurance contractor chose Dorglass to fix my window pretty seamlessly so I was not a huge part of the deal, but I am still the paying customer and of course the homeowner, so I needed to schedule the time for the repair team to come over and do the fix. I called Dorglass and was transferred to the scheduling assistant, Penny. I told her that I needed to schedule a time, and she was very irritable sounding and saying things like, I dont know what you are talking about, and youre not the person paying, so I cant schedule with you or help you. Now, I expect a professional interaction with someone I am giving hundreds of dollars to, but she insisted that my contractor needed to make the appointment I was not who I said I was. Now, Ive seen bad customer service before, but nothing like this. She degraded me and hung up on me without saying anything remotely helpful. I then called my contractor so that he could let her know that I am the homeowner. Penny called me back shortly after sounding like a different person (from the devil to an angel). I did ask for an apology, which she never gave me, and I did schedule the appointment out of convenience so I can get this job done, but I will never, I repeat NEVER go back to this company. I would suggest everyone else also steers clear from Dorglass. If their customer service is this bad, I assume the synergy within this company is terrible and it sounds like a ticking time bomb - not a place I trust with this much of my money.
Years ago my truck was hit and damaged by a drunkard glass installer from this place. Their manager was very rude when I have called asking for help.
