The store says they don’t accept business equipment returns, yet business support sends you there to return equipment. Typical, lousy Comcast service. They could not have done a worst job with my commercial install. The installer located my hot spot next to my wireless router and then plugged into a non POE security cable for the second hotspot. Clearly never tested the system to see if it actually worked before leaving. Beyond substandard. Monopolies are bad!!!!!

AJ was professional, friendly and fun to work with. He answered all of my questions and was able to troubleshoot a problem on my account. Excited to start my new internet service knowing AJ has my back. I was surprised to learn he was only a representative, I thought he was a team lead or manager, definitely deserves a promotion.

We received very poor customer service. We visited the store on 8/28/2021 about 40 minutes to close. We had a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 we just purchased from Best Buy and were having issues getting it to activate with the Xfinity Mobile sim card we already had.We spoke to a woman working about the issue. We described the issue we were having and instead of looking at the phone like one would expect, she made an excuse and said that a lot of people are really mad at Samsung right now about the issue we were having. I asked if they could try updating the IMEI, she refused, still didnt look at the phone, and doubled down on blaming Samsung and suggested we return the phone and buy one from her store. We asked another question and she got down right condescending instead of offering to look at the phone.I left with the impression that she wasnt going to help unless she was going to make a sale. It seems Xfinity still has horrible customer service.

Walked in after purchasing a brand-new unlocked Samsung Z Flip 3 that wasnt connecting to the network and said I think I need a new SIM card. The two employees immediately said People are really mad at Samsung ... because theres no way to activate a non-Xfinity Z Flip 3 on Xfinitys network, because each carrier has their own chipset in the device. I asked Why does Samsung sell unlocked devices then? Oh, because if you do Mint Mobile or US Cellular then you can use the device. So, apparently everyone else can use an unlocked device except for Xfinity? I told her that makes no sense, Im a computer engineer and my partner is a cellular technology specialist, were both going Thats not how any of this works. She gave a huge sigh and said Maybe Im not explaining this clear enough ... No, what you said is clear, its just patently WRONG. They really advocated for me to return the device to Best Buy and just buy it from them .... do you work on commission? Do you refuse to help customers without a sale involved? I mean, they REFUSED to even try to help, and told me incorrect information (aka lied) seemingly to get a sale from me.Turns out it was a screw-up on Best Buys part, and once I exchanged the SIM-locked version of the device for the Unlocked device I had originally asked for, it immediately activated on Xfinitys network, and once I logged into my account and paired my line to my new device, all the features worked. Hmm. Really mad at Samsung? No, really mad at Xfinity for lying to me, being lazy, and refusing to help unless I bought a device directly from them. I was your customer, now Im looking for alternatives.

Xfinity overall coordination is quite poor. Some employees are well intentioned and helpful, but they are often not provided with the information they need in order to take care of problems. The WORST part of Xfinity is their help on the phone. It takes FOREVER to get to a person and they often switch you to someone else. When the cannot handle a problem because of the poorly designed system, they say they will call back, but dont.This company NEEDS NEW MANAGEMNT AT THE TOP.

Timmie, the Xfininty rep with whom I worked, did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and executed his job with efficiency. After several horrible experiences with Century Link, it was refreshing to work with someone like Timmie who knows his stuff.Jerry, the Xfinity installer who visited my home, also did a great job. In less than 2 hours, he had my Internet connection up and running. He also shared some helpful knowledge about my router.

I was today in Xfinity store on Minnetonka MN. Stuff was very pleasant and professional. Name person who was helping me today Timmie, he is very professional, he showed me my options after returning equipment which I don’t need any more. Returning process was very quick and easy. What more important he do not pushing client, just explained and talked with me about promotion and possibility to save my money with this promotion, but he left final decision on me.

Ive always been one of those people who just believed comcast was evil because thats what Twitter said. I went in to try to cancel my service because I was convinced I wanted to switch to USI fiber in my apartment. BUT the sales rep I worked with made me realize all of the options and flexibility Xfinity has to offer. AJ was the kindest, most understanding, most deescalating, most handsome person I could have met. I left the store with an internet plan that suits my needs exactly and it was just a painless experience. Thanks AJ!!!!

Un effing real how unorganized this company is. Took 4 phone calls, 2 hours so far, and three trips. This particular store closes whenever it wants to apparently (Im standing in front of the door at 6 pm and the sign on the door says theyre open til 8, which is also what I was told on my unnecessarily loooooooong phone call) and theyre closed. So I get to try again tomorrow.

The workers at the store aren’t the problem, but rather the company itself! Comcast is another giant technocratic corporation doing its best to exploit its customer base by finding ways to increase prices and limit availability of the internet service. They’re solely the only viable option for many people and the fact there isn’t further regulations from hindering Comcast’s greedy practices is pitiful.

I just drove to this location to get in line for service. The opening time is 10 am according to the internet Google listing. The NEW opening time posted on the door is 11 am! A waste of my time. Please, Xfinity, keep your web listings up to date!!!

20 minute wait to drop off old equipment. Moved and xfinity doesnt service my new area. They need contact less drop off. Employees where very nice, but their system need to improve. 12 other people showed up behind me needing to drop off their equipment as well. When snow and cold hit in Minnesota things will be additionally worse. Corporate needs to adapt policy. As far as location of building both are very nice. 2 star is solely for the lack of adaptability in their current customer wait system

I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s great. Sometimes there’s a long wait, but at least there’s a TV to watch.I do want to point out on one of my trips that Ryan the manager was incredibly helpful. I got something sold to me over the phone and it wasn’t particularly what I agreed on. I went here to fix it and it took a few hours of buttoning it up. Ryan and his team were efficient.Hang up the phone if you’re buying something and simply come here. It’s faster, and easier.Thank you for being awesome!

I am really beginning to hate xfinity. I just moved from Brooklyn Park to Plymouth. Everything was working fine this morning on the transfer. Now I have no Internet. I just talk to a rep. He told me that I had to exchange my router. He told me to come to this store. Because they are open till 8:00 p.m.. I told him Google maps at 7:00 p.m.. He again told me it PM. Well guess what. I am in front of the building. You are closed. Why is it so hard to do a change of address. Do I really need to go to CenturyLink.........

Clean. All employees and customers wore masks. I exchanged an older Comcast modem for a newer one. The transaction took about 15 minutes. Easy and quick. CSR was friendly.Recommended.

Xfinity mobile is STEALING my money. I returned a phone on July 2nd, 2020 after the store associate sold me a black iPhone XR when I had requested the black iPhone XS, and the store said they would handle the return. It is now August 13th and I have still not had the return properly handled. I am still being charged for the returned phone and have spent several hours between going to the store and calling customer care to attempt to get this resolved. The store manager admitted to me that the phone is no longer in their store and swears the phone was sent to the warehouse but it cannot be located by anyone and no tracking number can be provided to me. I was with T-Mobile for over 10 years and thought I would save money...what a mistake!!!

I made an appointment at this store to talk about lowering costs, as our Xfinity bill recently went up. Timmie immediately greeted me upon arrival and took me straight over to his desk, no waiting. I explained what I was looking to do and Timmie instantly offered me two different options depending on the package I wanted, with both being a decrease in price from our current plan. We ended up keeping all our same channels and equipment but getting faster Internet. All for a lower price! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and Timmie explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the plan and contact. Timmie rocks and so does Xfinity.

Went to the store to get WIFI access for home, since doing it online would take 2-3 days to get the package to activate when you use your own modem/router. The store tacked on a hidden $100 deposit fee after we asked multiple times are there any other fees. We called Xfinity customer service and no help. I live in Chaska and Xfinity is only option otherwise I would cancel immediately. Do not shop here!

Im hesitant to give an unflattering review to this store, because of all of the stores, this one is the most professional. That said, Comcast/Xfinity as a whole - the parent company - deserves this bad review.I recently decided to give Comcast/Xfinity another try after a three year absence. I left primarily because of unsatisfactory customer service. I was assisted by an in store representative at the Ridgedale MN location on 7/17.I enrolled in the Limited Basic + Entertainment pkgs. This was my choice upon the agents recommendation after reviewing other plans that are out of my budget because of the pandemic. I discussed with her the specific channels I preferred to be in my package. Since bringing the equipment home and installing I’ve realized that I DO NOT receive the Hallmark channel (despite the fact she told me I would have access to all of the Hallmark channels), only an out of date Hallmark movies channel.Furthermore I contacted customer service 5 times today with no satisfactory resolution. I found the representives I spoke with to be uninformed and unwilling to exert themselves enough to offer solutions. Also, factoring into this was the fact that I was speaking to representatives overseas with language barriers who lacked the basic understanding of Xfinitys packages. When I finally reached customer retention the quality of the phone call was very muffled with serious echoing and static, to the point I could not understand anything.It appears their Customer Service hasn’t improved one bit. I’m better off returning to my previous provider and streaming to avoid that headache. Three hours of my time was wasted today, with no care or regard for it from a company that has no problem charging high rates with zero quality customer service. As a professional I do not have that kind of time to waste. My issue wasnt complicated and could have easily been resolved if JUST ONE of the several calls I made to try to get into a different package would have been handled competently.You couldnt pay me to remain an Xfinity customer. One thing for sure, I will NEVER give XFINITY another try. I learned my lesson. Xfinity is not about customer service, support or satisfaction. No efforts - DURING A PANDEMIC - to make sure that Im a satisfied, new customer. Since Im still within my 30 day trial period, I will be stopping by the Ridgedale location where this whole mess started Monday to return my equipment and disconnect service FOREVER.

Best advice, stay away!! Signed up as a new customer over the phone, arrived at the store to pick up equipment and they said my order was canceled. I never received any communication that my order was canceled. I even asked to get a print out of cancellation or see the screen to prove, and all they would say, is sorry we cannot provide that. Was then forced into signing up again. This is most likely to get the store sales rep commission. Worst in-store experience ever! Would never recommend the store experience.

Comcast cut my sprinkler line while installing service to a neighbors home. They paid 1/3 of the repair cost in the form of a future credit on their service. Better business would have been to pay the invoice in full. Dissatisfied with this outcome.

I signed up for internet service online. The price that i signed up for was not even close to the price that they up sold me witb the promise of a 30 day money back guarantee. There were no wires for Comcast even running to my building therefore never used their services. And now i just received a collection call? The internet price will not be honored nor will anything they promise when you call.

I am unable to get ANYONE from Xfinity mobile to transfer my phone service into my name and out of my late husbands name. It is going on 5 months. Without their help, I can not sign into the account online, I cannot see the statements, I can not make payments. My phone service has been cut off. They will not bill be directly. They will not take a credit card payment from me over the phone. They will not take a check. I have been to this store 3 times and each time they say the problem is solved, but it is not. I call customer service and they say to go to the store. All the store did was to put me as the responsible person in name only, but I dont have online access to the account until they can take my late husband off the online account as primary and help me to change the account to my email address, not his, help me to change the password for me, I dont know my late husbands password, so I cant move forward on my own. My husbands credit/debit card used for the account was in his name alone and was cancelled and destroyed after his death, yet they wont let me pay with my CC. They want information about the account that only my husband knew. I cant tell them what I dont know. The disconnect between the Xfinity store, customer service over the phone, and Xfinity online is a nightmare. It is like working against three differnt brick walls.

I’m happy to share the exceptional service I received from retail sales professional JeQuan Rushing during two visits to the Xfinity store in Minnetonka, MN on December 6th and 7th. As a tech novice I was able to resolve a seemingly complex situation with ease thanks to JeQuan’s support and his positive, calm, and informed presence. JeQuan was patient with my pace, able to answer every question I had and in a way that made it easy to understand, and shared what Xfinity has to offer while meeting me where I was at. JeQuan clearly enjoys working in this industry and with people. As a result, I left the store feeling a loyalty to the company vs getting turned off, which could have happened in this situation. Thank you Comcast for your commitment to hiring, selecting and developing the “right talent.”
